Four or More 2026 Pride Event
AO3 collection
This is a limited time Ficathon where the only requirement is to have your work be Pride-themed.
What’s Pride-themed? Anything from actually loudly attending Pride to quiet coming outs to family. Celebrating mixed orientation relationships or watching people’s sexual orientations and genders change and evolve within the polycule. Gender fuckery in the sheets or in the streets.
We will not be policing works for one definition of Pride
Our Four or More Bingo will be officially launched on June 1st, but you can combine this event with the Four or More Bingo (or any other event that allows it) for an extra challenge.
This event will run exclusively from June 1st to June 30th.
This is a low-stakes, personal challenge. There's no penalty for not finishing, you just won’t make it to the Pride collection.
GUIDELINES
Any medium! Any rating! As long as your work focuses on a relationship with 4 or more people, it's allowed!
All works must be your own and not previously posted. AI generated works will be deleted from the collections.
You may combine these with other events, as long as the other event allows it (examples are @polyamships polyamshippingday, lyricaltitles challenges, etc)

MEDIUM SPECIFIC GUIDELINES
Minimum wordcount for fics is 100 words. There is no maximum
Minimum for art is a sketch on unlined paper (figure sticks allowed!). There is no limit to the quality or effort you want to put in your fills.
Minimum for moodboards is a 3x3 grid (9 images individually or edited in one image). Maximum is given by the place where you decide to post. On tumblr, the maximum is 20 images, but on AO3, you're free!
Minimum for podfic is a 100-word fic. There is no restriction on maximum length or sound effects.
Minimum for fanvids is 30 seconds. There is no maximum.
Other mediums don't have a minimum. Do you want to make an in-universe magazine for your ship? A cross stich pattern? A sculpture? Go ahead and do it! I look forward to all the things you can create.

Q: What kind of works am I allowed to submit?
A: All type of fanworks are welcome! Fics, art, podfic, meta, you name it. As long as the main relationship features 4 or more people, it's allowed.
Q: I don't have an AO3 account. Can I join?
A: Of course! All you need to be able to participate on tumblr is a tumblr account. If you don't have an AO3 account and would like to post there, please contact the mods off anon and we'll get you an invite.
Q: My work contains [INSERT WARNING HERE]. Can I still participate?
A: Yes. This is a CNTW (Choose Not To Warn) space. Feel free to post without worrying about warnings.
Q: I don't want to see [X] content, can you please remove it?
A: No. The only content that will be removed will be that that does not comply with the rules.

Announcing the May Trope Mayhem Prompt List for 2026!
May Trope Mayhem is a multi-fandom/original creation event open to writers, artists, and creators of all kinds! Our creators have shared their favorite tropes, and we’ve put together a list of 31, one per day through the month of May. We encourage creators to join us for this month of fun tropey mayhem.
Our goal is to promote motivation and help with habit building, so we’re encouraging authors to keep their ficlets under 1,000 words, artists to stick to making just a sketch, gif makers to only do a single image, etc., as applicable to whatever you’re making.
This event is primarily held on Tumblr, but you’re welcome to participate anywhere Duck Prints Press has an account (you can see all our current platforms here) and we’ll keep our eyes on our tag everywhere!
How can you participate? It’s easy! There’s just a few simple rules:
write a ficlet or a poem, create art, make a gif, or create any other content that you want, aligned with the prompt for the day!
post your correctly tagged fills to Tumblr, and we’ll reblog them! We’ll reskeet works on Bluesky, retoot those on Mastodon, you get the idea. Note: we do not use Twitter.
you must tag warnings such as gore, MCD, sexual content, etc., so that people can make informed decisions!
please also tag fandom and ship, so people can find what interests them!
we ask that you put the tags at the top of your post, so they’re easy to find.
if you write more than 1k words and post the whole text on Tumblr or wherever, please use a read more if the platform allows.
if you create something with NSFW content or potentially triggering material, please put the entire work under a read more.

Summary: Peter-Three gets back to his timeline and finds nothing but the same raging loneliness and grief he had grown used to. Seeking to reunite with the people who made him feel alive again for the first time in years, his attempts to break the bonds of his already fragile timeline catch the attention of the TVA, who decide the best place for him is a universe with a bit more stability. Once there, Peter finds friendship, understanding… and maybe even love.
Happy belated birthday/holiday season, @wagemama-ningyo! I hope you appreciate this gift fic. It fills my O4: Secret Identity/Identity Reveal square for the Bodyslide Bingo Event (the prompt isn’t really as big a party of the fic as I wanted it to be, sadly, but unfortunately the romance angle took over for the prompt); and yes I know I’m insanely late for this to be written as part of @polyshipweek but 1. I do what I want, and 2. this story idea was perfect for the Alt 10 Entire polycule fell for/flirt with the same person prompt so I’m just gonna go for it.

Chapter One: it’s a damn cold night
“Ah, this is so cool. I always wanted brothers.”
Peter sighed as he adjusted his goggles, leaning over the machine that had been his obsession for the past three weeks. Three weeks since he returned to his own universe. Three weeks since he had gone back to being alone.
Uncle Ben was gone. Gwen was gone. Harry was gone. Aunt May was gone, too, and there wasn’t even anyone for him to fight over it—he could do a lot as Spider-Man, but one thing he couldn’t fight was cancer. These days, he split his time between his underground lab and swinging from building to building. But Spider-Man was not really a hero anymore. Not since he stopped pulling his punches. Not since he broke into Ravencroft and killed the man who had once been his best friend. Not since he had let his rage consume him and send him on a warpath.
Helping the younger Peter, saving his MJ, healing the world instead of breaking it—that had felt good. When the older Peter called him amazing… Peter had not realized how much he had needed to hear that. How much he’d needed to feel like he belonged somewhere.
When he first returned to his universe, it was with a brightened outlook and excitement. Max and Dr. Connors had both been cured. Who knew how much that would change his reality? Part of him held the hope that, with them cured, Gwen would be alive again—maybe even her father too. Perhaps Harry would not have gone insane. There were endless possibilities in the multiverse.
And yet, upon returning to his universe, he found himself back in his underground lab, with everything looking the exact same as he left it. He had no missed texts or calls; everything was in the same place, and he was once again alone. Of course, if he had given it proper thought—had not let himself get caught up in the excitement, in the feeling of belonging—he would have realized. Everyone had been sent back to different universes, different timelines. None of their branches were the same. And so yes, there were timelines where Gwen was alive, where things were better. But that was not his timeline. Here he was alone.
Perhaps not for long, though.
Wow... string theory, multidimensional reality, and matter displacement… all real?
Dr. Strange had cracked open the universe with magic, and Peter was no magician. He could not hope to do the same. But what he couldn’t accomplish with magic… with enough determination, he just might be able to do it with science. That, or die trying.

Bill rubbed his (no) chin in thought. “Funny you should say that. The ninth circle of hell is basically a winter wonderland down there. But just filled with a lot more torture methods.”
With a snap of his fingers, the world dissolved.

Polyship Week 2025: Day Four: Alt Prompt: Heatwave

"Jayce, don't do this," Heimerdinger says in a near whisper, his look wounded. Salo is sitting with his mouth hanging open in shock. Shoola sips her tea, but her hand quivers ever so slightly. Both Kiramman and Hoskel are avoiding making eye contact with anyone. Mel alone is looking at Jayce, her expression one of disappointment warring with resignation. Jayce nearly falters, but then he remembers Viktor's palpable panic as Heimerdinger threatened to destroy their best hope at a cure.
In another timeline, when Viktor ends up in the hospital, Jayce doesn't go to him alone—Mel joins him.
