I'm papa curl and I have curly hair :)

it means checking in with where they’re at in their head when they act out and being ready to move at their pace

it means that sometimes there will be tears but they will always followed up with hugs. it means reminding your kid that they aren’t bad, they just need some help when it comes to big emotions

it means showing that you care enough to help them create healthy and safe habits, that you aren’t giving up on them
