Yes, yes there are. Those are the people I enjoy. Or the ones who know exactly what they want and already have houses in mind that they want to tour. I love those types of people.

Some people really won’t settle for anything but perfection, which really is a shame. They’ll have to sacrifice something eventually, so they might as well make up their mind now. It must be really frustrating to try to help those kinds of people.

Oh believe me, it is the absolute worst job when it comes to people like this. They see every property, declare they absolutely love it, and then add an except for... and apparently it’s one little thing that turns them completely off of the entire house.

I can handle it, but not losing my cool after we’ve visited the twentieth place and they tell me what’s wrong with it is very difficult. Yes, okay, we will do this then. Oh, you know... How things have been going between you and a particular person.

No, I don’t think they do. It makes my job more difficult when they don’t. Are you available tomorrow night? Because you’re right, we could both use it and we both deserve it. And we have a lot to talk about it.

There are some people you will never please. Take my newest clients, for example. Either the yard isn’t big enough or the house isn’t. I’m sorry, but unless you learn to sacrifice one thing for the other, you are never going to find the house you want.
