Harry Potter was born in 1980. His 7th year was in 1997 (conveniently the year JK Rowling started writing the series). 19 years after 1997 is 2016. The year when Albus Severus Potter first goes to Hogwarts.
Albus has an older brother - James. Who goes to Hogwarts for the first time 1 year before him.
