Got a prescription allergy med from my doctor today bc I've been SUFFERING from sneezing and itchy eyes for months at this point.
Hopefully it works, but knowing my luck whatever pollen is currently killing me will probably go away tomorrow and then I won't even be able to tell 😭

Idk how people in the US handle years-long political election campaigns
Election campaigns here are like max 6 weeks and even that is exhausting and has me so done with everything by the end of it.
I'm trying to find books on history of the Philippines (especially precolonial history!) and especially focusing on Mindanao (and also the Visayas). And there is so little published in the last 25 years? Most of what I'm finding was written in like the 1970s and 80s and is out of print.
I've found a few options that look good but naturally our library doesn't have any of them so I'll see what they can get me for interlibrary loans, but if anyone here happens to have titles (especially more recent ones) to recommend, please do!

The thing about Miss Piggy is that she kind of has a Roger Rabbit comedy superpower where she wins nearly any conceivable fight she's in. But unlike other characters of which that's true, like say, Bugs Bunny, who tend to win because they make the opponent play the game with their rules, Miss Piggy wins because the joke is that she can beat the shit out of literally anybody.
Bugs Bunny beats Thanos by setting up an airport and making him take off the Infinity Gauntlet to go through the metal detector.
