i looked up Ren'ai Boukun and Etude Kiss Note myself, and as far as I can tell they're not directly based off of anything from Death Note (besides the obvious reference)...

...but yeah, there's probably more than a few actual death note doujins along these lines

Uh, I was going over the items in SDR2 and saw the Kiss Note (no. 44). I'm not sure, but it MIGHT be a reference to the manga "Renai Boukun"? It also has a "Kiss Note", but the difference there is that whose name is written in the Kiss Note, has to kiss within 24 hours or they'll die... It might actually be a combination between the manga and a Korean mini-drama called "Etude Kiss Note"... I don't know, it just reminds me of that... (>,<)

Amazing 3D Latte Art by Kazuki Yamoto

You don‘t even have to love coffee in order to appreciate these super creative latte foam artworks by Japanese artist Kazuki Yamamoto. And we‘re not talking about the little smiley faces or flat palm tree patterns: this 26-year old latte artist, based in Osaka, creates actual 3D foam sculptures in the coffee mugs of the Cafe10g visitors. This thinking outside the box – or, rather – outside the cup – even gave Kazuki the idea to make the coffee foam climb out of one cup and reach for another. That way you might be served with a cup of coffee where a cat is trying to get into another one next to it, where tiny fish are swimming.

the voice changing bowtie from DR2 is a reference to detective conan, which is a manga about a teen detective who's turned into a child and given gadgets in order to try and change back into a teenager. the bowtie is one of those gadgets and the most used of them iirc

i did know that when i wrote the list but thank u for pointing it out & i will def. add a note to the the list mentioning the reference

also i think u mean dr1 but yeah

my IME somehow picked up on every touhou game's name which is cool

but since DDC was only just announced, "kishinjou" is the one title it won't convert to the right kanji yet and it's bothering me
