Note to self: It is okay
It is okay that you’ve eaten like shite for the last few days (you ate pretty healthy for the 3 weeks before that), It is okay that you haven’t got around to putting your clean laundry back into your wardrobe (even though it is now all over the floor), It is okay that you have considered calling in sick because you can’t be bothered to leave the house (you managed to go, even though you didn’t want to), It is okay that you haven’t revised as much as you wanted for your exams (you still have two weeks, and you kicked ass in your January exams), It is okay that you had 10 hours sleep last night (you were woken up at 4am by people being inconsiderately loud the night before), It’s okay that you still haven’t got around to stretching your calves after running three times last week (at least you went running), It is okay that you don’t get as many instagram likes as you would like, It is okay that sometimes you feel left out, It is okay that you question some of your closest friendships (you deserve the world, and if they don't see that, that is okay), It is okay that I need to write this today to motivate myself to go about my day (is a lot more productive than staying in bed.
Life is okay, working to make it spectacular though.
