Hello! First off, I just discovered and read your LILL fic and I wanted to stop by and say it's one of the most beautifully written and endearing stories I've ever followed. Second, I've never had a good family, I've never experienced having parents that truly care for you, and it's something I crave every day. Reading how Abby cuddles C&L and Jake dances with them and calls them sweetpea was so warm and made me cry. I just wanted to thank you for letting me experience something I've never had.

Maybe think real hard about why the “logical” end of every lgbt woman’s character arc mysteriously happens to be death. Maybe think about why you don’t write lgbt women and black women with the intent that they will live.

Yes, except for the members of your invincible core cast who are, mysteriously, straight and cis and white and who are, mysteriously, always exempt even when you’re trying to show us that “anyone can die.”
