Solving Problem by Resilience.
Feeling disappointed and wanting out of this situation?. Listen to Lucy Hone in TED to know how to get out of this crust and become strong. After death of her daughter Lucy tells the strategies she has made to get out of the melancholy and sadness.
Everyone feels down and under pressure on the life, but how do you face and solve these difficult moments at that time?. Also, adversity doesn't discriminate if we are alive, we are going to have to deal with some tough times. So, There are a lot of ways to solve problems like becoming flexible in problem solving. Resilience researcher Lucy Hone give us three strategies for improving the capacity to brave adversity and face whatever may come head-on with fortitude and resilience.
The first strategy is "resilient people get that shit happens". Also, they know that suffering is part of life. people needs hope to overcome difficulties. This strategy focuses on the fact that suffering is part of human existence. Obviously, knowing this gives a feeling of excellence in difficult times.
"Resilient people are really good at choosing carefully where they select their attention" this is the second strategy. To do this strategy you should not lose what you have over what you have lost. They have a habit of realistically assessing situations, focusing on the things they can change and accepting of the things they cannot change. This is an essential skill that can be learned for flexibility. Undoubtedly, resilient people are the same as us have negative thoughts but they find a way to conform to what is good.
The third strategy is resilient people ask themselves, "Is what I'm doing helping or harming me?'. This question is effective and can be used in good remedies. This question can be applied to many different subjects to protect yourself from harming. Also, this question helped person to think before doing anything.

So resilience is not a fixed trait and it is not difficult to attain, as some people have it and others do not. Resilience requires very ordinary processes that require only the will to try them. We all go through circumstances that we did not expect, but we must be flexible with them and deal with them with confidence in order to overcome them. In addition, if one day you find yourself thinking, "I cannot get out of this," then I advise you to adopt these three strategies and think about them.

Maradona
Football is a team sport that plays between two teams of eleven players each playing with a ball. Football plays 250 million players in more than 200 countries around the world, so it is the most popular sport in the world. Football is played in a rectangular stadium with two throws on either side. The goal of the game is to score goals by kicking the ball inside the goal. In the world of football there are many famous names that have achieved great achievements in the history of football and have made their mark the likes of Pelé, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo and Maradona. And in this story, I'll talk about Maradona.
Maradona was born in Lanus, south of Buenos Aires, to a poor family that moved from the province of Corints. He was the eldest son after three daughters, and he had two brothers, Hugo and Eduardo, both of whom were also professional footballers. At the age of 10, Maradona's football talent was discovered when he was playing for Estrella Roja. He played in the pre-professional stage with Argentinos Juniors between 1974 and 1977, and then as a professional at the same club until 1981. He then moved to Boca Juniors, continuing the 1981 season, and won his first title with the team the following season in 1982. He played his first match for Argentina when he was 16, against Hungary. At the age of 18, he represented his country in the World Youth Football Championship, when he was the star of the tournament, and won the tournament after defeating the Soviet Union 3-1 in the final. He participated in the first World Cup in 1982. In the same year he moved to Fc Barcelona. In 1983, Maradona won the Copa del Rey with FC Barcelona after defeating Real Madrid. The management of Fc Barcelona did not like him, and in 1984 he moved to Napoli. It was a quantum leap to Naples, where the team won Serie A in 1986/87 and 1989/90, the Coppa Italia in 1987, the UEFA Cup in 1989 and the Italian Super Cup in 1990. The team was also the summer of serie A twice, in 1988/89 and 1987/88.
In 1995, he returned to Boca Khanio Rupee and played with the club for two years, before announcing his retirement in 1997 on the eve of his birthday. He won the 1986 FIFA World Cup in 1999 and was awarded the Diamond Konex Award, one of Argentina's oldest cultural awards. He was named FIFA Player of the Year in 2000, along with Pelé, and his second goal against England in the quarter-finals of the 1986 World Cup was selected as the best "ever scored in the World Cup" in the 2002 FIFA Survey. Also, selected by The Times in 2010, as the top 10 players in the World Cup of all time, Maradona is the only player to have won the Ballon d'Or in both the FIFA World Cup and the FIFA World Cup in 1979 and 1986 respectively.
Maradona is one of the most controversial sports figures and deserves to be published. He was suspended from football for 15 months in 1991 after being found to have used cocaine in Italy, and was sent home from the 1994 World Cup in the United States after being found to have used ephedrine. After retiring from playing at 37 in 1997, he gained extra weight and suffered from ill health and the effects of cocaine use. In 2005, gastric staples helped control his weight gain and overcome his addiction to cocaine. His behavior has worked in disagreement with journalists and sports managers. Although he had little managerial experience, he became coach of the Argentine national team in November 2008, on an 18-month contract, until his contract expired after the 2010 World Cup. He also coached Al Wasl, Fujairah and Durados Sinaloa. Durados Sinaloa is Maradona's last training station.
In the end, Maradona is considered one of the best football players in the world. And his goal, which he scored with his hand against England the most famous where they called the goal "hand of God". Although despite Maradona's drug use but he was treated and recovered. On other hand, he did not have the luck in training where he did not achieve any famous title during his training for the Argentine national team.
