Guys, calm down. I understand that you have good intentions, but this capslocking, call-out method you’re using is neither practical nor mature (and personally, I’m not having any of your pathos. It waters down an argument.) 

Look more closely at staff‘s update.

See what I underlined? Tumblr is doing its job by properly crediting and notifying original posters of the GIFs being used. 

Are there some a lot of blogs here that improperly source or don’t source? Yes. However, that does not in any way warrant bashing the staff for making an update that takes a step towards fixing the problem.
