This is my first post about anything include, that I can call art. My art complex makes me so high and love it af, and well we can't help that. Additionally, I borrowed some references I found on Pinterest. Yeah, I made this glitchy one. This is my other oc, at least I can partially illustrate it. This has netural's code and law, and that is Æ1109. Well you don't know Dr. Infinite Newton Netural, he's an infamous mad scientist. I'm still in the process to create that story.
