Identification with your mind creates an opaque screen of concepts, labels, images, words, judgments, and definitions that blocks all true relationship. It comes between you and yourself, between you and your fellow man and woman, between you and nature, between you and God. It is this screen of thought that creates the illusion of separateness, the illusion that there is you and a totally separate “other.” You then forget the essential fact that, underneath the level of physical appearances and separate forms, you are one with all that is. By “forget,” I mean that you can no longer feel this oneness as self-evident reality. You may believe it to be true, but you no longer know it to be true. A belief may be comforting. Only through your own experience, however, does it become liberating.

Understanding Hinduphobia.
- Hinduphobia is a set of antagonistic, destructive, and derogatory attitudes and behaviors towards Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism) and Hindus that may manifest as prejudice, fear, or hatred.
Hinduphobic rhetoric reduces the entirety of Sanatana Dharma to a rigid, oppressive, and regressive tradition. Prosocial and reflexive aspects of Hindu traditions are ignored or attributed to outside, non-Hindu influences. This discourse actively erases and denies the persecution of Hindus while disproportionately painting Hindus as violent. These stereotypes are used to justify the dissolution, external reformation, and demonization of the range of indigenous Indic knowledge traditions known as Sanatana Dharma.
The complete range of Hinduphobic acts extends from microaggressions to attempts at genocide. Hinduphobic projects include the destruction and desecration of Hindu sacred spaces; aggressive and forced proselytization of Hindu populations; targeted violence towards Hindu people, community institutions, and organizations; and, ethnic cleansing and genocide.
Hinduphobia and anti-Hindu hatred can manifest in many ways both consciously and unconsciously — from a 6th-grader being called an idol worshipper and feeling marginalized in their class, to a college student being targeted and shamed by their South Asian professor as a heritage student; from an elected official being accused of dual loyalty and held to a double standard because of her stance on US-India relations, to a Hindu American being called a Nazi supporter for the same. There are also those who deny the existence of Hinduphobia and anti-Hindu hatred, which in itself can be a manifestation of Hinduphobia and anti-Hindu hatred.

“The ego in us will say or do almost anything to postpone it’s own death (deconstruction). People will go to great lengths to protect, defend and justify their own ego structures. The ego dies in us when you no longer need to identify with it and fuel it with your energy and attention. Do not miss the opportunity to find who you are (on a deeper level) by giving birth to your inner lotus flower of awareness.”

The root cause of suffering on the planet is ‘Egotism’ - a collective belief-system ruled by fear, survival, competitiveness, domination, narcissism, control, social hierarchy, manipulation, materialism, belief in scarcity, limitation and disconnectedness.
Buying into the idea of ‘I/me vs the world, us vs them is a fictitious narrative that is programmed into us at an early age by our society. This collective psychoses (hive-mind) operates through the blind spots of our mind (it hacks into our neurology) and successfully turns most of us into a perpetual feedback loop of fear-based conditioned responses (human algorithms) to our environment.
Being fully present and practicing mindful detachment from these false, socially engineered personas and behaviours must be achieved in order to transcend the unconscious investment in our psychological suffering. What will remain is our changeless, pure being in its unconditioned state prior to any identification with name and form.
