Yesterday apparently (this happened right before i clocked in so i didnt actually see it) our manager was being singled out and harassed by a horse fly and no one was helping him and he slowly started to actually break down and panic and freak out and he was screaming out for someone to help him repeatedly and like ducking and dodging and running away and no one helped him. Like the whole event lasted about 5 minutes and everyone just stood and watched. And anyways today the horse fly was in the men's room and I killed it. Avenged him
My bf got a little annoyed with me for talking about how i dont like our coworker "for no reason" (shes always just made me uncomfortable, her vibes are very off, and I acknowledge how I dont really have a specific reason to dislike her and im like fair with the way i talk about her) only for him to turn around as we're driving home and complain to me about how she was trying to spread another coworkers medical history behind her back and how he had to stop her and how it made him uncomfortable. Like! Its almost as if! I was right about her being fuckin weird! Like dont make me feel bad for disliking someone and then turn around and give me more reasons to dislike them omgggg

Like he gives me advice. He laughs at my funny stories and tells his own and theyre fucking good. We'll talk about our jobs, and whats stressing us out, and what we're proud of. Music and movies and cars and sports and food and family. He actually remembers the shit i talk about. He hugs me and gives amazing hugs
Justin was texting me a bunch while I was at work yesterday so I know he feels bad cause that man is sooooo bad at holding a conversation when you arent face to face. And anyways he told me to stop hanging out with the guy who sort of introduced us to eachother cause hes shitty to me and. Something about that like idk..... i just realized nobody ever tells me to stop hanging out with the bad influences in my life. Nobody ever expresses concern.

ok but are you present in their life enough for them to realize that?
we can all say after the fact that we cared for our friend who committed or disappeared or whatever. we can even mean it when we say it. we can think about them. but did we ever act on it? did we ever even make them feel like we were there? "nobody would care if i disappeared" is not a literal phrase. of course they know that people would care. what the phrase conveys is a deep sense of alienation that can't be mended by implying stupidity on their part.
I wish they made it even marginally possible to get a job like I’m so fucking sorry I don’t have a rare but also highly demanded skillset, an agreeable disposition, and the ability to survive off of three nickels a week I’m soooo sorry

Something ive started doing as an extremely traumatized autistic bipolar addict that has slightly improved my mental health and feels a lil embarassing but. I keep a little journal were I just write any random thing i come across that make me feel like not killing myself. Theres poems, quotes from random posts and videos, pinterest affirmations, random things me and my friends have said, reminders about myself and life, etc. I struggle a lot with emotional permanence, like when im down I am Down. So idk just having this little book on me reminding me that things can be ok is small but its something
