A Bronx woman says a female cop used her handcuff key as a weapon, slipping it into her hand, then beating her blind. She lost an eye and is pursuing a lawsuit against the NYPD.

HOW IS THAT JUSTIFIED???? 

Even with video evidence of no wrongdoing, the DA is still charging this woman, while ignoring this cop’s assault.
