Your illustrations are amazing! If you're not too backed up with requests, I was hoping you could find time to whip up a terra-cotta Yggdrasil? Either way, I'm looking forward to seeing more of your art!
Thank you so much for your kind words!

Reviews and Testimonials
" @psychic-cat at was extremely helpful in giving me direction and they truly put a lot of time into their work, including preparation for the reading itself. They were very understanding and helpful with narrowing down what I wanted to be read as well as helping to choose a spread. The reading itself was thorough and even with 4 cards felt much longer with the amount of effort put into each. Though I have had free tarot readings before, if you truly need deeper insight into a situation, I would strongly recommend their services."

Deity Intro Spread
This is a spread I use when I'm either starting a new relationship with a deity, or feel a bit lost/disconnected from a deity I already work with.
What do you want our relationship to look like?
What do you want to teach me?
What do you want from me? What do I have to offer?
How can I bond with you and get to know you better?

Hi, I've recently started doing tarot and I was doing basic spreads in regards to myself and the three of pentacles continuously pops out. Is there a specific meaning behind this? Sorry for the long question.
You have a stalker card! Whoever you "work" with when you read (your deck, deity, spirit, higher self, etc) is desperately trying to get you to look at that card. There are several ways to interpret the three of pentacles, but if your intuition doesn't seem to be firing off, you can start with one of two things; the picture (idk what deck you use, so I can't help you here) or the common associations; threes are about growth and personal change, while the pentacles talk about the physical world. Most people see them as representing money, but I think of them as being more about the body. Whatever it is, it's an area in your life that needs some growth and nourishment! I have a feeling it's about something you feel unprepared for, even though you have everything you need. I hope this helps!
Exploring My Gender Tarot Spread
Gender is weird. It’s conceptual, and made-up, but deeply ingrained in our society, and consequently in our own hearts and minds. Unfortunately, it’s purely subjective and can only be determined by the individual, yet it’s something we are assigned for us as newborns. Navigating this world can be difficult if we aren’t sure what our relationship with gender is, or if our gender was even assigned correctly! I created this spread with people in mind who are just beginning to experience a disconnect between their actual and assigned genders, but I hope it will prove useful to anyone who just wants to examine their own ideas about gender, be they trans or cis.
1. Gender. First thing’s first, let’s define terms. What does the word “gender” mean to you? What is “gender”? What role do you see it playing in your life, and in the society you live in? How important or relevant do you believe gender is?
2. Identity/ies. You can draw as many or as few as you see fit. I’ve put three in the image as a basic reference, but you can adjust as needed. These cards will show you how you perceive the gender identities relevant to you. I’ll use a feminine gender as an example from here. Who is a woman, to you? What does it mean to be a woman? What does she look like? What does she do? What does she wear? What does she value? How does she carry herself, interact with people, etc? What distinguishes the woman from other genders? This card will help you realize what perceptions you carry about this gender.
3. Your feelings. You just spent some time getting to know The Woman, so now it’s time to stop looking at her, and to start looking at yourself. How do you feel about that gender? Take a minute to really examine your emotions. Do you relate to who and what she is? Are you attracted to her? (This card might reveal an attraction or sexual identity as well!) Do you feel calm, uneasy, or indifferent? Perhaps there’s a mix. Take some time to explore those feelings. This card will point out what feelings you need to be more aware of, and maybe even where they are coming from.
4. Final advice. You just invested some time and energy exploring what gender is to you, but that doesn’t mean your journey is over. This card will tell you what you need to know right now and where you can go from here. What are you ready for? What do you need?
I hope this spread helps you on your path.Â

Blockage
Two of swords
What I notice: the blindfold
Feelings: confidence, peace, comfortable and joyful within solitude.
Blockage: i don’t trust myself or my intuition.
Six of wands
What I notice: the barrier of wands
Feelings: anxiety, exhilaration, adrenaline, victory.
Blockage: I see competition where there isn’t any.
I wrote pages and pages for this reading. The Lovers kind of sent me for a tail spin.
I HATE the Lovers as the rider Waite depicts it. Detail that draws my attention: the divine figure looking over the Lovers. Feelings it makes me feel: unease. Fear.
This card has so much christian imagery in it. Imagery that reflects all the horrible, incorrect, and harmful ideas I was conditioned with about gender, sex, sexuality, love, relationships, my body, etc. I just. UGH.
I use witchcraft to distance myself from my upbringing. I use tarot and magik to protect myself from that. And I never wanted to admit how much of that shit was in one of my tools. I chose to ignore the large figure looking down on them. I never really realized how weird this card was for me until I was asked to examine it honestly. It hurt.
But anyways … The blockage here is clearly that I’m still afraid of an all powerful being punishing me for gay stuff lol.
I think I might need a break from tarot for a day or two after this lol.
P.S. I have PTSD from religious trauma, DO NOT message me to say J*sus loves me or I will block you.
Witch tip
Write a letter to a loved one who's passed away, fold it up, write their name/sigil on the outside, seal it with a kiss, and burn it in a candle to "put it in the mail."
*Additionally, if you're writing to a relative, you can put a drop of your blood on the candle.
**If you're writing to a child you've lost, you can include a drop of their other parents' blood as well.
At least, this is what I'm doing this Halloween for a couple of my people.
Let me get this straight. You're a real life, modern day Gypsy? That's cool!
I'm not Romani and G*psy is a slur.
#autumntarot Day 3
Where to focus my energy for…
1. Prosperity: The Devil. -sigh- I know, I know, I know. I need to commit to my OTHER job as much as I do this one.
2. Love of self: King of Swords. This has been coming up a lot recently, but I need to learn how to see myself objectively, to allow myself room for mistakes because that’s part of reality and I have to accept that.
3. Love of others: Four of Pentacles. There are two main things I see here, the first being that I don’t need to be able to give people material things to be worthy of their love and affection. I’m a poor, van-dwelling hippy and that shouldn’t keep me from pursuing new friendships and relationships. If I go a little deeper into this card I also see that I need to budget my love. Not that I don’t have much, but loving someone actively requires time and energy, which ARE finite resources. It’s better to give large, healthy portions of that to a few people than to try spreading it out too thin between several people.

How I can develop more:
1. Self acceptance: page of cups. I need to recognize and accept my own emotional complexities. I need to see my emotions for what they are; examine them instead of simply drowning in them.
2. Clarity: The Devil. I need to look at the things that frighten me. I need to address the sources of my pain. They are scary to look at, but they’re mine. I’m responsible for dealing with them. I often see my mental and physical pain reflected in this card. I have depression and ptsd, as well as chronic pain due to a clubbed foot and they’re like a couple of goblin monsters that live inside me and … it’s really scary sometimes. I don’t always cope well, usually because my perception gets warped as I get overwhelmed.
3. Peace: Queen of Swords. This one has me a little stumped, but I think this has to do with reevaluating some of my ideas. I’m open to suggestions.
Preparation for my day two of #monthofspreads
I needed a little magikal assistance today and brought out my amethyst and citrine crystals to help me focus on happiness and joy, as well as a candle that I previously sprinkled cinnamon and coffee onto to help me maintain focus and awareness. I used a yellow lighter, which was new. I normally see lighters as mundane things and don’t pay attention to the colour, but I was really trying to focus on positivity and happiness, things I associate with yellow. And I smoked a bowl to help me relax and settle into my magikal space. I also blew smoke on my cards to cleanse and charge them. This time I asked them to show me something positive as I exhaled smoke on them.
#ftwhalloweenhunt day three
A black cat. I took this opportunity to compare all the cards with black cats in them in my Tarot of Pagan Cats deck. I like that the lovers and the ten of cups have black and white cats to represent the duality of both of them. I think the black cats in death, the star, and the high priestess are all representative of unknown elements and mystery.
Comparatively, the rider Waite deck only has one black cat.
#monthofspreads day one.
This reading turned out to be really impactful and I learned so much about myself. Everything about this reading and this spread is different from what I’m used to and I really enjoyed trying something new like this.
A lot of this was deeply personal and while it filled up three pages of my journal, I’m making their interpretations very brief here.
Significator: eight of wands. Even though the magician is my significator, I chose to still pull one specifically for today. I’ve really felt my practice coming together recently and I see that reflected in this card.
Message from my past self: six of Swords. “You did what was necessary and you don’t need to feel guilty or regretful.”
Message from my present self: knight of pentacles. “You can do many things with what you have right now. Relax.”
Message from my future self: six of cups. “Be kind and gentle to yourself. Fill your world with beauty.”
I’m so pumped for tomorrow’s spread!
#autumntarot Day one
While shuffling for this reading, the queen of cups fell out two different times. I felt really conflicted about whether or not she was trying to say something and just chose to ignore it. After drawing the king of Swords, I realized they’re to be read together.
The queen of cups was there to speak to my intuition about self reflection, while the king of Swords was pulled to speak to my intellectual self about challenging my ideas. Both come together to tell me that this month I will need to be very self aware.
I took a sharpie to my rider-Waite deck last week and I love it đź–¤
I learned so many things about tarot while working on this project. Details I never noticed became apparent and I had to decide what details were important to me. It was an excellent opportunity to explore and express what I see when I look at the cards and how I interpret them. It was a relief to highlight details and erase background “noise,” tbh. The characters and their messages pop out in such clarity now. I love looking at this deck.
Insecurity Tarot Spread
1. Surface: How your insecurity surfaces; what you automatically identify as the thing you’re insecure about, but is merely hiding your true fear.
2. Underlying fear: The root of your insecurity; the thing you subconsciously fear, masquerading as something else.
3. Reality: The truth about the whole issue and the thing that frightens you. Is this something that actually warrants this anxiety and worry?
4. How it’s holding you back. Insecurities often prevent us from experiencing the lives we’re given and can hurt us, as well as the people we love.
5. How to overcome this insecurity. This is often a long and painful process, with many ways to approach it. Listen to this card, it will tell you what you can do now.
6. How to ask for help. you don’t have to overcome this on your own. This card will offer advice about who to ask, what to ask for, and/or how to approach them.
