having a career and my own home! i think back to my early 20s when I was stuck in this awful flat that was cold and covered in damp and i had no job and i basically had to steal from different shops just to get by. i was in the worst height of my depression and actively thought of killing myself many many times, but now i have my own home and i have a career that sustains me and i'm finally comfortable in that part of my life! :)

so! it's a journal full of photographs and memories! my mum died when i was 9 years old and im 32 now so its a long time and memories fade plus childhood trauma and blocking but my dad made it for me and its very cherished and very needed.

i had to be interviewed in a murder trial by the police when i was 9 years old because i was the only witness? heh.....

i took my friends dog for a walk once and we were passing this subway close to these woods which had all sorts of trippy rumours and stories attatched to it and phoebe (the dog) started growling like crazy out of nowhere, all the hairs on her back sticking up, and i distinctly remember turning my head and seeing this black mass which looked vaguely human just...there! throbbing! but it wasn't human... and it was the most malevolent feeling ever. like it didn't feel human at all. it was fucking terrifying. i ran like hell and hauled that dog back to my friends house like a bat out of hell. i wasn't being the stereotypical white woman to die in a horror movie. i've never been back since. there's something evil in those woods.

my earliest memory, i must have been 4-5 years old and its sitting in a bathtub with a bleeding leg because i picked up a razor and used it on my hairless baby legs and cut them to ribbons lmfao
