i think it is funny, that romance is seen as such an unintellectual and superficial thing to write about. because it is so fundamental to us. to want to love and be loved. if you don't think every great work of literature. philosophy. metaphysics. was ultimately about romance. i don't think you were paying enough attention.

Al Naslaa Rock Formation

This is located in the Tayma oasis in Saudi Arabia. The famous Al Naslaa rock formation has a split down the middle that looks like it was cut using a laser but it is completely natural.

While the EXACT reason is unknown it could be due to ground shift, a volcanic dike of some weaker mineral that solidified there before everything was exhumed, an old pressure crack or it could be due to an old (minor) fault line.
