As a fellow witch and a duelist you can use a deck as tarot cards and they get really accurate.
Ridiculously accurate. I find if you treat any deck of cards as a form of divination or tarot cards, that's what they then become.
I was diagonosed with a mild form of schizophrenia last year. I see shadows all of the time and they used to extremely scare me. Through wicca, i have accepted them. I believe they are spirits. I have offered them homes in my dolls. 💚

Ever used YuGiOh cards in divination?
I have owned exactly 2 Yu-Gi-Oh cards in my entire life. I have never used them for divination but i'm sure you probably could!
How do you use pendulums for divination?
All the time. I use one i made myself but anything, even necklaces work.

Hey friends! this is my writing, art, photography, music and edits blog.
I am sorry I haven’t been so active on the witch blog, there is a lot going on right now, and lately writing and pictures and such have been helping so much.
I know there are some of you who would like this little side blog of mine, and I would really appreciate some promos or followers etc!!
That is not to say i havent been lurking here, i have. and I am still coming up with witchy ideas to post and write out.

Hi this may be a stupid question, but what are some ways to practice divination?
If you don’t have/cant afford/are in the closet and cant have tarot or oracle cards, you can just as easily use playing cards. Alls ya gotta do is look up the correlations.
You can also use a necklace or headphones as a pendulum, or get into shufflemancy etc.
If possible, reading tea leaves and scrying with water, clouds, sand, etc. will also help you become a lot more comfortable with divination.
there are also a few apps that let you read digital runes or tarot cards.
I am horrified and disheartened. I want to extend my best wishes to all the marginalized groups that will now be open to violence under an all Republican government. I am so sorry that America just declared it hates PoC, immigrants, women, LGBT individuals, and Muslims. This is a hateful country we will wake up to and I am ready to fight anyone to help those who need it.
What are some tips on growing or coming into your powers as an empath?
I grew into mine when I hit 9th grade and puberty was full swing. It’s different for everyone.
I’ve found that growing physically stronger will help this along as well. Even more so if you are also a witch and practice with energy work.
Meditation will help a lot as well,
and practice.

Hey Ive looked this up for a while and I cant find anything on it I have a strong radar for spirits I can pick up on them easily and something bad happened with one for whatever reason I'm still not sure but it started bothering my boyfriend and he wasnt with me and before I told him anything he was getting a bad feeling and urges to message me and he looked at his reflection in the mirror and saw my face instead do you know what that could be I'm at a total loss as to how he was pulled into it
I honestly don't know. It sounds like a scary situation, and i'm sorry that i haven't gotten back to you until now. it could very well just be an issue with his mental health, or it could be a spirit. would you say you're having similar experiences yourself?

I was wondering if you have a list of all the types of witches? I think I know what I am, but I'm fairly new and want to make sure I'm correct in everything :)
I know there's been a list floating around for a while now. There are hundreds of types of witches, and you don't need to limit yourself to just one name. I'm on mobile so i can't make a good complete and organized list, but it depends on the form of magic you like and use the most. i'm eclectic because i love anf use all forms of magic. you have to take time to develop your craft and if you feel the need to put a label on it and yourself then go for it :) i think labels can really help. but just keep in mind you don't ever ever ever have to limit yourself to whatever label you choose.
Any way to reliably test these spells out in a controlled environment? Has anyone recorded the results, and are they consistent?
I'm not sure what kind of controlled environment you'd test them in but i know for sure that i wouldn't be practicing if spells didn't work for me. Honestly, even if it really were just a placebo effect, it's still helpful.

This is just a reminder for everyone, because I keep seeing this come up:
If you are not of Native blood, you do not have a spirit animal. Native American religions are closed to outsiders, and the term spirit animal is NOT interchangeable with other terms. You may have a familiar, or a patronus, but you do not have a spirit animal.
Please do not use Native terminology or beliefs if you are not of Native blood. This goes triply for sales - it is actually illegal to sell things described or tagged as “Native American” “Indian” or any Native group’s name (Cherokee, Nahuatl, ect.) if you are not a recognized member of one of those groups.
