all the times i shifted, i 100% believed i was there. and it’s tricky to do bc you always feel you’re gaslighting yourself to some degree.

but i found it helps if you say “no matter what i feel, hear, or see, im in my dr” and ignore your cr.

you don’t even have to feel your bedsheets or anything from your dr. feel the change in energy. like how you’d feel if you changed rooms with a blindfold on. the physical sensations are the same - but energetically it feels different.

my essentials in my 2000's dr ✧

1. my bags. i fully believe that at this point i can put anything in them, somehow i could probably fit 70 books in there and it wouldn’t break. i really like collecting charms & pins to put on them, my pin collection got so big that i have a whole bin of pins that’s almost full to the top.

2. my beloved cds, and cd player. when i tell you i need these to survive. i'm always finding the best cds at my local thrift store, i don't play abt my music. i have a lot of rare ones, and some that are even limited edition. also i scripted that newer artists music exists in the 2000's, because i refuse to go a day without listening to frank ocean or sza 😭

3. my vanity + desk, these just hold any items that i wanna randomly place there for convenience. either way, i'm in love with my vanity. i have a few books over there and a few phones, and a camera too.

4. my journal, i write in here everyday. whenever i look back inside it, it feels like i'm reading a story fr. lots of random doodles and scribbles, or misspelling a word and i have to cross it out with ink since i forgot to use a pencil. 💭
