I really wish people were more open to having conversations about uncomfortable topics and critics instead of jumping defensively and trying to fear-mongue to win something that should have been a conversation that inspired growth, instead of anger. Not everything is a debate or a fight, sometimes you just need to talk about it and reach a conclusion.
