this is my personal recipe book. i never stick to the recipe, but i love colorful pictures of delicious food to inspire me.
the self-made photos are certainly not as beautiful as the reposts, but they are… authentic. :D I (unfortunately) have a very picky way with food. this blog should help me to remember that there is delicious food out there.
You can take a look at it. I made the background myself. I created it with Procreate, but I'm no pro. Hope you like it anyway.

Additional notes for me:
I should eat it more often because watermelon also provides fluids. This one was really delicious, but I think you have to be lucky to find one like that.

Additional notes for me:
No-Chicken burgers are always a safe bet when the lettuce is fresh. The buns are always the same, the patty is always the same. The pickles are always the same. I love them! They can be varied, but this is the garlic version.
The downside is that I have to eat with my hands and the sauce tends to spill.
Curly fries are my absolute favorite fries. Always a safe choice.

Strawberry Chia Pudding Is My New Breakfast Bestie 🍓
This recipe is proof that simple food can still be really good.
I started making strawberry chia pudding when I wanted something quick but homemade for mornings and I haven’t stopped since. All it takes is fresh (or frozen) strawberries, your favorite milk, chia seeds, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a little vanilla.
No stove. No stress. Just blend, stir, chill, and scoop.
The result? Creamy, fruity, satisfying, and perfect for prepping a few jars ahead.
It’s vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened, plus it actually keeps me full.
💬 Got questions like:
Is it healthy every day?
Can I make it without blending?
What’s Kim K’s version?
I’ve got answers and the step-by-step recipe here:
I put my ideas into practice and summarized them again. Here is the meal I cooked for my friends.
Ingredients:
Glass noodles
Carrots
Cucumber
Fried tofu (marinated)
Ginger
Sesame seeds
Coriander
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Vegan mushroom sauce
Agave syrup
Chili
Juice of half a lime
Preparation
Preheat the oven.
Cut the carrots into sticks. Then marinate them (sweet and spicy: sesame oil, agave syrup, and chili to round it off with something salty. Salt or soy sauce, just a little bit). Spread them out on a baking sheet (baking paper) and put them in the oven.
Cut the cucumber into sticks (if you're feeling fancy, remove the soft flesh with the seeds (I don't)), place the cucumber in a sieve. Add a little salt. Place something underneath, as the salt crystals will draw out the water.
Cut the fried tofu into cubes. Chop the ginger.
Add the tofu and ginger to a hot pan with oil (not sesame oil, but rapeseed or sunflower oil, for example). When everything is golden brown, add the sauce. Either mix it beforehand or add it directly to the pan. Soy sauce, mushroom sauce, agave syrup, and lime juice.
chop coriander
roast sesame seeds
dressing: soy sauce, lime juice, agave syrup, and chili
Now briefly add the noodles to boiling water with a little salt.
Wait until everything is cooked and serve.
The evening was really lovely and everyone enjoyed the food.Thank you for being there.
Cooking for close friends
They say that the way to someone's heart is through their stomach. And for me, it's also a language of love.
Today, I'm cooking for two people who mean a lot to me!
Unfortunately, I only have limited capacity to serve them. Here I would like to share my thoughts before cooking.
What takes the longest to cook in a vegan diet? Usually the carbohydrate side dish. So we'll use glass noodles here. All you need is water from the kettle and a pinch of salt, and then they practically cook themselves.
Because we're not using onions and garlic this time, the flavor has to come from somewhere else.
I think we'll go with soy sauce, then I'll try to cover all the flavors, because I heard somewhere that that's supposed to be good.
Salty: soy sauce
umami: vegan mushroom sauce
sour: lime
sweet: brown cane sugar
spicy: a little bit of crunchy chili oil
Other flavor enhancers: ginger and coriander
Vegetables:
I'm in the mood for sesame carrots from the oven, so sweet and spicy
Cucumber (dehydrate a little)
Protein:
Fried Tofu
That's roughly my plan for tonight.
When I remember, I'll show you some photos.
Until then, you beautiful people.
Potato-Rösti with vegan gyros, vegan tzatziki, and broccoli
Ingredients:
Potato “Rösti” (I don't know how to describe this for people who don't speak German… ? Maybe something like croquettes? But with a coarser consistency?) (frozen)
Vegan gyros
Vegan tzatziki
Broccoli (frozen)
Message to myself:
"Eating a somewhat balanced diet doesn't always have to be difficult. My dear, you can do it!"
More ideas and thoughts on the "recipe"
"That went really quickly and you didn't make much of a mess. Stable, safe food."
