I had a cute fic idea for Crowley and Aziraphale.

I often see those tiktoks of professional dancers get randomly assigned a partner at any given moment and then they have to dance together to a random song, one they may or may not know.

And I thought it would be really cute if both Crowley and Aziraphale were kinda forced to attend, perhaps by Anathma or Maggie/Nina and they both pay the DJ to play a song they know if they got picked to dance but when they get put together the DJ puts on like, Hot in Here or some other very sexual song.

It would be such a strange and entertaining dance 😂

Let me know if someone has done this before tho

Chapter 9: (his) airy tongue

CW/TW: Rated M for eventual safety but only out of an abundance of caution. A few moments of minor peril, but this one's pretty much pure fluff.

Summary: Crowley's life is going well. He's got his shop, his friends, and a new flat with a balcony perfect for a few plants. That's when things start to get complicated.

Binary Stars (T; Chapter: 1/2; 4K words)

Summary:

Aziraphale has been going to Crowley's astronomy lectures at the local planetarium for a few months now. It is only because he is really interested in space, of course. He loves all the... constellations. And the stars! And then Crowley asks him out for coffee.

Excerpt:

"I wouldn't have told everyone about the conference if I didn't want people to come." Crowley... Crowley winked at him. It was a little hard to guess what was happening underneath the perpetual sunglasses but the rest of his face surely looked like the man of his dreams had winked at him. Perhaps that was why it took Aziraphale a few seconds to process his words. Yes. Of course. Of course he would have mentioned it during the lecture. The lecture that Aziraphale had attended. And had been, of course, listening to attentively. Yes. That lecture. "Yes, of course," Aziraphale said with a nod. He only hoped the blush climbing over his throat was not quite as visible but with the harsh lighting overhead, he wasn't holding his breath. "Last week." Crowley gave him an odd look. "The week before." Aziraphale nodded again. He was a busy man. Sometimes the weeks blurred together. This had nothing to do with whether or not he was paying attention during the lectures. Because he was. Paying attention, that was.

So I'm trying to start that Good Omens dancing fic but I'm struggling to start because I can't decide on a song to have Crowley and Aziraphale dance to.

If you don't know the plot already, Crowley is a famous/experienced dancer and Aziraphale just started to learn for fun. The two end up in a random partner, random song mini competition for a weekend.

What song do you think they should get randomly assigned?
