Idk how else to describe him but as controversial. He doesn't abide by the stipulations of anyone. Absolutely no one.
But he's so silly about it, that's the thing. That's what keeps him from being a complete and utter villian.
He is very straight forward and to the point.
Don't come for him for advice, it won't be productive, it's detrimental to you and your world. Complain about children? Get rid of them. With no initial consideration that you can't just absolve yourself of your child that way for a plethora of reason and most of them are emotional and moral ones, but in his mind, those emotions and morals aren't the forefront.
He will genuinely question why that factor even matters, I reckon because he has YET to develope his own that would bring SOME sense of understanding.
Even then, even if he found and curated those emotional tethers, complain about your micromanaging boss? Bonk him on the head with a shovel and toss him off a cliff. Get rid of it.

Meaning, this man would probably not bat an eye about working with someone like Mephiles or Heephis because he has no attachments and he is ambitious but again, he's silly.
Not silly sadistic, brimming with devious mirth, but silly. Charlie Choplin silly. Three Stooges silly.
But he's also so naive and ignorant of trends and slang and PC culture and misses social cues at an alarming speed. It gets him into trouble until they realize, he's not intentionally being rude, he really just doesn't know.
But discrimination of color/sex/religion/belief/culture is fucking stupid to him. That is stupid, he'd say. Why does it matter?
Tbh, he's a great ally but also your worse nightmare.
