General Info and Links
Hey everyone! I just revamped my prompt guidelines, and there were a few things that didn't quite fit on there. So here they are!
If you just found me, hi! You can call me Queen or Jack, and I've been writing fanfiction for more than a decade now.
My AO3 is here
This is my writing blog, which means it's only my own writing, fandom events I'm taking note of, prompt lists, and posts like this
If you want to see what I like on tumblr that I haven't created myself, check out my side blog! @jack-ofallfandoms
I do take prompts! They usually end up around 500 words each, sometimes more, sometimes less. You can find guidelines for prompting me here
I love talking with people! My ask box isn't just for prompts; feel free to geek out in my inbox, start a conversation, ask a question (fandom related, about my fics / writing, or otherwise)
And finally, starting a new list for the last thing: It can be hard to go through blogs on tumblr. Here are some tags you can use to find stuff on mine!
"queen's post": Anything like this post. Posts I make that aren't fanfics. They might be informative, they might be questions for you, they're an eclectic mix
"schedule": Exactly what it sounds like. Twice a year, I try to update people on what I'm doing writing-wise
"queen's poll": This is a new one! Now that tumblr has polls, I might ask people questions this way (probably about what I should write next)
"prompts open" or "ask away": Tags I use to mark prompt lists and writer ask games
"fandom event" and "signal boost": Upcoming fandom events! Typically ones I'm interested in participating in. I usually put thoughts about that in the tags
"fanfic": I try and use this tag to mark every fanfic I post. You can also search "my fic" or "mine" and come up with my older fanfics, but I've stopped using those
"<character name>," "<fandom name>," "<relationship name>," and "<fandom name> fanfic": These are the gold mine tags! I tag every fic I write (and the occasional shit post) with the main characters, the fandom name, any common fandom abbreviation names, and any main relationships
"year review": Since the start of 2020, I've done a year in review post of the favorite things I've written that year / one fic I posted in every month. You can also check out "decade review"; there's only one post there so far, but it was me picking out a fic I wrote for (almost) every year of the 2010s
Thanks for reading, and I look forward to having you around!
