If you’re familiar with Starbeary’s hiders, this is exactly the same thing but for the For Rent Expansion Pack. If you’re not familiar with Starbeary’s hiders, here’s what they do:
Hides the item in the CAS Catalog so when you are making/editing Sims, you won’t even have to look at it anymore!
Disables the item for random so that it will not spawn on any new townies. (Townies already generated before adding hiders will still have any items you’ve hidden. These hiders only apply to all townies generated after you put the hiders in your game).
Everything is in one zip file and all items are separated and categorized into folders. They have the name that Sims 4 Studio assigns to them. You can go through and pick which items you do and don’t want.
HOW TO USE:
Put all the packages for items you DON’T want into your mods folder.
Delete all the packages for items you DO want.
Never again look at another For Rent CAS item you don’t want to!

I’ve updated the Culinary Caddy to support small appliances—yes, that includes the coffee maker, grinder, and other countertop gadgets! You can now place them directly on the caddy, and they’ll work as expected in-game.
About this item:
I’ve added appliance slots to the Culinary Caddy object. That means you can now place coffee makers, grinders, toasters, and more right on the caddy surface.
Use it in cozy kitchens, bistros, or anywhere space is tight but functionality matters.
The object remains unchanged visually — you keep the clean design of the original caddy, but it’s now way more versatile.

a lip gloss in 60 colors, 2 different compression versions.
an eyeshadow in 20 colors, each in 3 different shine placement variations, each also in 2 different compression versions.
+ an extra eye gloss detail, 35 shine variations, under face tattoos or face paint. It's like a transparent lip gloss, but for the eyelids, to either use on its own, or to layer with the eyeshadow to intensify the glossiness.

I realized I never reuploaded these — originally converted from The Sims 3 to The Sims 4 by @wildlyminiaturesandwich, I made these laundry machines functional! They use the animations from EA’s Laundry Day machines, so the fit is a little off visually — but they’re fully functional and work great in-game.
They come in WMS’s beautiful 55-color palette, and I’ve updated the thumbnails to work with DX11.
If you don’t have Laundry Day, you can still enjoy the decorative versions from WMS here. (You don't need the originals for mine to work, but you can have both in your mods folder at the same time.)
