Hey all! We’re sorry for the absence, life’s been kicking us down lately, but hopefully we should be back now and should be able to post at least somewhat frequently! We’re currently working on touching up the blog a bit in terms of its theme have changed our mod names, since we feel like we needed a new look and a new start!

This post is going to be pinned, both as somewhat of an explanation for why we’ve been gone and also to serve as a DNI list to keep our banners short and compact!

We’re back??? Maybe??????

Mod Luna here! Sorry for the absence again, life’s been hitting us pretty hard for reasons I’m sure most of you know about by now. We’re in the final stretch of online school and should be free from schoolwork in the next week or so, so hopefully we should be posting more regularly by then!

We’re currently working on that as well as updating this blog a little bit (with most notably some new banners because nasties can’t behave), but in the meantime we wanna remind you all that positivity requests are open! You can send in an idea for a positivity post through the ask box and we should be able to make a post for you.

Hey!! If you’re an endogenic system and you’re reading this! Guess what! You’re amazing and I love you! The same goes to any quoigenic, neurogenic, parogenic, protogenic, metagenic, etc. systems out there!

We exist and we’re strong as hell for dealing with everything gatekeepers throw at us. Our experiences are real and just as valid and true as anyone else’s, and we deserve to have spaces to explore ourselves and talk about our identity. We’re not intruding or being disrespectful by existing. 💕💖

We see that syscourse is getting especially harsh on other plural systems right now, so just a reminder:

Endogenic systems exist, and no, you’re not faking or ableist just for being endogenic We come in all different shapes and sizes, from small two-person endogenic systems to large gateway systems, from psychological and neurological leaning systems to spiritual and supernaturally leaning systems We span different countries, races and ages; don’t let syscoursers try to convince you everyone who’s endogenic is secretly a white american child We can also have trauma or no trauma, every system has a different life history and different things they go through You can 100% be content with your plurality and how you exist as a system, or you can dislike being endogenic and not be as content with it. Neither view discredits your system’s origin.  And yes, endogenic systems CAN be diagnosed with DID/OSDD if they fit the diagnostic criteria and happen to be struggling with certain aspects of their plurality; those who are experiencing blackouts, distressing dissociation, and/or need help functioning with their plurality are just as justified to seek help as any other system. 

Don’t fall for the nonsense being shouted by anti-endogenics and exclusionists; those who are the loudest aren’t always correct.

Did you think you were one kind of system when you discovered you were actually another, or even a mix?

That’s totally cool and valid!

Self discovery is good and doesn’t dismiss your previous experiences! Every system is different, try not to put yourself in a box! Be you!

If you get hate because of your system, you don’t deserve it. No matter what.

“I must be getting hate for some reason!” You’re not, some people are just jerks!

“There has to be something wrong with me!” There isn’t!

“They said I’m [Bad thing], [Worse thing] and [Awful thing]!” You’re not!

“This post doesn’t apply to me!” It does!

People will try to make you upset, break you down and get a rise out of you to try and prove their “points” rooted in ableism and gatekeeping. 

Don’t let gatekeepers have their way! 

There are more people who support you than you think!

Sorry about the inactivity lately! We’ve been going through a tough time both IRL and online, but we should be back to somewhat regular posting now!

If anyone wants a specific kind of positivity, you’re free to request through the ask box! We hit occassional snags when it comes to positivity ideas, so anything helps. (Anons have always been off to discourage harassment, so we won’t publish your ask or username if you don’t want us to!)

No matter your level of in-sys communication, you’re valid!

Whether you’ve been able to communicate since day one or you’ve been building up for weeks/months/years, your experience is just as valid as everyone elses!

Every system develops and experiences things at their own pace, so it’s okay if your experience doesn’t match up with others! Take your time!

Are you a new alter or headmate that doesn’t know your identity, name, age, etc? You’re valid!

Whether you’re newly formed and only just figuring out, or have been trying to figure out or find something that fits for months/years, you’re valid!

Everyone has their process of finding out who they are, and even if you don’t find out fully or at all and just choose to keep what you think fits, that’s okay!

Do you face hate or harrassment because of the way your system is? You don’t deserve that at all! You have the right to block and/or report anyone being nasty for your safety or wellbeing, and you don’t deserve any nasty comments made just because of the way you are.
