Daily / low effort witch tip:
When you brush your teeth in the morning, make sure you repeat positive affirmations in your head while you brush. Tell yourself that you only speak the truth, you only speak highly and positively about yourself, etc. At night time, practice gratitude or release negative thoughts, feelings, emotions, and words that you have held on to throughout the day as you brush. Remember that we are energy in human form. When you brush your teeth and nourishing yourself you are not just taking care of your body but you are also cleansing your energy, your mind, body and your soul. When you brush your teeth, you're cleansing your voice, your expression, the negativity that you maybe put out throughout the day, the negativity that you consumed etc.
In the morning you do this to set the kind of tone you want for the day. If you want to be productive, you will repeat something like " I am getting everything I need to get done today and it is taking no time at all" and if that's too long, you can shorten it to like a smaller phrase or a word like productivity. Get into a meditative state as you brush your teeth and make it a routine.
At night time, think of it as clearing out anything you've held onto throughout the day, or that doesn't belong to you. This could be lies that you told yourself throughout the day, negative things you said out of emotional reactions, or just the things that you couldn't let go throughout the day. Mindfully thinking of letting these things go energetically removes them from your body and you don't have to carry that into your dream state or into the next day.
For good results, try to do this for at least 21 days. You will notice a change and how you talk about yourself or think about yourself, how you think about others, you might have more pleasant interactions with others, the way you communicate might bring in Fortune to you somehow, etc. This is a small way to transmute negativity and shift your energy slowly and comfortably to where you want to be. Manifestation and healing work doesn't always have to be about exposing yourself and putting yourself in a vulnerable situation. It could also just be about mindful cleanliness. Being aware that our energy needs nourishment as much as our bodies do.
For the absolute best results, I recommend doing this everyday without tracking the days. But everybody has to start somewhere!
