Theatre Kids: Hey Directors! Can you put Broadway musicals in movie theatres to make stuff like that more accessible to people farther away from New York or those who canât afford tickets?
Directors:
Theatre Kids: That is not what we meant!
I said what I said
All Star but itâs in a minor key so it makes you question life and realize the years start comin and they donât stop comin

The woman in the bathroom is trans and is scared that if she comes out of the stall the women that walked in will insult or harass her. but when she comes out they compliment her on her dress instead. The add ends with saying âstress tested for women.â It means Secret is including trans women in their definition of women.Â
I have reblogged this three times now, each one mentioning the fact that Secret not only included a trans woman, but that they /had the other women compliment her dress and treat her with respect/. I will reblog this every time I see it because itâs so important. More companies should involve trans people in their marketing - we do exist. Props to Secret for getting in on this movement. It makes me really happy to see more of the trans community represented in daily television.
Suave, slow and elegant movements. I can not stop been mesmerized.
h OLy crap

Hey there! Just wanted you to know that you're awesome!!
Awwww thank you! You're awesome too! Spreading happiness and love is as awesome as it gets :)
Thereâs this myth amongst healthy people that being chronically ill exists in a vacuum. That yes, you lose your health, but everything else in life stays the same. And thatâs just not even close to the truth. Being sick affects everything. Not a single aspect of life is left unchanged.Â
Chronic illness changes everything- the friends you have, the food you eat, the movies you can watch, the hobbies you do, your job, your education, your family, your relationships, etc, etc, etc.Â
There is no such thing as âjust health,â or âjust physical ability.â  Chronic illness is a malignancy, and it slithers its way into each and every aspect of a personâs life.
Director Marianne Elliott: âI could not be more thrilled that Stephen Sondheim agreed to turn Amy into Jamie. We are keeping the existing dialogue, and not changing the famous scene in which the character gets cold feet about their impending marriage and sings the iconic âIâm Not Getting Married Today.â The characters of Jamie and Paul feel like a lot of the contemporary gay male friends I know.âÂ
Alex Gaumond and Jonathan Bailey Will Play Same-Sex Couple in Londonâs Gender-Swapped Company

Intuition is real. Vibes are real. Energy doesnât lie. Tune in.
Hear me out here:
A television show done in the style of The Office or Parks and Recreation, except it takes place backstage in a touring company of a failing Broadway musical.
We never find out what the musical is ever about. We just get shown bits and pieces of dialogue, songs, and choreography throughout the episodes. But every new piece of the musical thatâs revealed only adds to the mystery⊠itâs just a confusing hodgepodge of genres and seemingly unrelated side plots and characters.
And AND a bewildering number of Broadway greats are in the show but we only see them or hear them in passing or in the background. Just enough to make us go âHey, was thatâŠ?â and we never see the same person more than once.
Excellent history fact to remember;
Niccolo Machiavelli and Leonardo Da Vinci, most likely at the behest of the Borgias, once conspired to steal a river.
Thatâs right folks. They planned to change the course of the Arno River so that they could steal it from Pisa and make Florence accessible by sea.Â
Please take a moment to imagine that.
Please.Â
âSo we just divert the -â
âDonât worry they wonât notice a thingâ
100% better than National Treasure.
This should be a wacky bromance heist film. We need more wacky historical heist films.
It gets better. I just had to go check on the veracity of this and discovered MORE.
Their plan failed, at which point Machiavelli decided to quietly fade out of politicsâŠand went on to write The Prince, one of the most (in)famous pieces of Western literature.
Da Vinci, meanwhile, never forgot the river that got away. In fact, he made it the background of one of his most famous paintingsâhell, one of the most famous paintings, period.
Yup, thatâs the fucking river.
Some shit is just too good not to reblog.
