The typa shit I've been working on while I was taking a break I'm working on Street Catz inspired ARG called "The Fleabags Cartoon" a lost local animated variety show that ran from February to October 1966 the show is considered partially found media and is about 4 Cats called "The Fleabags" Each of the four has a different personality and role.
Jack/Jim Lyon (the witty, strong, cocky yet quick tempered leader & rhythm guitarist)(this guy in actuality (Believe it or not) was meant to be a good role model, but he's just an asshole to everyone around him,(especially Pogo) and deep down doesn't really care about anyone else other than himself, he's also a bit well... "Coo-coo" if you catch my drift)
Color: Green
Percy McCormick/McCoy (the romantic, fashionable yet slightly vain and prissy second in command and bassist)(he along with G. Morrison are basically just massive suck-ups to Jack and ALWAYS agree with him as soon as he says which direction he wants to go and in general just never questioning Jack)
Color: Blue
Ginger/Gerald Morrison(the quiet, shy and sometimes reserved lead guitarist)(the writers didn't even TRY to give him an actual personality so they just made him the same as Percy, although with slight changes (other than fur color) such as being less extroverted (but not grumpy) less vain and more quiet and reserved. but other than that, those two are basically just the same character.)
Color: Orange
and last but not least...Pogo (the gentle, sweet but also very dopey, clumsy, dimwitted drummer(oh gee, I haven't seen that before in a band-toon.) who is often the target of jokes from the other three)(after watching the show,(or at least what was left of it)it was pretty clear the writers ABSOLUTELY HATED HIM!
He was basically the writers "stress toy" who would constantly be abused and humiliated for cheap laughs)
Color: Pink
The Fleabags are a band of cats who get into all sorts of crazy shenanigans of sorts and a Rival band of dogs called "The Mangy Mutts" as the show antagonists that cause mischief and pulls pranks on the four felines
Thes show is basically a ripoff of equally garage cartoon "The Roaches Show"
The REAL reason as to why this show was made was due to creative differences, people walking out, people suffering from constant breakdowns due to the severe, constant overworking.
same crew, same style, same, shitty writing, low budget animation, same plots, everything. But except the only difference here is that they're Cats!
Anyway here's the designs of the characters(these designs are outdated btw)
