166. The Osmonds - The Plan is next in my 'Pick A Shelf And Play Every Album On It Series'. This was their concept album about their belief system...gotta say that went right over my head as a kid. It's not my favorite of their albums (Crazy Horses gets that honor and too bad they didn’t keep going in that direction) but the last of their "rock" albums. Merrill's rocker voice was in top form, the guitar work (Wayne I think) on Last Days is really kind of bad ass (guitars on Traffic In My Mind aren’t slouchy either) and just everything about Jay on One Way Ticket To Anywhere. Yes, I'm on the shelf with the Osmond collection on it.
