You can see it as a platonic or romantic one

When you first transferred into U.A., nobody knew what to think of you. The rumors surrounding your Quirk had spread across the entire school before most students had even learned your name. Some people claimed you could create entire universes with a snap of your fingers. Others insisted you could stop time, alter reality, erase matter, or travel between dimensions whenever you pleased. By the time you officially joined Class 1-A, everyone had built up some impossible image of who you were supposed to be. Most expected someone intimidating. Someone distant. Someone who looked down on others because of their overwhelming power. Instead, they met someone who laughed at stupid jokes, forgot homework, got distracted during lessons, and somehow managed to be one of the most approachable people in the class.
Midoriya had read countless Quirk analyses throughout his life, but nothing could have prepared him for you. The moment he witnessed you snap your fingers and fold an entire training field into a miniature cube that fit inside your hand, his brain practically short-circuited. His notebook appeared instantly.
Then another notebook. Then somehow a third notebook. Questions poured out faster than anyone could answer them. "Wait, how much energy does that require? Is there a limit? Can you create matter? Can you erase matter? Can you alter biological structures? Could you technically—" "Midoriya." "Yes?" "Please breathe."
He didn't. Instead, his eyes somehow shone even brighter. You had become his favorite research subject.
Not because of your power alone, but because you casually carried enough power to reshape the world and somehow remained one of the nicest people in class.Midoriya found that fascinating.Terrifying.And honestly a little inspiring.
Bakugo's relationship with you was far more complicated. According to him, you were one of the most irritating people he had ever met. You never reacted the way he expected. When he challenged you, you remained calm.
When he insulted you, you laughed. When he tried to provoke you, you somehow turned the situation around on him. It drove him absolutely insane. Yet despite his constant complaints, he always seemed to be nearby. During training exercises, he sought you out first.
During group assignments, he paid more attention to your ideas than anyone else's. Whenever someone spoke negatively about you, he was often the first person to shut them down.
The contradiction was obvious to everyone except him. Deep down, Bakugo respected strength, determination, and confidence. You possessed all three qualities in abundance. The fact that you never used your power to make others feel inferior only increased that respect.
Although he would rather throw himself off a building than openly admit it, he trusted you more than most people.
Todoroki's relationship with you developed slowly, almost without either of you noticing. Unlike many of your classmates, he never seemed particularly interested in the mechanics of your Quirk. Instead, he paid attention to you as a person.
He noticed the exhaustion hidden behind your smiles after difficult training exercises. He noticed how careful you were whenever you used your abilities. More importantly, he noticed how much responsibility you placed upon yourself. One evening, after a particularly stressful week, he found you sitting alone on the roof of the dorms.
Tiny stars floated around your fingers as you absentmindedly manipulated reality while staring at the night sky. Without saying a word, Todoroki sat beside you. Neither of you spoke for several minutes. Somehow the silence never felt awkward.
Eventually he asked whether carrying so much power ever felt lonely. The question surprised you because nobody else had ever asked it before. Most people focused on how incredible your Quirk was.
Todoroki was the first person who seemed concerned about how it affected you. That conversation stayed in both of your minds for a long time afterward
Kirishima admired you from the moment he met you. To him, heroism wasn't measured by power but by character, and your character impressed him endlessly. He saw how often you helped your classmates.
He saw the way you encouraged others when they struggled. He noticed how you never sought recognition for your actions. Whenever Kirishima found himself doubting his abilities, somehow a conversation with you always made him feel better.
One night after a particularly difficult training exercise, he knocked on your dorm room door looking completely exhausted. You invited him inside without hesitation. What started as a quick conversation turned into hours of talking about fears, insecurities, goals, and dreams.
By the time the sun began rising, both of you felt lighter than before. Moments like that became common. Whether people interpreted your closeness as friendship or something more, there was no denying how much you meant to one another.
Kaminari loved being around you for a completely different reason. You made him feel understood. Many people underestimated him because of his playful personality, but you never did.
You listened when he talked. You encouraged him when he felt insecure. You laughed at his jokes, even the terrible ones. In return, Kaminari made it his personal mission to make you smile whenever you seemed stressed.
He would drag you into movie nights, game tournaments, and spontaneous adventures around the dorms. Beneath his usual flirting and humor was someone who genuinely cared about your happiness.
He noticed when you skipped meals because you were busy. He noticed when your smile looked forced. More often than not, he was one of the first people to check on you when something felt wrong.
Uraraka became close to you in a much more natural way. While most people initially approached you because they were curious about your Quirk, she approached you because she genuinely enjoyed your company.
The two of you quickly developed a habit of spending time together after classes. Sometimes you would walk around campus while talking about your future hero careers. Other times you would simply sit together in comfortable silence. She was one of the few people who seemed completely unfazed by your abilities.
If you casually created a miniature galaxy above the table during lunch, she would simply smile and continue her conversation. What mattered to her wasn't what you could do. It was who you weäre. She admired your kindness, your patience, and the way you always seemed willing to help others without expecting anything in return.
There were moments when she would catch herself smiling whenever she spotted you across the room. Moments when hearing your laugh somehow made her day better.
Whether those feelings were romantic or simply the result of a deep friendship was difficult even for her to understand
Jirou liked pretending that she wasn't particularly attached to you. Unfortunately for her, everyone could see right through the act.
She remembered things about you that most people forgot. She knew your favorite songs, your preferred study spots, and the subtle differences between your genuine smile and the smile you used when you were trying to reassure others.
During music sessions, she always seemed slightly more relaxed when you were nearby.
One evening during a movie marathon in the common room, you accidentally fell asleep beside her. At some point your head slowly came to rest on her shoulder. The entire room noticed immediately.
Mina nearly exploded with excitement. Kaminari looked seconds away from taking pictures. Jirou turned bright red.
Yet despite her embarrassment, she never moved. Instead, she stayed perfectly still for the remainder of the movie, secretly hoping you wouldn't wake up too soon.
Even Aizawa eventually became protective of you. As your teacher, he understood something that many students didn't.
Having a Quirk like yours wasn't always a blessing. People saw your abilities and immediately placed impossible expectations on your shoulders. They assumed you could solve every problem. Fix every mistake. Save everyone.
Aizawa knew better. He knew you were still a teenager trying to figure out your place in the world. Whenever he noticed you pushing yourself too hard, he quietly reminded you that you weren't responsible for everything.
Sometimes those reminders came in the form of conversations. Other times they came through small gestures, like sending you back to the dorms when he noticed you were exhausted.
Although he rarely expressed his concern openly, you knew it was there.
Over time, one thing became undeniable. It wasn't your Quirk that drew people toward you. The reality manipulation, dimensional travel, and impossible powers might have sparked their interest initially, but they weren't what made people stay. What made people stay was your kindness. Your patience. Your willingness to listen. The way you made everyone around you feel important. Whether someone's feelings were romantic, platonic, or somewhere in between didn't really matter. What mattered was that almost everyone in Class 1-A found themselves caring about you deeply. And despite possessing the power to create entire worlds with a simple snap of your fingers, the relationships you built with the people around you ended up becoming the most important thing in your universe.
