Hey all, I’ve promised my undergrad thesis to people for a while. It’s a basic rundown on stuff you need to know to run the business aspects of a private music studio. As most musicians will teach at some point, finances for these studios are important!

It isn’t all-inclusive - it’s a basic guide to get you past the point of not knowing what you don’t know. Use it as a jumping-off point - check out books I linked, read the websites, and look at the appendices for thing you might want to create if you are starting your own studio.
