                      His  kleinia  petraea  sags  and  crumbles  with  rot,  the  closest  leaf  to  Papa's  gaze  earning  a  sharp  scrutiny.  It  is  a  bacterial  soft  rot  that  ails  it.  Despite  his  efforts,  the  bacteria  spreads  on,  laying  quietly  beneath  the  green  until  the  succulent  can  fight  no  longer,  showing  its  frail  state  only  when  it  must  concede.

Vittorio  dips  his  knife  into  the  basin  once  more,  the  smell  of  bleach  filling  the  air  as  he  lifts  the  blade.  Without  mercy,  he  begins  his  work...cutting  away  at  affected  leaves.  They  will  destroy  the  plant  if  left  unchecked.

"I  know  it's  you  who  plucks  my  best  flowers.  I  have  feigned  ignorance  long  enough."

The  first  has  not  yet  turned  to  look  at  the  Cardinal  since  his  arrival,  knowing  what  he  will  find  in  the  face  of  the  man.  An  emptiness.  It  is  a  hunger  that  begins  beneath  the  skin...but  it  has  reached  his  brother's  eyes  now.  Primo  has  encountered  the  disease  before  in  many  men...but  none  are  so  intense  as  that  of  those  clawing  at  the  fur  of  the  lascivious  goat.

Secundo  bore  the  same  expression,  however,  it  has  long  since  faded.

                                                                              "Who  are  you  tempting  with  them?"

Rather  than  address  his  brother's  tantrum  immediately,  Primo  continues  the  gruesome  task  of  tending  to  his  hanging  jade.  When  he  takes  a  moment  to  glance,  he  notes  the  dullness  in  Terzo's  performance.  The  boys  eyes  do  not  reach  his  heart  as  they  have  since  his  birth.

Perhaps  he  should  turn  his  knife  on  the  Cardinal?  The  crack  of  the  rose  stem  only  tempts  him  further.  "Risparmia  i  tuoi  capricci  per  qualcuno  che  ti  asseconderà,  Terzo."  The  blade  is  swiftly  turned  to  point  at  the  younger  man's  chest,  lurching  forwards  and  inching  closer.  Not  a  threat,  but  a  warning.

"You  look  ugly,  fratellino.  Unlike  yourself."  This  should  be  a  compliment,  should  it  not?

Hi sweetheart! I have seriously considered and will continue to seriously consider making my little brother of sin. For you, maybe Jim someday. MAYBE. I have a sneaking suspicion that I may like to play him at some point but today is not that day. <3

This is so incredibly tempting. I have a lot of feelings about the character of Alpha. I think he doesn’t get as much attention as he deserves. My theory is that the character is entwined in the fandom with the actual guitarist and therefore the lawsuit.
