I can't really write an answer to this question so here is a little tutorial :D (you will need Ibis Paint X to do this)

1. Draw whatever you want :)

2. Fill the drawing with the colour you want to use for you background

3. Fill parts of your drawing with the Dot L4 screen tone

4. Fill other parts of the drawing in colour

5. Add shadow & highlights to your drawing

6. Add your background

7. Place an image of a watercolour paper texture on top of your drawing (you can find images on Pinterest)

8. Clear white the watercolour texture & lower the opacity to 25%

All done! Hopefully this tutorial was helpful :)
