Quick Low cal risotto alternative
Today I was craving risotto like crazy (it’s my favorite meal) so I decided to do a quick little low cal alternative recipe bc it’s my safe food and I wanted something quick to make (or I was going to binge). It was glorious.
I put :
22g oats (86)
1 teaspoon olive oil with truffle (40)
Garlic powder (10)
Oignon powder (10)
Vegetable broth (10)
Basil
5g of Parmesan cheese (20)
Salt and pepper
So in a pot you put your oats with boiling hot water and a cube of vegetable broth, you cook it until it’s creamy as fuck and then you put all the other stuff and it’s amazing! Only 176 calories for all of it and it’s so filling and satisfying. Here is the result I hate it with a tomato (18) and some grilled carrots.
