It’s been years since you last stepped foot inside the Silver Nexus, a large kingdom with mile high walls surrounding the bustling cities inside; each metropolis  filled with magic and intrigue hidden around every corner.

Once a place you called home, you’ve long since given up that security to travel the world as a wandering mercenary alongside your two companions– though soon an opportunity too good to refuse arises in the form of a mysterious though promising summons from the Silver Queen herself. Having asked for your company’s assistance specifically, you begin the long trek from the Bronze District, ignoring the vague details in favour of anticipating your big break.

Returning to your old homeland fills you with an almost heavy sense of nostalgia as you walk the brick road leading to the capital, hopes high knowing this job could change the lives of both you and your companions for the better. However, unease quickly sets in as you come to realise nothing could have ever prepared you for the trials that await…

57. What's the most chaotic thing they've done?

When they were younger, Rent attempted to lure a kindle of fire crabs into their father's personal garden to scare him. Fire crabs are extremely territorial, however, and didn't take kindly to the birds and squirrels running around; setting half the garden on fire and singeing a good foot of Rent's hair off.

96. What's their sense of humour like?

In case it wasn't already obvious, Rent is a huge fan of pranks. Ignoring their own track record of their pranks going horribly wrong and backfiring in some way or another, they prefer the harmless ones. They do get a bit pouty if anyone pulls any pranks against them, though.

98. How competitive are they?

Honestly? Not that competitive. If someone tries to challenge them on anything, they'll typically just roll over and say "Well, if you've got that handled, I'm going to take a nap."

He was fine, and then went through all the stages of heat stroke in half a second before his body went ‘No thank you’ and just shut off to stop it from being so hot. Good job.”

blathers is a whole ass academic with phds in ichthyology and entomology and a minor in art history and yet when a small child hands him the literal mona lisa and tells him they bought it from his old flame’s ex-husband who is also a wanted criminal his response is to go hmmm. yes. thank you. the best place for this is the museum of this desert island. there is nothing strange at all about this turn of events.

just based on from what i can remember from the early game i feel like blathers is probably on the island to do a field survey on the local fauna and the paleontological significance of the area. so anyway cut to blathers back in animal city doing his presentation during the yearly conference. the powerpoint concludes and he asks for questions.
