When I say I'm obsessed with the photos from our National Specialty, I mean I'm OBSESSED.

They all show off the dogs' personalities perfectly - Stoic but thinks he's hilarious Rowan, and silly goose who's just having a good time Aurora.

When I was a kid, I thought those pillars went down to the sea floor.

In reality, they usually go down to some large submerged floats.

Pillars and floats like that are pretty stable, compared to regular boats, so there’s even a research vessel, called FLIP, that purposefully capsizes itself to be more steady when conducting research.

Took the dogs to the curling club this morning to watch the bf play. Dogs were spectacular until they weren't 🙃

Rowan was VERY intrigued by people sweeping and the stones coming towards us lol. Aurora only watched a bit, she was super excited when he came to see her thru the window.

Worked on our CGC skills and being chill in public. Aurora enjoyed a rawhide, while Rowan and I shared a Krispy Kreme donut. Priorities 👌

For everyone's enjoyment - Rowan's been learning scent work lately. He mostly loves smashing boxes, punching cones, and throwing articles around. Finding the actual odor? Boring. He thinks he's hilarious and I agree.

Assholes are both sick the day after Thanksgiving - Aurora ate a whole chicken bone, Rowan is on day 3 of a bad belly

Today I'm thankful I work at a vet and get a decent discount

Chicken bone came up after second dose of meds, so Aurora is fine. Rowan is going on a GI diet for now to hopefully get his belly back on track.
