The rest was well accepted. It gave him time to think, on where his life was going now. Where he would end up, what the man would... make him do. He would have time to talk to his new friend, too. The Umbreon, he didn't think they had a name. It made him a bit sad in a way, he thought they deserved a name, but not all trainers nicknamed their Pokemon he guessed. The means of his own name wasn't through a trainer, he guessed...
When he was released from the ball, he straightens out his scarf, his ears pinned back in dejected compliance. He looks between Umbreon and Spinel, his hands resting on his stomach as he stared for a few moments. That awful headache was gone, it must have just been the concentrated electricity of the van that made his head hurt.
... Telepathy... not too good, but, try. ,,
He offers a nervous smile, scratching the back of his head. He guessed there wasn't too much harm in telling the man things, at least even if he returned him to them, he would just escape again. Most of the grunts were stupid anyways.
... Previous trainer... to answer, was a Rocket member. Don't remember his name. Took me and used me for a while, escaped. ,,
He looks at the ground, tail swaying slightly.
... Won't do that to you, though. Just want stable food, worth the trouble. ,,
He didn't need to know of his own true plans. He would escape eventually, he just needed to figure out the perfect chance to do so. He just had to have Spinel somewhat believe that he was trustworthy and willing to listen... he would skirt past the ethics of whatever he would have him do and just suck it up for the time being. At least he would have food now, he didn't have to steal as often.
His gaze falls on the Umbreon... at least they'd shaken off the Hypnosis. They looked fine... it was a sense of relief. Maybe he could use his Hypnosis on Spinel when the time was right to get out... that wasn't a terrible plan. It would allow him to simply stall behind rather than have to hurt him and leave him. This makes him feel a bit better as well.
