I'm about to graduate high school and finally get out of the house and go to college (which I might add is states away) Hooray!! 🎉

BUT

Why is it, that parents decide that this is the year they're going to make life actual hell on earth? Since August I have met probably forty different personalities all from the same mom. One day she's sad that "her baby is leaving" the next day it's like I'm the biggest mistake ever and I've caused her life to be hell? I genuinely don't understand. Is it simply just a guilt trip to get me to stay and not go to college? Is it her world is crashing because the person she's had take care of the house and dogs is leaving? I DONT GET IT 😞

I just hate that it's the current reality, but at this point it's gotten to the point where I just exist in this house. I stay in my room and wait for her to blow her fuse the next time.

It's okay though just three more months and I'm out.

i love learning how to play instruments. i love singing. i love finding new artists, genres, and songs to listen to. i love telling people that they remind me of a song, i love being told i remind someone of a song. i love the instrumentals, the heavy metal, the synth, techno, ballads, country, pop, rock, inde, rap i love it all. i love the lyricism people put into their songs. i love albums, i love albums that tell stories. i love putting playlist together with songs i think fit with one another.
