SABRINA CARPENTER and MARGARET QUALLEY House Tour (Behind The Scenes)
But do you remember? Remember when I pulled up and said "Get in the car" and then canceled my plans just in case you'd call? Back when I was livin' for the hope of it all, for the hope of it all... Meet me behind the mall
i think you guys need to go back to consuming art for the art’s sake rather than for the sake of the review you’re going to post on the internet later
August is going to be good for your mental health.
It’s just me, or does Andrew have a tiny kink for Neil when he smokes. especially when he makes Neil keep the cigarette between his lips while Andrew goes down on him.
what’s the big deal about being avoidant. like ohhhh im dodging the bullet quick everyone lets mock the bullet dodger
The day u become the bullet after a lifetime of being the bullet dodger the irony will break u
I know for a fact that Nicky is kept up at night by the fact that Andrew never came out to him. I know it eats him up that Andrew never shared that with him
andrew coming out of easthaven and immediately being confronted with the truth that neil cares about him enough to get mega tortured is actually still one of the craziest things nora has written. "yeah my feelings for him have to be fake + from the meds because it's impossible for someone like him (someone who cares and prioritizes me) to exist" -> "what do u mean u signed up to be tortured instead of running away. what do u mean u would do it again even tho u failed because it was worth it"
ITS AUGUST
a short au idea where shane dropping by supriste at his girlfriend’s house because he was on a work trip and when he knocks on her door it takes a while to swing open, and when it finally does he’s face to face with a half-naked man he’s never seen before and his girlfriend appears behind him and turns all apologetic and starts crying when she notices shane at the door and starts saying it’s not what it looks like and begging for forgiveness, but shane just stands there barely listening, only having eyes for the guy who’s leaning against the doorframe looking completely unbothered, smirking like he’s actually enjoying the whole scene, and it makes shane so mad, so he pulls his hand away from his ex’s grip, breaks up with her, and leaves. he goes straight to his car but doesn’t turn the engine on, just leans his forehead against the steering wheel and stays there for like fifteen minutes, until he hears someone knock on his window and looks up and it’s the guy, so he rolls the window down and snaps “what do you want?”and the guy goes “i didn’t know she had a boyfriend” and shane’s like “so what?” and the guy, smirking just like before, goes “if i knew she had a boyfriend who looked like you, i would’ve been chasing you instead of her” and shane’s thinking this situation is absurd (and secretly pleased) and just asks “what the fuck is your problem?” and the guy goes “my problem is that i clearly chose the wrong one, now you can help me correct it, right?” and he winks at shane, who just flips him off, rolls up the window, and drives away. later shane is at a bar telling what happened to his friends when someone slides into the booth next to him and it’s the guy and his friend rose goes “shane, this is ilya, he’s the guy i met at the painting class and was telling you that you two would be great friends” and shane is sitting there horrified and speechless while ilya gives him that same satisfied smirk and goes “oh shane, we’re definitely going to be GREAT friends” and now shane is truly fucked

there are so MANY...what a slut (affectionate)
So, we all know Andrew hates physical touch (unless it's Neil, or there was a clear "yes"), but for a moment, imagine, just imagine...
It was a normal summer day. Too hot and too crowded for Andrew's taste. He was only bearing with it because Neil-stupid-Josten promised him an ice cream. So here they are, standing in a giant queue and Andrew, wearing his usual total black outfit is melting. Neil is standing by his side (Almost unnoticeably, turning his back to the crowd, so Andrew would touch as little strangers as possible), smiling ear to ear, wearing a "Palmetto Foxes" t-shirt and his stupid orange bandana. Andrew almost rolled his eyes, when he saw what Neil put on himself, but he hated him too much to say anything. His eyes searched the park for a hint of shadow, and finally raised at Neil, with a little more suffering in his sight that he attempted to show.
– Josten, that ice cream better be worth the fucking oven that you put me under.
Neil didn't say anything, but let out a quiet laugh and moved to the side so his shadow is cast on Andrew. He didn't notice that his back was exposed to the crowd, and maybe, just maybe, wouldn't have cared. It was in that moment that he felt two tiny hands grabbing onto his shirt. At first he tensed, and turned around, ready to pull the kid away until he looked at them and freezed. It was a little girl in a bright yellow dress, grabbing onto him and looking just as uncomfortable as he did. And he saw it. In the movement of her eyes, in the shaking of her lips, in her tightened fists. Andrew was gonna say something, until he was interrupted.
– She's nonverbal. – A soft voice of a young woman, sounding almost guilty. – She hates crowds, but it's her brother's birthday today, so...
– It's okay. – Andrew said before he could think, surprisingly even to himself. – I get her.
He could see the way her shoulders relaxed and a small smile appeared on her face.
– We didn't think she would grab onto someone she doesn't know. – The woman squatted down placing herself right in front of the girl – That's not exactly something she does a lot.
– Don't worry about it. – Andrew could almost see Neil raise his eyebrows, but to his surprise, Josten didn't say a thing. – Does she like ice cream?
Minutes later they would be sitting on a bench, under the cool shadow of a tree, finally having escaped the crowd. The girl would be sitting beside him, swinging her legs and grabbing his finger with her little fist.
Andrew didn't want that. He couldn't, shouldn't. But in that moment he saw himself in her eyes. The fear, the desperate attempt to escape, to hide, to protect herself from the world. And with that, he couldn't bring himself to break her, couldn't do to her what everyone did to him. And if that meant tolerating her little hands on his shirt, he would throw away his pride and shove deep down his burning memories, only to let her have hope that was taken from him too soon.
“Has it really been thirty years?”.
Growing old with you.
“TO BE HOPEFUL in bad times is not just foolishly romantic. It is based on the fact that human history is a history not only of cruelty, but also of compassion, sacrifice, courage, kindness. What we choose to emphasize in this complex history will determine our lives. If we see only the worst, it destroys our capacity to do something. If we remember those times and places—and there are so many—where people have behaved magnificently, this gives us the energy to act, and at least the possibility of sending this spinning top of a world in a different direction. And if we do act, in however small a way, we don’t have to wait for some grand utopian future. The future is an infinite succession of presents, and to live now as we think human beings should live, in defiance of all that is bad around us, is itself a marvelous victory.”
