Hello! Read some useless information and drink some water!
Currently don't have a FAQ yet so feel free to ask away.
My Ask Box is open and ready to be mingled with.
Here's my AO3 for all currently posted fics - yes, before you ask, more are planned but I'm slow at editing and posting.
Buy me a Ko-fi if there’s something specific you want, commissions are open after all, and maybe keep an eye out for any artwork commission slots if I ever manage to have the free time to draw.
Underneath the 'Keep Reading' is a little sneak peek of chapter 7 for Don't Leave Me in the Dark.
It's not the full scene, nor is it the full chapter, but I wanted to share it so the fans of Don't Leave Me in the Dark can see that it's in the works — I just don't know when it'll be posted.
Chapter 8 also has a little work but I won't share anything about it until chapter 7 is out.
Also, I'm thankful that I can borrow the laptop I'm using right now. I won't have a lot of time to write, but I should have a little more now and that, hopefully, means I can actually get back into writing like I want to.
Talia's mind is whirling priorities around, feeling them spin and twist and writhe. Organs carved out of a target who got on the wrong side of the League. Every thought coming back to the two multidimensional spiritual beings— for what else could they be? Pit Demons? Please, she was no fool. And they themselves had admitted to being spirits, even if they looked like no ghosts she had ever seen.
But, connected to the pits?
Things had come out of the pit before, but not this. Not them. Were they new? Could they hide their existence from Ra's all this time? She had never seen beings such as these two girls come out of the Lazarus Pit.
Pit Demons were mangled, twisted creatures with no sense of reason or consciousness. Angry, self-decaying shapes that slowly lost their form as they attacked without thought or pattern, and had never once spoken. Never showed any signs they could think higher than a tantrum throwing toddler, and even then they lacked the intelligence.
The elder of the two felt like a house fire— Like control, and an inferno raging without any stop, a low thrumming hum of sound vibrations and electricity gone wrong softly under the crackling of flames. Uncontrollably consuming, powerful.
Dressed like a rebelling teenage girl, an over-the-top punk outfit both overly stylized and comfortable, but her skin the color of a corpse starting to gain rigor mortis. Perfectly alive, flushing with color and life despite the eerie nature of her unblemished and unmoving skin. A corpse without an actual body, with eyes a truer green than any Lazarus Pit Talia had the fortune to find before Ra's.
(How funny, she found it, that Pits started off a neon green that spoke of life in a way she'd never seen growing up. But they turned sickly yellow-green anytime Ra's gripped, and grabbed, and locked them under this thumb for use.)
Had they been wrong this entire time?
Flickering, shimmering blue flames flowing in the air like smoke. Moving due to its own will, growing and shrinking with any emotion. Every suffocating wisp of electric-hot fire acting as her hair.
She felt strong.
A powerhouse Talia didn't know anything about, and wouldn't be able to take down without much research done.
But the younger? Oh, the younger being made Talia feel intoxicated with the fresh feel of unmade afterlife a first used Lazarus Pit gave off.
The younger felt like death itself, Talia's skin prickling just in the vicinity of her power. So young, so much like the children of her beloved, yet far more powerful than anything she had ever seen. Cold, all-encompassing, all-knowing. There wasn't life, nothing but pure undeath — a reflection on the water, natural but uncanny. Just off from what Talia knew was right.
A toddler, almost, but fizzled against her skin like static that spoke of centuries she'd never know — Talia knew looks could be deceiving, had been raised by deceit and facades. And, yet, there was something painfully young about the being.
Death that came with the creation of time, but a child, undoubtedly.
White hair unbothered by gravity, flowing through air like water, but touched by wispy trails of fading light like an Aurora Borealis. Eyes sharper, brighter, more than the Lazarus Pit had ever offered — distant stars, far-off planets, eyes that spoke of a want to travel but stayed with earth. To explore. Death that reached from the depths of the sea, to the darkened forests, and the glittering sands.
But then the form — a glamour? A disguise? She could not yet tell — would flicker, like candlelight in a storm, to the corpse visage of a child. One who would undoubtedly be taken in by her beloved, eyes so icy blue they spoke of frozen tundra's and hypothermia. Hair darker than the night, absorbing all the light that dared to shine its way towards her, until the faintest of gleams of sparkling starlight reflects off the top of her head.
The child's skin as perfectly sculpted as a porcelain dolls, just right in color but still… Not fully right.
It made the unmade death tied to Talia's soul want to shiver. To bow down, offer piety, but steal it away when no one saw.
Intoxicating.
Ra's could not know.
The unspoken and silent war between Talia and Ra's' factions would burst. Forgotten entirely, in the face of what these two beings could possibly bring. Weapons or allies that Ra's would greedily grasp at with all his might.
Would control, monopolize, and destroy the essence of until all that was left was his own power.
Talia was not a good woman. She was not much of a good mother, though she tried her hardest at times and failed so obviously at others. Morality and compassion were merely tools she was used to wielding, not to offer children.
Her reasoning for keeping an eye on these two was for her own selfish gains, and a falsified momentary weakness she could use to claim her soul hadn't yet fully blackened.
Even if Talia did not use or manipulate them, Ra's could not be allowed to know of their existence. As long as she kept them away from the eyes and ears of the Demon Head, she could ensure that Ra's did not gain whatever power they could give him.
Could not gain the ability to turn the yellow-green toxic Lazarus Pit into something so lively, and pure, like the death in their eyes. Could not gain whatever power they'd offer, even if they themselves were not aware of what they had.
Could not let her beloved find them, question them, and offend them with his insistent need to know everything.
And then make plans to take them out.
To offend the beings she knew were far more powerful than anything Bruce had dealt with before. To harm the young of a new group she knew nothing about, besides how much death skittered off their skin like static.
The two spoke in whispers, the language strange and foreign. Scratching against Talia's mind like the shadow one sees in the corner of their eyes, or in the crack of a doorway. Sudden and startling, drawing attention but with nails as it scrapes across her thoughts like a chalkboard.
Overlapping, a cacophony of voices whispering her name in the wind, and it feels like a hazy static fogging up her sense of self until it finally straightens itself. Finally returns to the calm cold she's used to, their voices tapering off like a dying scream but never louder than the flutter of a butterfly's wing.
A language that Talia could not even recall when the silence fell between them. Like a spell, wiped from her mind and leaving only the sensations.
“Your… Danny, he does look like the… Baby-bop Junior, correct?” Talia finally wondered, leading the two girls away from the half-full pit and deeper into the winding tunnels far underground Gotham. Deeper than even her beloved knew, and traversed only by the League members who had discovered it.
All of them dead, their bloods on Talia's own hands. The Pit hidden from Ra's at all cost, but monopolized by someone else.
“Yep.” The house fire of Ember said, every word tickled by the crack of charcoal wood and followed by the choking scent of burning flesh, “He's got shorter hair, but they're identical.”
“Then, I may truly know where he resides currently.” But she'd squeeze every ounce of information she could out, first, then she'd ensure it could never be known by Ra's. Or, proving how valuable it might be, not even her beloved.
Bruce was a man with a heart of tarnished gold, strong and resilient who could enamor many with his sense of justice, but his need to know— to prepare in advance, and to protect against even the safest of things — it would ruin bridges. Burn them down like the sharp, electric flames that flickered from the older being's shadow. Talia herself knew she had to tread carefully here, staying only half a step ahead by her quick wit and the fact they were so young.
“How did your… Baby-bop Senior get lost here?” Talia wanted so deeply to ask other questions, but her patience had yet to be tested, and she knew they'd answer enough to satiate her curiosity but nothing more. But it'd be enough for now, until she could portray herself as someone trustworthy.
Until she had the pieces on the board, and knew what needed to be guarded and what could be discarded.
“Time.” The younger one says, amused, her icy-blue eyes twinkling like a frozen lake dressed in starlight and just as bright— glowing, truly, in the darkness of the tunnel, “Grandfather Time.”
Ember snorted, the sound a sharp crackle of plywood falling apart, “He wouldn't even deny it.” But her expression shifted, darkly painted lips touched with pooling coagulated blood dipping into a frown, “I'm still not sure why here, though.”
What could that imply? Gotham? Earth? Talia could feel her curiosity in her teeth, but rubbed her tongue along the inside and wiped it away.
Calm, calculated, and ruthless. She was not allowed to be anything else, and so she did not let herself be anything unbecoming. Ra's might've demanded answers, so used to being the Demon's Head that he could no longer remember the man he was before, but Talia would not let thirst for knowledge undo her.
“Gotham is… Cursed, to put it nicely.” Talia offered, the air stuffy as they traveled deeper into depths not even her beloved had traversed. She noted that they ‘breathed’, but did not intake any air — or release any, “Enshrouded in death, most cities with heroes are, but it’s particularly worse here. Highest death count in the United States.”
“Perfect for a Ghost.” The younger nodded, and Talia spotted the grimace in her face as the two beings lit up the tunnel. Brighter than the darkness, but still absorbing any light that reflected off stone and metal.
Ore and stone embedded in the tunnel walls, a never-ending path carved into the earth by an outside, but human, force. One Talia would have to catch. Despite the fact, there were no hints yet.
An Al Ghul always did love the hunt.
“These Pits, is there a way for you to tell where the Lazarus Waters inside them have gone?” Talia trailed a hand over the dirt walls, tracing the wood and bright support beams that had been imbedded in place, and letting her sense of direction guide her instead of her eyes.
When she first heard of a new source of Lazarus Waters, it had been from a spy she had placed near her father. One so loyal they had gotten themselves killed for her, citing an outside loyalty and letting Ra’s cut them down in order to keep blame off of her. Almost convincing, if Ra’s hadn’t already believed Talia against him.
They had found an unknown group, in a uniform that pulled up nothing, hoarding the untapped Lazarus Pit like a treasure. But their movements had been so small, and nonsensical, telling the League nothing when they shadowed their movements.
Even now, killing off her father’s shadows and the few of her own she knew could defect, there was nothing to explain why they were using it.
Or where they were based.
Shadows could only do so much, when in amidst an internal war.
“What are we? Bloodhounds?’ The younger scoffed, as sharp as electricity and just as stinging against Talia’s skin, “Ember can’t, but I know someone who could be able to sense it.”
(Did this mean they saw the Lazarus Waters as blood? Had they been bathing in the blood of something they didn’t fully understand? Did they lose their humanity with each dip into the Pits they took?)
Ember shrugged easily, watching Talia with those Lazarus Pit eyes that remained unblinking and glowing like the remnants of a house fire, “There’s no reason for us to help you, though. You can ask questions, but everything else is on you… You reek like someone trying to escape death.”
“No one can escape death.” Ember said calmly, suffocating plumes of smoke filling Talia’s lungs as pressure built, and built. More volatile than the rage her own father could feel, but there wasn’t any rage or grief bearing down onto her shoulders.
“Are you sure about that?”
“Yes.” The younger said just as calm, watching Talia as she watched back — not needing to breathe, to blink, or move in a way that spoke of a human unable to sit still, “Every ‘escape’ from death is fated, no one can escape death in the end. No one is immortal unless Death, herself, gets involved.”
The younger being paused, smiling sweetly but with a hint of mischief, “Unless, of course, you’re already dead — only then can you be immortal. When you’re not alive, but still living.”
Blue flames crackled and spit off sparks, Ember’s amusement felt palpable, and Talia swallowed down the several questions that bubbled up. A struggling realization, answers that felt like puzzle pieces — despite being the full picture for the two before her.
They’ll answer her, Talia realized, but their answers wouldn’t make sense. They keep their end of the deal, and Talia wouldn’t get anything beneficial.
Nope! Besides my Final Fantasy 7 - dropped because I lost 10k words due to a power outage and never was able to will myself to work on again - and my My Hero Academia fics - which all work and information was lost on a computer I couldn’t repair, so I’ve got to re-world build for them all and that’s not including the plots I had planned, I also lost - my other fics aren’t dropped.
I’ve just got a lot of things going on right now, especially now that I’ve just been let go - budget cuts 🙃 - and haven’t had the time or energy to really sit down and write or edit. Not to mention the main tablet I used to write had to be backed up and then chucked due to a swelling battery.
Hopefully I’ll be able to update things soon, but we’ll see.
As long as life doesn’t take a hard left turn, again, I’ll be able to scrounge up enough free time and energy to finish stuff.
I miss writing, to be honest, but it’s hard to do when you’ve got several people relying on you for help and support, on top of your own problems - both financially and medically.
TL:DR : My KHR (Katekyo Hitman Reborn), my DC, and my Danny Phantom fics aren’t dropped or abandoned. I just don’t have the time or energy to write or edit more than a few hundred words a week right now, and I’m not sure when that will change.
Life’s been hectic here due to a lot of personal and family reasons that have taken up my time, and then on top of that my tablet (with a keyboard) has to be replaced since it’s battery is swelling so I don’t have anything but my work laptop to write with.
Add in the fact that I can only write on my phone for now, my hours at work getting longer, and now taking care of a family member who isn’t able to take care of themselves… It’s just been draining and exhausting.
Luckily! This month has a bunch of changes for me which should make things easier and give me more free time!
I also get a new laptop later this month so I can finally write and edit things I’ve been meaning to work on!
Anyway, chapter two of my Jason/Tsuna fic that has stolen my limited brain power.
It's the second morning Jason wakes up with the surreal — but wonderful, god, was it wonderful — new reality he found himself with, an arm wrapped around Tsunayoshi's waist, and the other being used a pillow for a head of wild brown hair and a smaller head of familiar curly black hair. Both asleep and at ease in Jason's presence that the fucked up gaggle of once-Robin's and Batman couldn't pretend came easy, trusting in a way he just watches them. Fascinated.
Awed.
Jane's face is pressed into Tsunayoshi's jaw, awkward but dead asleep anyway. Her eyes still puffy from when she, all jaw jutted out bravely, said she was a big girl and didn't want to sleep with her papas, only to crawl into their bed with teary-eyes and demand to let her sleep with them a couple of hours later.
She's still so small, and — god, he missed so many already — her fifth birthday was coming soon. September 13th, following Jason's August 16th birthday and before Tsunayoshi's October 14th.
He'd turn twenty, his daughter would turn five, and then Tsunayoshi would turn twenty too. Jason would've almost missed five years of the two, now and always, most important people's lives if he had decided to drag his revenge plan on Bruce any longer.
He can't think about how it failed — how the Joker was still out, still hurting and killing people — how Bruce chose a madman over his own 'children' over and over, not when he has his own child so close and small and bright. Jason would do anything for Jane, would kill the Joker the second he set his eyes on her or Tsunayoshi, and it aches when he realizes Bruce would never do the same.
She was growing up, and now she'd grow up with both parents showering her in love and affection.

Organization for Transformative Works
I love your KHR fanfics and writing style. ‘More than meets the eye’ is one of my favourites and I keep speculating what would happen. I hope you’re doing well in life.
I’m glad! I’ve loved Transformers for years, though trying to write a transformers only fanfic always was a struggle due to the biology terminology tripping me up.
I’m hoping to post another chapter of it soon, but my schedules a mess that leaves me drained of energy physically and emotionally. And there’s nothing worse than trying to write when you’re exhausted or just so not into it that it makes you want to hate it.
I will admit my plot for the fic is…. Wild, but fun! I’ve got the whole thing lined out and some scenes for later in the fic already written but it’s just connecting one scene to another that I’ve put a pause on. And will hopefully get back to when I can.
I know I have a few WIPs (wip=works in progress for those who don’t know) for KHR, and DC, and I hope to one day get them out there too even if I also take a bit to update them. Hopefully, everything smoothes out well and nothing worse (health wise) comes knocking and the lack of stress allows me to no feel as drained.
Maybe in the next month I’ll get ‘More than Meets the Eye’, and ‘Shadow of Myself’ updated. Might try to get ‘If I Try to Find You’ too. Each next chapters ranging 20k at this point.
They’re some of my fav for him too! I love him and Harry because I just think the child hood friends to lovers thing is sweet, and it has such good angst potential with the green goblin stuff. Him and Johnny are one of my favs cause I love their dynamic and how the F4 becomes like family to Peter in comics.
And you said he might not be capable of loving “him” romantically. Is this a hint at an aroace Peter? 👀 or does that refer to just one of the boys?
My exact thoughts - child hood friends to lovers is one of my favorite ‘softer’ dynamics, though enemies to lovers is really fun too. But the found family of the F4 and Spider-Man has always been sweet!
The comment was more a, “Peter doesn’t think he’s worthy of (romantic) love and therefore cannot comprehend Harry/Johnny have romantic feelings for him.” Which will get played into in the fic a lot. Thought I will say Peter, at least in this fic, is asexual! Partially because he doesn’t have fond himself having any sexual attraction toward others (before and after being Babified) and due to past sexual assault that I might go into.
Not in detail but as trauma he never properly dealt with for him to panic over.
Out of all your current fics you've made so far which one is your most favorite? And which one do you think is the most easiest to write? And what's your least favorite?
I’ll go with fics I’ve posted and not include my WIP list since that’s a whole other battle.
My least favorite, honestly, is a Final Fantasy fic I created and adored for a while before I lost about 20 to 30k words since I was dumb and didn’t write in an automatically saving document but instead the Ao3 chapter and my computer crashed. Just couldn’t look back at the fic without feeling angry and sad, so I just never touched it again.
The easiest to write for is my KHR (Katekyo Hitman Reborn)/Resident Evil fic (Shadow of Myself) and my Marvel/DC fic (Help Me, I don’t feel like myself anymore). I can crank out so many thousands of words for them in a week but then I get stuck editing, which just means I reread what I have and keep adding to it, and trying to find a breaking point to be able to post it.
My current favorite fic to work on is another KHR fic, though it’s KHR/Tomb Raider (Keep on moving forward), because there is so much snark oh my god. I just love it. The snark, the adventure! The inescapable trauma I plan to inflict! It’s so much fun!
I love watching Johnny and Harry fight over Peter while Peter is going through so much that he literally cannot comprehend that that’s what they’re doing
Accurate honestly, he’s handling it all so much better than I could
Peter is one of the smartest characters in Marvel, or at least on the list of smart characters in the Marvel universe, but he’s also so very dumb.
His obliviousness to their crushes - since Johnny Storm/Peter Parker, and Harry Osborn/Peter Parker are some of my favorite teen Peter ships - has less to do with him adjusting to Gotham and way more to do with the fact he’s just… So oblivious (and maybe he doesn’t think he’s capable of people being in romantic love with him, but shhh).
Johnny calling him Hot Stuff? Obviously he’s not flirting! Johnny is just keeping up the fire theme.
Harry inviting him alone to a fancy restaurant? Obviously, its not a date! They’re just two pals hanging out!
I don’t know when he’ll realize they’ve been flirting with him but it will be because one of the other many heroic voices in his head was just so damn tired of watching/listening to Johnny and Harry’s pining.
Part of me wants to say it’s going to be Fury, but I haven’t decided yet.
Aw, thank you! Comments like these really make my day.
I won’t give a full update on life, since it’s a lot that’s been going on, but; It’s been a little of a mess over here, though I’m hopeful I can get some work posted soon! I hope you keep enjoying it!
A little sneak peek of a KHR (Katekyo Hitman Reborn)/ Tomb Raider fic that'll have its first chapter done soon if it doesn't stop plaguing me.
Renato Sinclair, a dirty little secret in the underworld for being very good at his job of shooting people dead. A hitman for hire by some of the elite that ruled the underworld, and several government officials who kept paying him to keep their deeds secret. Bought by the worst, used on the worst, playing a role as anything from a flight attendant to a police officer to get close to his targets.
Though, as killing people became more and more routine — less interesting, less challenging — he took up odd jobs that paid well. Jobs that ranged from being a bodyguard, to kidnapping, to theft. As long as they piqued his interest enough he wasn't bored, he did them.
It's this, mostly likely asinine, line of thinking that lead him to the Cavallone famiglia. Or, rather, the famiglia's lackluster heir.
A cowardly little idiot that was too spoiled for his own good, unknowing how tough the world was until his old man was about to kick the bucket and leave him alone. Not that the Cavallone Don planned to leave his weak and defenseless son to the hawks and vultures that hid in the undergrowth of their own famiglia, not without being able to defend himself.
And that's where Renato came in.
Turning a shapeless lump of clay, ugly and muddy, into a sculpture both beautiful and able to withstand damage of any kind had been… Exhilarating. A weak and useless child into a man that ruled his family fairly, yet with an iron fist. Watching as his student cleaned the corruption out of his famiglia, and strengthened the loyalty that had been faltering…
Then the Vongola Famiglia came to him next with an even more challenging offer.
They wanted to hire him for some 'tutoring' as well — though it had been CEDEF's Sawada Iemitsu and Vongola's Timoteo Romano making the offer, it was really just Timoteo Romano's request as the famiglia's Don — with the completely unaware civilian son of Sawada Iemitsu. It had been a fascinating idea — full of potential to keep Renato interested, to satisfy him when he succeeded, and to arouse his curiosity when Sawada Tsunayoshi was fully grown and controlling the Vongola Famiglia like a good little heir.
Renato had almost agreed the second the old Don created the offer, nearly forgoing pay entirely just to get onto teaching his fourteen-year-old student to become a respected mafia don.
(And if he was fond — somewhat attached — of the students he ended up teaching, he kept that to himself. It wasn't odd for a hitman to have allies in the underworld, even if Renato was a part of a fabled group that existed for generations and was nearly untouchable. Making allies was a great way to hide affection in the underbelly of crime. Timoteo was a too knowing bastard, though.)
(How much of him hiring Renato was for Sawada Tsunayoshi's insert into the role of Don, and how much of it was to become an ally of the Vongola famiglia?)
But he was, of course, a professional and didn't let himself be swayed so easily. So he made sure the contract was well in his favor, disdained Sawada Iemitsu for what pitiful information he had about his own son — from an outside source of all things, too — and on recon work to compile his own report on the boy before shaping him up. He had the boy's address, where he lived along with his civilian mother, and his school to stake out before deciding on just how he planned on 'tutoring' him.
And then, because Sawada Iemitsu really was a useless fool through and through, he discovered that the address he'd been given hadn't belonged to Sawada Nana or Sawada Tsunayoshi for almost ten years.
That Sawada Tsunayoshi hadn't gone to any of the school Sawada Iemitsu listed, since his mother's half cousin came and claimed him when he was six. Came and claimed him as his only living family after no one could get in contact with his father, since his mother died. A funeral for her paid by the same cousin Renato can't find anything on, a woman who 'looked like the non-Asian sister of Sawada Nana' from what he could find.
Renato didn't even offer Sawada Iemitsu sympathy when he returned and dropped off his report of, “Your son was taken in my his mother's half cousin after her death. Cancer, by the way, before you think she was murdered. No name of who her half-cousin is, or proof they're actually related.”
For years — for eight, almost nine, years — Sawada Iemitsu hadn't checked in on his wife or son at all. Renato didn't pity or sympathize with fools or idiots, and Sawada Iemitsu happened to be both.
It did get him two jobs for the price of four, though, so Renato didn't complain in the end. All he had to do was find and recover Sawada Tsunayoshi, and then tutor him into becoming the new Vongola Don.
Except five years later, when Sawada Tsunayoshi would've been nineteen, he still hadn't found the brat.
It was a bit mocking, if Renato was to be honest, unable to find a civilian with a very specific name and an appearance that stands out, considering his flames were strong enough to make his eyes noticeably orange. But the teen had remained elusive, Renato not even sure what country he'd been moved to after his mother's death and unable to narrow down a search because of it. Constantly expected to write reports on his search month after month, especially the older Timoteo became.
Luckily, as the years passed and Renato had nothing to go off of, he was able to take other jobs on the side. As long as he told Timoteo and Iemitsu how his search was going, not that the answer ever really changed. (But, hey, at least Renato was given a challenge.)
It's how he got here, seated at a quaint little café in Rome and checking the burner phone Iemitsu had given him for this month. Waiting on his new temporary employer to meet him, and to complete their vetting of him to see if he fits the 'hired muscle' they needed. At least the espresso was delightful, even if the idea of being vetted by a bunch of civilian grated on his nerves.
Though, when a mass of SUNSKYMIST suddenly diverges onto him, his nerves turn tense until two — civilian looking — individuals, dressed like his soon-to-be employers, take the seats across from him.
The female — a mature woman with long, dark brown hair pulled back into a ponytail, and enough muscles to show she could stop whatever shit Renato started — was dressed like any other ex-military Renato had dealt with in the last ten years. A well-fitted muscle shirt without sleeves, cargo pants likely filled to the brim with various tools, and a combat boots with enough slip resistance built into them, he was genuinely impressed. There was a necklace that dipped down to her chest, some sort of blocky knife-looking thing, and a tan coat that covered most of her outfit.
If not for the way she held herself, he'd had assumed with was American.
(She introduced them as Lara Croft, for the woman, and her nephew Thomas Croft. Both obviously English names, though only the woman had a proper English accent when she spoke.)
It's the boy with her — a teenager, if he had to guess — that really steals Renato's attention. He's well-built, like his aunt, slim and lithe but with muscles from weight lifting in his thighs and shoulders. Where 'Lara' was obviously English or American, the boy had Asian descent not only in his face but the way his body grew.
He was wearing a muscle shirt too, though long sleeved — long enough it even went to his hands, and his thumb went through holes — padded on his elbows like he was used to falling onto them, and needed the protection. A matching pair of cargo pants, though more sweatpants-like than 'Lara's', and steel toe black boots.
Like 'Lara', 'Thomas' had brown hair kept out of his face. Mostly just his bangs, with a bandana, since his hair wasn't nearly as long. But his jaw, surprisingly, was similar enough to her that he could believe it genetic.
He just had orange eyes, instead of brown like hers.
And looked so much like Iemitsu's ancestor, Giotto, that it took Renato's breath away.
Sawada Tsunayoshi was sitting across from him, using a new name he didn't seem unfamiliar with and friendly with the woman who claimed to be his aunt.
Renato planned on accepting the job, whatever it may entail, solely because his missing soon-to-be student was here.
When he meets Sawada Tsunayoshi's Sky Flame eyes, having not heard a single word from the woman's mouth, he smiles and finds himself amused when the nineteen-year-old looks unimpressed.
Do you have a plan on updating "Help Me, I Don't Feel Like Myself Anymore" soon? I love the first chapter! Can't wait to know more of the story. Thank you for posting!
Oof, yeah - it’ll be out sometime but life’s been rough recently so I haven’t had the brain power to focus whole heartedly on one singular project recently. Instead I’ve just been cycling through them all like a carousel, before losing steam due to real life stuff.
It doesn’t help that the 2nd chapter just keeps growing.
All I can say is, it’ll be another long chapter (definitely longer than the first) but I have no eta on when it will be posted! Thank you for liking it enough to ask!! That’s also a major energy booster for me to edit stuff on it!
