i think the thing that annoys me the most about chronically online radical leftie types is that they clearly lavish in violent rhetoric- this is their idea of being "punk" and "radical". So they'll call for violence on the regular, sometimes hiding behind the thin veil of humor, sometimes plainly in the open. But the moment that violent rhetoric or crimes is aimed back at them, they cry about how inhumane and fascist the opposition is.
If youre gonna call for people to get shot, dont act surprised when you get shot back. Beyond hypocrisy, that is just peak pussy behavior. If youre gonna act like a tough punk who is willing to punch people for disagreeing with your political beliefs, be prepared to be punched back even harder. You dont get to run and cry about cruelty when this is the path you chose to take.
A reply I got under that post about cults. Completely disregarded what I wrote, and jumped straight to this.
They love to pretend to see nuance, but rejoice at the opportunity for violence. It's probably very freeing to them to have manufactured a "legitimate" target who they can be violent at.
And I 100% agree with you, if they're willing to dish it, they should be ready to take it. No need to hold back.
