Ngl I kinda hate opening and using Tumblr now. I stopped being friends with someone cause he started doing this weird thing after we had a massive fight of "I don't trust you and you hurt me but I don't want space from you to heal, I want you to message me and talk to me like nothing is wrong" all while ghosting me

Which was weird and uncomfortable and so I stopped being his friend

And he uses Tumblr a lot and (allegedly) followed all my blogs

I donno if he blocked me or not but that doesn't matter.

Okay so I work in a photo studio and we primarily take pictures of kids and families.

We have this one employee who I'll call H.

H is a bitch.

She's rude to customers, she's rude to us other employees, she fucking argues with our manager. And our manager is so sweet. He regularly works off the clock to ensure we don't get fucked in the work flow. He easily puts in 60 hours a week, and he gets paid for half that.

Anyways H sucks.

Like, we're supposed to call our appointments a day or two before they're scheduled to confirm details and let them know if we think their might be a wait time, and then we're supposed to make a note about what the guest wants to do, and that we told them about the wait time.

And for some reason H seems completely unable to FUCKING DO THIS.

The number of times I've looked at the appointment notes and it just say "confirmed" with no details makes me actually want to scream at work. H makes me wish I was allowed 1 physical fight with coworker a year. I would let D, Techno, or Rin front and just lay her ass out.

She also regularly interrupts us when we're talking to guests, steals sales from us, and tries to act like our manager, WHEN ITS NOT HER FUCKIN JOB.

Hey! If you don't want to read this feel free to delete it. But I saw that anon from earlier talking about anti-endos misunderstanding what endos claim. And all I wanted to clarify is that most anti-endos know that endos don't claim DID by label. But they also know that you can only be a system and have alters by having DID. Therefore, anyone claiming to have alters without trauma is claiming to have DID without trauma no matter what language they use. That is the fundamental thing endos do not understand because they follow anti-science beliefs.

An endogenic System is a System that formed from reasons other than trauma. The confusion is likely coming from anti-endos thinking the term System is exclusive to DID (it isn't), and therefore that endos are claiming to have DID without trauma (they aren't).
