I've read all your fics and I'm curious, what about Leo makes him your favorite to write about?

I guess it's the devotion. I love to write about characters who are willing to do anything for someone else. All of the turtles are willing to sacrifice themselves for each other, but as the big brother, I think Leo is always the first one to jump into harm’s way if he can save his brothers that way.  

I love him in 2k3. He’s serious, but also very soft and gentle. I feel like he tries really hard to be stoic, but they get into such bizarre situations that often he’s just as confused as his brothers. He tries so hard; I think that’s what gets to me. The struggle. The struggle to be the leader, to keep his family safe even when all the odds are against them. There’s just so much responsibility placed on his shoulders, and it’s interesting to explore what it’s like when things get too much for him.

Hurt/comfort is my weakness, and these characters give you a lot to work with. I just love it when they worry and take care of each other. xD Thank you so much for reading my stuff and sending the ask!! I’m sorry it took so long to answer, but I’m always up to talk abt turts  ♥
