Got the head of my Ordis Floof finished on the 2nd attempt. Now onto the body lol

Progress on the T. Ocellus plush will likely be very slow since I decided to hand-embroider the 8 individual irises around the body.

I'm getting a little help from the AVP Xeno here but it isn't much faster at it either

I'm sorry for the lack of updates but embroidery takes more time than I have 😅

But I got the pupils of the first 5 eyes done

It's finally done!

Next time I attempt a project with this much hand embroidery, shoot me!

But it is finally done

Now I just hope this still looks good when I take it off the hoop and remove the stitch n tear...

This was the museum I went to often in my childhood. I'm no longer able to visit unless I visit family, but this place holds a special place in my heart.

As stated in the article, they hold around 7 million artifacts- many of which are orphaned fossils, with the museum taking in collections that otherwise would have been trashed.
