//Hiatus Notice
//Not like I haven't been on one for a couple of months now :T
But I'm on my last year of undergrad and there's just so much to do @_@
So here's the official notice! Until mid-December I'll keep trying to pop over and queue some replies, but don't hold your breath. I'll spam ya'll when school lets out for winter break! 8D
A sudden jerk to his lithe body, mostly his right wrists, brought the teen out of his little reverie. Blue optics snap open as he quickly glances around his surroundings, trying to figure out why the scenery was moving so quickly. His mind races a mile a minute as he tires to figure out what’s wrong with everything around him, because he’s quite sure that scenery does not move at the rate it’s currently going. It takes while before he realizes the scenery is not the one moving, but he is, and at a fast rate. Once he comes upon this realization, his heart begins to pound like crazy and he finally feels the pressure on his right wrist. His eyes follow down his arm all the way to his wrists where a hand lays, grasping the thin appendage. Panic settles within him and he’s quite sure that someone’s trying to kidnap him at this very moment.
Unfortunately, Izumi did not hear the words spewed his way by the stranger. He really thinks that someone is going to kidnap him and possibly sell him to someone or chop his body into little pieces, then hide them all around town with notes for random people to find them like some sort of sick game. He doesn’t have the courage to tell the other to stop, but he is somewhat able to call out to others for help. “U—Um, could you please let go. I don’t k—know who you are, so p—please”, he pleads with the other, certainly not wanting to be dragged into something bad.
The feline paused, barely, really just slowed as he glanced back towards the boy he'd snagged. One eyebrow raised, and his lips down-turned in a slight frown of annoyance. He huffed and pointed his free hand towards their pursuers. "Ya so sure ya want me to let go? They don't look friendly back there. Do you really wanna meet 'em, or keeping running? My jaw didn't get this blue on its own ya know." He snarled as he went, turning back to face ahead, though, he did loosen his grip on Izumi's wrist. Let him fall behind and face the trio of brutes on his own if he really wanted to.

— He sighs, laying himself down, stretching his large body out on the wet grass, then puts his head between his paws. He thinks it over for a moment, then closes his eyes.
— Almost. I reap the souls that are to be sent to the Lord above.
— He digs his paws into the moist dirt and yawns loudly.
— When it is their time, of course.
'The... Lord-above?' The kitten repeated, considering the term, puzzling over its meaning, trying to somehow link it to a concept in his limited range of conscious memory. In the end, he just flopped in the grass and curled up, resting his little head on his tiny paws as he eyed the giant canine.
'Is this Lord the sky? ... or the sun?' He finally asked, hesitant, clinging to a faint idea. He could only hope he'd finally guessed something right about this new world.

This was the first time anyone could look through the brunet’s lies. Well, he wasn’t really trying to act right now so perhaps that was it. Still, Kyouhei sank away in his color. He didn’t like the tone the other spoke to him.
And it took him a while too to figure out what he was trying to say since the brunet didn’t really understood what the other was getting at. When he figured out he wanted something to drink, Kyouhei averted his eyes to the side. They were close to Virbank City, the place Kyouhei lived. There were spots enough to get a drink in the city. “You can get a drink in the city up ahead…” The brunet murmured.
Kyouhei was also faced with someone old and very much used to telling the same brand of lie, he couldn't help but notice and was far too weary to not point it out. For this feline, it takes energy to not be a blunt jerk.
To the murmur, the Cat waved a hand and pursed his lips. "Well nat'rally in the city. I was 'opin' for directions of a more specific quality. I dun know the city at all, ya see, I dunno where's good ta go and where's not." He replied as his tail wove about behind him, piercings glinting in the sun.

{✿} — Shy blinked for a moment, wondering why the man was smiling and staring at him, and when he moved closer to him, Shy couldn’t help but take a few steps back and away. "A-a-ah w-well…" He started, looking down at his fiddling hands for a moment so that he could get the courage to offer something to this stranger. "I-I was j-just wondering i-if y-you d-d-didn’t h-have a way to pay…" Shy paused, glancing up. "Y-y-you could s-stay at my place…" He mumbled toward the end.
Oh my, could this kid get any cuter? The feline purred, leaning back though to give Shy the space he obviously wanted. "Ya serious? Ya'd let a stranger inta yer 'ome?" Shifting his weight from foot to foot and turning his gaze away, the Cat tucked his hands deep in his pockets as he played up thinking the offer over. "Well... if ya mean it, I'd be fo'ever grateful to ya~. Bein' new ta town an' all, I dun even know if the money 've got would work." He answered with an awkward little laugh. He was never prepared when he arrived somewhere new, but it usually took longer before he found a local to chat with. " 'M Liam, by the way." He added, extending a hand to shake.

The redhead turned from her book to address the speaker. “Do I, really? And what if what you’re perceiving about me is…wrong?”
Kelly’s reasoning was that it was impossible for nearly no one in the galaxy to not have heard of the Citadel and its Presidium. Maybe the unusual features were an indication that he wasn’t a part of the galaxy. It sounded crazy, but…what if?
"It is quite formal; it’s where all the embassies and Council offices are."

What if indeed~ He was certainly curious what she'd think of someone as alien as he. But then, he always was curious what the locals would think of him, the first time he visited somewhere.
To her description, he wrinkled his nose. Ick. Not only formal but governmental. Ew. "I see. Well, I s'pose that makes it a good place for new folk ta land, more or less anyway."

It had been quite the while since he heard the word, ‘brat’. And it had never been used to describe him (at least to his face), until now. An eyebrow had risen, although he had decided that food was a bit more important than his company. Oh what the cat didn’t know… It caused a simple, deep laugh from the exGeneral. Liam thought he played on such a small scale. That was almost cute. But no, the ‘gentleman’ turned his unblinking gaze onto the other.
"It’s called ‘boredom’,"
He almost purred the word out. When the silver haired man got bored on his travels… Anything could happen. It was unfortunate he had the humanity to not push the cat’s final buttons on the matter beforehand.. But their banter was worth it.
Best he get used to hearing it, compared to the ageless vessel, Sephiroth was easily a 'brat'. At least, so far as the feline had now decided. There was a brief pause before Sephiroth's answer actually got a response though - while the Cat focused on enjoying his fish a little, and taking a long sip of his rum.
Then, Boredom. Oi. He wrinkled his nose a little at the thought. Dangerous, men who acted on boredom. He would know, he's one of them. Which would be why the wrinkle gave way to a grin and a chuckle. "Is that all? Ever heard o' crakin' open a book when yer bored~?" He suggested with a purr, little hypocrite. But then, he hardly meant the suggestion sincerely~

"Go ahead, I honestly don’t care about you or what you do as long as it doesn’t get in my way." Or threaten me., he mentally added.
Viltret grunted quietly and pushed the other away as softly as he could. “It’s Viltret, and…. Oi! Haven’t you ever heard of personal space?” He asked annoyed already by the other. Though he was rude he wasn’t rude enough to go inconveniencing anyone. Or at least he thought he would by doing so, he wasn’t actually sure he knew what that word was….
Pushed back, the feline laughed and shrugged. So touchy this one, lovely~ It would be an easy and fun button to push throughout their interactions. "Oh dun ya worry, Viltret~" He purred, slowing down as he spoke the name, tasting is, feeling the shape of it as he said it. Hm, he did like that. "I dun get in people's ways, not 'nless it serves me a purpose anyway, an' ya dun seem ta have anythin' worth my makin' a bother over~" Would he be relieved, or insulted? Not that the feline cared all that much, as long as he could stay hidden here long enough, he was happy~

Eren, still tucked away in the bathroom, couldn’t escape the prompting of his mark; the more he tried the more insistent it got. 'Whoever it is…They're really quite pushy, aren't they?' It was now that the teen had gotten up and left the bathroom to go down the hallway, towards the back of the courtyard. He was certain that’s where this person was waiting for him, the mark told him all he needed to know on that.
He made it outside and into the night air, without any obstruction by the staff and followed the path all the way down. It was there at the end of the trail, that he noticed a smallish figure. Eren felt conflicted, he was still against the whole idea of living as someone else’s ‘tool’ simply because of some word tattooed mysteriously on their bodies but at the same time, his curiosity was overwhelming. Just who exactly dis the mark choose as his partner? What kind of person did it think completed him? The curiosity, and some may say his mark, won over and he continued on, as his Sacrifice came into a more focused view as he drew closer.
"….Are you the other half of Boundless?"
Someone was walking towards him, in a straight path, and the kitten felt his whole body coil with the anticipation. The call had worked!
The kitten was grateful, for one of the rare times in his life, to have been so strictly schooled in self-control. Else, he would certainly have launched himself at the other boy even before Eren spoke a word. Instead, he waited patiently, taking slow, measured steps to shorten the distance between them. His ears perked up at the sound of the other's voice and he had trouble containing his cheer. "I am~" He answered, a grin curling his lips as he held out a hand for Eren to shake - quite purposefully revealing their name at the same time. "I'm William, though most stick to Liam~" All of his excitement, the energy that should have had him bouncing up and down on the spot, was contained, channeled only in the twitchy, constant waving of his tail.
