the footage on the screens during sleep was gerard in a straitjacket being reconditioned. yeah this leg is a prequel to the first leg. they're taking pills at the start of the show, being shown what to do for each part of the show, the crew are all in nurse uniforms, gerard shook the clerks hand like they were meeting for the very first time, they had to be guided to the podium for wttbp and shown the fist pumping they always do.

this is the black parade's first ever show since the famous last words video, they're still being reconditioned, they don't know what's happening.
