WHEN REQUESTING (More rules will be added later):
●Include the fact whether or not your request is platonic or romantic; If romantic, is Y/n or character in a relationship, and if not, who is the romantic interest(s)?
●Give me some of the plot of what you're thinking for your request. If you don't, and I don't know what you want it to be about, or I can't think of what to make up- Example:
Optimus x Reader. Angst. Reader is male.
I don't know what the plot should be, or what it should involve. Like, if it's good enough that I can think of what it could be, then yeah, sure, but that will be a rare chance with me. But if it's like this- Example:
Aaarrrgghh x Reader. Comfort. Basically, the reader has had a bad day at work/school, and the two of them just cuddle and enjoy the silence in each other's arms, slowly falling asleep.
Then I will be able to think of how it can go because you gave me what you want to include in your request, but now how, I will be able to get behind that.
● I can make the reader be based off of another character, like- Examples:
-Vox! Reader in Trollhunters
-Reader as Ratchet's little sister in Transformers: Generation 1
Anything! Whatever you want as long as it's allowed.
●If your request involves something that isn't allowed, then it will be ignored.

Non-serious Warning: Long first part
The sound of grass underneath the feet of a little girl was continuous as she traveled in the forest, humming a excited tune with a determined look on your face. Up ahead was a giant fallen log in the path, which she traversed over with a bit of struggle from her tiny body. As she tried to get over the log, she fell on her back- luckily her backpack broke her fall.
She shot up, that expression never leaving her face as she dusted herself off from dirt, tiny branches and leaves. "Nothing can stop me, Adventurer Extra-Ordinary [Insert name}!" You shout out loud to the woods, as you continued forward, this time with a running start, eager to explore the forest- Which, in your imaginative mind was an ancient jungle hiding an ancient ruin for you to find. This continued for hours until the sky started to shift colors with the setting sun. Your mind shifted back into reality as you remembered your mother's words: Be back before the sun sets.
"Aww, I have to go..." You mutter defeatedly, kicking a little pebble. You wanted to find more things! All the "ancient artifacts" you found were rocks, interesting leaves, an abundance of bugs that you put in a jar, and a plastic knife and fork- all was stored in your backpack.
As you continued on the path, you heard chittering, almost like a cry. You looked around before seeing a section of a bush rustle at the bottom. You gasp, rushing over and sitting on your knees. You slowly brought your hands forward, parting the base of the bush. And you felt your heart crack at the site. It was an all-white baby raccoon with little bits of dried blood covering it's white fur from around a wound in its side. It was flinching, crying in pain as it was attacked by several ants.
Your heart cracked some more as you observed what was happening. Then your cheeks puffed up as you grew angry. You picked up the baby animal, easily filling up your hands, and dusted off the ants. "Shoo! Go away!" You shouted, ignoring the pain as some of the ants stung your hands, not stopping until they were all gone. You held the baby close for warmth as you ran back down the path and found the mother along the way, who was covered in more blood than the baby. You also picked her up, putting her body over your shoulder before continuing onward before coming across the log, going around the log instead of over it this time. There's no time to mess around- This was an emergency!
When you made it home, you begged your mother for help, showing her the injured animals. It took weeks for them to get better, especially for the mother. You took care of the raccoon and her baby, which your mother told you was an albino, and you two bonded. You didn't just find random junk in the woods- You found a new friend.
By the time it was for them to be returned to the wild, you wept like no tomorrow, already missing them as you watched them leave. Fortunately, you reunited with them when you found them raiding your trash one day, recognizing that white fur from anywhere.
It has been 16 years since that day.
You travel through the woods, maneuvering the giant log that you grew bigger than. You stopped before the bush you found your little raccoon friend in that day, reminiscing before continuing on before reaching a crossroads, turning left. It took a bit before reaching an abandoned barn.
"Nugget! Come here, girl!" you called out. You heard chittering from behind one of the pillars. She runs out from the darkness, standing on her hind legs and clawing at your pants. "Hewo, Lil' Nuggie!" You greeted with a baby voice, kneeling down to pet her and giving her cheek a few scritches.
"Happy 16 years, girl!" you say, pulling out a fruit salad bowl from your messenger bag. You adjusted yourself so you could sit down crisscross applesauce style, allowing her to climb into your lamp, making you groan at the weight. "You are getting so chunky!" You tease, poking her bulging side with your free hand. "If you've been seeing other people behind your bestie's back, I'd feel so betrayed!" You gasped in an exaggerated way as you began opening the container.
Inside was an assortment of various things she likes such as berries, baby carrots, plain and unsalted sunflower seeds, and cooked chicken. Immediately, she tried to dig in as you lowered it to the ground in front of your crossed legs, devouring it with vigor.
Petting her as she ate, you just couldn't be a little concerned about her bulging sides. You don't know what's happening to her. Perhaps she found a whole motherload of berries to eat. Makes sense considering the new road that the city is building, the berry bushes that she would visit were right there, but they're gone now. You would take her to the vet, but you currently don't have the money to pay for the potential heavy expenses.
After she was done eating, she turned around and tried to climb up you, almost jumping to have some uppies. You laugh, groaning under her extra weight. "Okay, okay, girl- You can have your uppies." You picked her up from under her arms, having her cradled in your arms like a human baby as you got up, deciding to take her on a little walk around the woods.
You enjoy these monthly visits with her, and you wouldn't have it any other way. Heck, you wouldn't dare miss your visits with her.
You yawn, feeling tired, as you watched a monster movie with the Cardbots. They were curious about some human media, and with many hours of arguing, they finally picked one.
The scene being projected showed that the city was on fire and it's citizens running around, screaming in fear as they ran away from the rampaging monster. Then, the military drove through the streets in tanks, aiming towards the towering beast and fired. It did little to damage it thanks to its thick scales. In retaliation, the dragon-like monster opened it's maw wide as licks of flames poked out between its razor-sharp teeth and blasted the tanks, burning them to a crisp. The screen gives us an up-close shot of the monster as it roars, breathing fire at the camera.
Mega Trucker falls backwards as he screams in fright. "You mean... there are monsters like that on Earth?!" Shadow X questions, holding you close like a teddy bear as he watches the beast continue its blazing rampage on the city. "There weren't any monsters like that on Machina planet!" Phoenix Fire cried.
Edo, your ever-saving grace, came over, turning off the projector. "Don't worry... that's only a movie, guys." He assures. Everyone sighs in relief, along with Shadow X putting you down. You pop your back to free it from its tension, turning to the group. "Yeah, Earth doesn't have fire-breathing lizards, creatures with acid for blood, giant dinosaurs, monsters that lurk in heavy mist or fog, or anything else like that. Why? Because monsters don't exist." You state. "Nah, come on. I knew it wasn't real." Mega Ambler cooly says. You give him a side-eye, knowing that he was one of the many Cardbots in fear.
Then, Jun ran in as he called your name. "Let's go monster hunting!"
"What?! A monster?!" The Cardbots shout.
You turned around to see them shuffling about to get into a hiding spot. You face-palmed, shaking your head in disappointment.
Later in the night, Edo drove you, Jun, Anna, and Theo.
"So, you think the monster behind the rumors could actually be a Metal Cardbot?" Blue Cop interrogates. "That seems to be the most likely story." Theo says. "I wonder how much Crest knows about the Metal Cardbots..." Anna hums. "Let's not worry about that. We need to focus on finding the monster first." Jun states.
"And speaking of Crest," You adjusted yourself to look back to where the three children were sitting, "did you tell him the cover story?" You asked. Jun gave you a wink and a thumbs up.
He remembered it clearly! If Crest were to ask, tell him that it was a gift from someone from your childhood that had to move far away, and you two wouldn't be able to talk to each other again. Unfortunately, the plane that they were on crashed; there were no survivors. So, you hold onto it so you could never forget him.
"Okay, we're here." Edo announced. Looking forward, you jolted, seeing that Crest was there along with Sebastian. You sigh, speaking under your breath, "Speak of the devil, and he shall appear." You step out, immediately switching your tone. "Crest, what a surprise to see you here!" You greeted as you and the others approached.
"Hey, guys. I was waiting for you," he says. He turns to you, "I was told about your watch there, and I apologize for bringing up bad memories." You waved your hands, "It's fine. I should apologize for being rude. After all, you didn't know."
You all arrived at the place Barnes and Ravi has supposedly said where they saw the monster. On one of the signs, you saw the graffiti left behind by them. "That's... some bad art." Anna mutters, making Jun giggle. "Looks like Barnes." He says, pulling himself over the fence that blocked off the abandoned construction site. Then the others followed after
"Be careful, master." Sebastian warns. Crest gave a hum in response, continuing to follow the group.
As you six continued along the path, it became even more foggy. Fortunately, you packed flashlights; you gave one to Edo, another to Jun, and the last one to you as you three led the group. Crest also used a flashlight, which was from his phone.
"Can we just stand here without permission?" She questions, looking around nervously. "Construction has been suspended since the accidents. All that remains is-" A figure enters the rays of light, causing Edo, Jun, Anna, and Theo to scream in fright, hiding behind Crest, as it screeched at them. However, you paused, recognizing the little fluffball of white. "Nugget?!" You squealed, walking over kneeled down to her height. She chitters, running into your arms. "Oh, my goodness! I haven't seen you is so long!" You cooed, giving her scritches before taking notice of her lack of bulging sides. "And you lost some weight!"
"You know that thing?" Theo asks. "Yes! She's an albino raccoon that I took care of when I was just a little girl." You inform, nuzzling your cheek on the top of her head before speaking in a baby voice. "How you been, baby? You're not so chunky now the last time I saw you~ Probably because I haven't visited since I got so busy! I'm so sowwy, pwecious!~"
"Wildlife. Like that raccoon." Crest continued. "Nugget," you corrected, offended on Nugget's behalf for being called that raccoon. The group continued ahead as you picked up your little girl, holding her with one arm as your free hand fiddles with her little claws and toe beans.
"Lots of animals in this area..." Anna comments.
"There were many around the repair shop too. They disappeared when development projects took place in the area." Edo explained.
"Hey, look over there!" Crest called, pointing to something on the ground a few steps away. They shined their lights to see a giant mark in the ground. "Is that a footprint?" Anna asks, now holding your flashlight. You hummed, "Looks like it."
"It's huge!" Theo states in amazement.
Crest hummed in thought, "Probably not an animal... About 12 meters in height. Bigger than the robot we saw last time." He says. "You can't say for sure it was a robot..." Jun says as Crest went to observe the next footprint of its trail. You shook your head, your expression telling him no and to stop/shut up, knowing that anyone can see it was a robot the other day.
"Yeah! It could be a conspiracy trying to cover up what's going on!" Theo states, unknowingly digging your grave deeper. "Not a conspiracy theory now." Anna says, you mentally thanking her for making the boys stop with their poor attempts to gaslight the smart rich kid.
Your Metal Breath beeped, so you handed Nugget over to Edo -- much to his displeasure -- to answer. Blue Cop's head was projected through the crystal, "Watch out, it's close." He quietly warns.
"Get out right now!"
You jumped in response to that voice. It echoed throughout the area, making it's location of origin unknowable. You went back over to Edo, taking Nugget back for comfort, who climbed up your arm and stood on your shoulders. "What's that?" Anna asks in fright.
"Get out right now!"
The voice shouted again, angrier. Everyone looked around, waiting for it to reveal itself. That was until a mangled metal beam was hurled our way, hitting the roof of a vehicle Infront of us instead. Fortunately.
"Where did it come from?" Crest asks, now as equally scared. You scanned the area, before seeing movement just a distance away from you all in the fog. "Over there!" You beckoned, pointing in the direction you see it.
For a second, you couldn't believe your eyes, it had a long neck and a dinosaur-like head with dagger-like fangs, looming over the trees.
"Get out of this forest... RIGHT NOW!!!"
It shouted with a roar. While everyone was screaming, you noticed that Nugget was calm. That's when you realized that you could hear the sound of creaking joints of metal. "Who are you?" Crest demands as you picked up one of the fallen flashlights off the ground and shined it the creature's way. Under it's illuminating ray, it revealed that the head was actually just a bucket connected to a long arm of an excavator. "HA! I knew it! Monsters aren't real!" You boasted proudly, finding it ridiculous that you almost believed that they were.
The arm of the excavator folded, revealing the cab it was connected to. "I said, get out! Didn't you hear me?!" The excavator exclaimed, rushing forward.
That's when Nugget jumped off your shoulder and ran away into one of the bushes. Meanwhile, you all ran in a different direction as the excavator Cardbot chased after you all on its treads. "Let's hide under here!" Jun suggests to the truck just up ahead. You all managed to get under, with the exception of Edo who couldn't fit past his chest. "I can't get in!" He cried. "That's what happens when you have all those muscles!" Jun states.
With nowhere else to go, Edo ran to a paved ditch and dove in with the excavator going after him now. Looming over the ditch, the Cardbot glared down at Edo as if he were the scum of the Earth. "I told you to get out... right now!" It shouts as it tried to swipe at Edo with its bucket. However, the bucket was too wide to fit into the narrow passage no matter how many times it slammed its bucket down.
Seeing this, Edo tried to crawl away further through the ditch. Unfortunately, seeing that its way wasn't working, the excavator transformed into its robot-form and snatched the mechanic out of his hiding place. You crawled out from underneath the truck you all were under and ran over, calling out to Edo as you stopped a safe distance away from the Cardbot.
"Let him go!" You shouted, making the Cardbot glance your way. "Who are you and why do you want us to leave?" You asked, stepping closer. You glanced around, thinking why it would do this. When it did, you couldn't help to scold yourself that it was obvious. "Is it because of the construction?"
It turned your way, standing up. "Exactly. It's the reason why I don't like humans," He says, "They're all destroying the forest. Every time the humans expand the road, creatures of the forest lose their home. And my name is Dexter!"
"I understand, Dexter. Really, I do. Before the construction me and Nugget would come here during the spring and early summer to eat berries every year." You say. "Nugget? Who's Nugget? How dare you two steal from this forest!" He exclaims, tightening his grip on Edo's back collar.
"No, no, no! Nugget isn't a human!" You quickly say, waving your hands in front of you, "Nugget is a raccoon! Here." You turn around to the bush your animal friend went into. "Nugget! Come here girl!" You called out, kneeling on one knee with your arms open. The said albino raccoon poked her head out from the bush before running out. Unexpectantly, so did a few smaller raccoons- baby raccoons!
Nugget ran into your arms, nuzzling into your chest. "Heya girl. You're a mom! Why didn't you tell me that I was gonna be a grandma?" You cooed, picking her up as the babies clawed at your pants. One of them was actually climbing them like it was a Velcro kitten, making you gush at its .
You turn back to Dexter, showing her to him. "This is Nugget. We used to come here every year until construction happened ever since I was a little child. We met because I found her in the bushes while her mother was dying, so I took them to get healed- they both made it to full recovery. Nugget here was my first ever friend." You say, scratching under her chin with on a finger.
"That's not her name. She's Ivory Claw." He corrects. You look back up at him, incredulously. "You don't think I know the only albino raccoon I grew up with? Her name is Nugget!"
"Nugget is a dumb name! Ivory Claw is better suited for her."
"Ivory Claw sounds even dumber! What, did you name her that just because of what she looks like? Oh, how original and boring! Nugget is superior because it reflects how adorable she is!"
"Who cares about 'adorable' when a name like Ivory Claw reflects not only her appearance but her inner spirit. Nugget would obviously be something a human would pick, you primitive lifeform!"
"Primitive?! Says the guy who lives the woods!"
"I'm the guardian of this forest! Of course I live in the woods!"
"Oh, shut it, you damn clanker!"
"No, you shut it, you stupid fleshie!"
"No, you!"
"No, you!"
As you two went back and forth, the children -- who got out from under the truck -- couldn't help but sweat drop at the scene. This was something they didn't think they would be witnessing- a human and alien robot arguing because of a name for an animal. One could only think how you two would argue over the names of the baby raccoons that surrounded your feet.
Someone really should stop them before it becomes physical, plus this is getting them nowhere. Jun can already see you slowly reaching for the wrench in your back pocket.
Fortunately, Crest stepped forward, "You threaten people pretending to be a monster and destroyed the construction site?" He questioned, putting a stop to you and Dexter's arguing. The Cardbot shifts his attention to the kid, "Yeah. Got a problem?"
"A true guardian this forest has, huh... Using violence to oppress others? Isn't it the same thing as what these humans you hate are doing?" Crest points out.
Dexter growls, displeased by the accusation. He's doing this to save this land from the likes of them. "Shut up!" He exclaims as he tosses Edo in a nearby bush. Dexter raises his servo in the air, activating his Metal Card; A translucent, yellow-colored drill gauntlet. "You fools! You don't even know how many forest creatures have been sacrificed because of humans!" He shouts, activating his Metal Card ability, thrusting it down to the group of humans who had gotten out of the way in time, specifically Crest.
Crest ran away with Dexter stomping after him. You set Nugget down next to her children and ran after the two. Crest hid behind a tipped over vehicle. Dexter stopped behind it, activating his drill. In response, Crest continued to run.
"Dexter, stop!" You yell, but was left ignored. Afterall, why should he listen to a human? Besides, it was already too late as he strikes the vehicle, causing an explosion. "Crest!" You called out to, Jun and the others following behind. "Don't worry about me. Just run!" Crest shouts.
"You know I can't do that, kid!" You stared down at your Metal Breath. You have no choice but to do this. If he asks, you will have to answer truthfully. Just as you were about to summon one of your Cardbot friends, you hear the sound of tires squealing. Looking back up, you see a familiar car turn the corner.
Wild Guardy transforms, summersaulting over where Crest lies, ramming his shield into Dexter. "You all better run!" He warns, keeping his attention on the fallen Cardbot.
You turn to Jun, Theo, and Anna, "Get Crest out of here!" You ordered, and they immediately followed, running around Wild Guardy to come to Crest's aid and take him back to the car.
"You?" Dexter muttered, confused why a fellow Cardbot would attack him. "You injured a human being? You are a disgrace to the Metal Cardbots!" Wild Guardy states, raising his blade as it glowed. Your eyes widened, realizing what's about to happen. "Dexter-" You tried to warn, but it was too late as the blade cut through his face. You covered your mouth in shock as his screams echoed throughout the woods.
You ran over, standing in front of him and saw the damage. "I... I can't see anything!" He cries, clutching his face with his free hand. "It's going to be okay; I'll get you fixed." You say, pulling up the card slot menu, scrolling through to summon Mega Ambler.
"Be prepared, Dexter. Wild Guardy is here to take you down-"
CLANK
The sound echoed in field as a wrench hits the ground with a THUD. "What is your problem?!" You shouted angrily. You placed a hand on Dexter's knee as you faced the attacker, "He isn't going to open up to us if we treat him like this! Leave it to us, you damn psycho!"
"You said... us?" He asks in confusion, seeing that you were the only human around. You selected Blue Cop's Metal Card, summoning him with his Justice Gauntlet. "Come on, let's go while he's distracted!" You whispered, taking one of his giant fingers to guide him away to a safer place, but he remained still.
"Out of my way, Blue Cop! Dexter is mine to punish." Wild Guardy states. "Wild Guardy, can't you see? This doesn't solve anything." The Star Guardian argues. "That's none of my business," Wild Guardy sneers. "That pile of meta hurt my friend!"
Everything seemed to freeze. His friend...? But only one person was hurt here and that was- Your eyes widened in realization. Crest! He knew the whole time! ...Guess that cover story was a waste.
Dexter's digit slipped from your grasp as he got up and bolted towards the tree line. "You can't run away from me!" Wild Guardy shouts, pushing Blue Cop out the way to go after the nature lover. Fortunately, when he knocked Blue Cop down, he grabbed Wild Guardy's ankle which caused him to fall flat on his face. "Stop it!" Blue Cop shouts.
Wild Guardy pushes himself up, watching as Dexter disappears further into the woods and slide down a hillside. Wild Guardy growls in frustration, turning back to face his ex-idol. "Don't you dare try to command me!" He gets up, swinging his sword back to cut through him, but Blue Cop was taken back into the Metal Breath before it could touch the Star Guardian.
"Your turn, Mega Trucker!" You exclaimed as you tossed out his card with his Mega Protector. The dump truck Cardbot rushed forward, slamming his shield into Wild Guardy's. "Go after Dexter! I got this, missy!"
You nod in understanding, running in the direction Dexter ran. "If you mess with us, you mess with all of us!" Mega Trucker states, still angry about what he did to Blue Cop that rainy day, remembering how terribly distressed it made you. Wild Guardy pushed him back. "Out of my way!" Wild Guardy yells in retaliation, raising his blade high and slashed- which was blocked.
Meanwhile, Dexter stumbled around in the forest. His sight crackled and glitched like an old, broken video recorder. Curse that Cardbot for blinding him... "W...Where is this?" He asks aloud, as if the woods itself would gain a voice and guide him to safety. He can barely make out the ground in front of him. It looked like one of those human roads, leading into a tunnel lit by fluorescent yellow lights. Without a second to waste, he hobbled onto the road and into the tunnel.
Just several feet behind in, you burst from the bushes, panting. "I really need to go out more!" You wheezed, bending over on the side of the road to catch your breath. After regaining your composure, you summoned Blue Cop. "Dexter! Stop!" Blue Cop ordered.
Dexter turns around, glaring at the two. "Hey! Don't follow me!" He shouts, firing a beam of energy at them. Seeing this powerful attack barreling towards them, Blue Cop puts his arms in front of him to take the hit, which sent him flying backwards. "Blue Cop! Are you alright?" You asked, rushing over to his side. The Star Guardian pushed himself up, his chassis emitting a light steam as is sparked minimally of yellow electricity. "That was a powerful hit..." He mutters, shaking his head to get rid of the dizziness.
Maybe... we could use his new move, Infinity Force Break! But... You turn your attention back to the tunnel. Not only would it cause the tunnel to collapse-
"Burst Shot!" You ordered, pointing to the tunnel entrance. Blue Cop did as he was told, causing the tunnel to collapse with the outlaw inside. Then a pair of arms burst out of the rubble- then it flashes over to Heavy Iron summoning his Metal Card, powering it up before it shoots out a laser, overtaking your vision.
Your burns itch at the memory- Something you catch yourself in the act to scratch at it when your fingertips lightly make contact with your sleeve, feeling the texture of the bandages underneath before you could actually do it. So, you just adjusted the hem of the sleeve instead despite not needing adjustment. Not only that, your thoughts continued, but Dexter's already gone.
The tunnel was now empty with something in the road. You two walked into the tunnel, only to find a dark, deep hole in the middle of the road in the tunnel remained.

meanwhile the villain bride’s friends are all like clearly he loves you not, why do you persist in a manner that will ensure your own heart break, i mean if he was taking this seriously there would be at least three assassination attempts by now. it’s like he doesn’t even notice that you have massive amounts of dark power to covet for his own
smashcut to
fully armored knight, clanging through the hallways in attempts at stealth, blades drawn: i’m just saying, i took an oath of protection. this feels wrong.
prince charming: it’s not wrong, it’s celebrating cross cultural traditions for my beloved bride
@chucktaylorupset Meanwhile the bride has a bouquet of roses, cornflowers, and wheat sheaves on her desk in her room, and she’s not coming out until she’s written a beautiful and moving poem about how they favourably compare to her groom. It’s been three days. She’s gone through an entire raven’s worth of quills (unethically sourced). The ‘toads who used to be my friends’ list has gone up by one. But she’s bent dark forces and eldritch spirits to her will and, by the powers obscene, this will not be the thing that breaks her.
Sorceress friend: Please, just get him an amulet that will double his power at the cost of his soul, no one’s worth this.
Rebellious villainess: (nearly in tears) No, he brought his best knights to the castle and tried to kill me last week, at midnight, I can’t ignore something like that! He even kicked Cathulhu!
Sorceress friend: He nudged it with his foot. And then he apologized to it. In tears.
Rebellious villainess: (actually in tears now, for reasons of feels instead of poetic torment) He’s trying so hard!!!
Prince: Of course, darling - may I inquire as to what for?
Villainess: Blood sacrifice to the dark gods, you know how it is.
Prince: …
Prince: …darling, you know I support your lifestyle choices, but I must say this before it potentially happens.
Prince: I’m not all right with human sacrifice. That’s one of my boundaries. I don’t know if you do that or not, but it seemed a topical time to bring it up.
Villainess: (carefree laugh) Oh beloathed, don’t worry yourself about such things, I would never!
Villainess: (leading him off to the goat market) Only incompetents use actual humans. Skilled practitioners of the dark arts know that a goat is not only a sufficient sacrifice, but the superior one.
@sapphire-monkey One of the nobles against the marriage in the prince’s kingdom invites the villainess to a local village’s blessing ritual, secure in the knowledge that it’s not only custom to wear the absolute palest white or undyed linen/woolen clothing one owns, it’s a requirement of the ritual and sacrilegious to do otherwise. Let’s see you deal with that miss all-black-wardrobe.
She arrives in diaphanous white silk edged with lace that gives the impression of beautifully tattered hems, all of it drifting gently around her on the spring breeze to give the feeling of a wraith from a haunted castle or something of the such. While not her personal cup of tea, she finds the ritual very moving, and absolutely understands why its one of her beloathed’s favorites.
One of the nobles from her kingdom, meanwhile, decides, fuck it, and just turns the prince into a frog. It takes her two minutes to find and fix him.
Villain noble: How.
Villainess: True love’s kiss, bitch.
Villain noble: (seethes)
The prince, meanwhile, pissed off the entire villainous court for the recent engagement ball that was held by knowing and responding accordingly to all the proper threats and insults. He studied before doing this, and he’s not going to shame darling in front of her peers! Bastard even managed to subdue his chivalry long enough to flirt with one of her friends right in front of her, how dare he be so considerate and sensitive to her needs like that-!?
First time the Prince finds out Villainess can transform into a gigantic fire-breathing dragon is a very O_OU moment for him.
Villainess: Are you surprised I can? It’s a common ability.
Prince: I didn’t want to assume.
Villainess: …
Prince: (sweats)
Villainess: …you’re picturing me turning into a dragon and riding on my back into battle, aren’t you?
Prince: N-no, no, of course not-!
Villainess: (drapes in his lap) It’s okay, we’d look fantastic. (sly expression) And probably scary enough to get the enemy forces to surrender without any needless bloodshed.
Prince: (sweating) Darling, are you trying to tempt me into putting you into a position where you could be injured in battle?
Villainess: A little. :3 (more seriously) But it is also on the table if we ever need to defend our throne. It’s the sort of thing that form’s for, really.
Prince: If you’re comfortable with it, then very well, it shall be added to the list of acceptable strategies.
(comfortable cuddling for a moment)
Prince: I imagine you make a very majestic dragon.
Villainess: (preening) I really do.
Prince: Perhaps we should have a tapestry done of it, then? It could hang opposite the one of my family’s crest in the throne room when we someday ascend the thrones ourselves.
Villainess: 8O! Beloathed, I would adore a tapestry of that! (cuddles further against him) Oh, and across from your family crest! That would be such a slap in the face to my parents, having a tapestry of me there instead of their own crest.
Prince: (hadn’t thought of it that way, but is happy that she’s happy)
Villainess comes in one night thoroughly out of sorts because her stupid cousin’s decided to make a move on her rights to the souls of their ancestors, and the jerk’s competent enough to actually have a potential chance at getting them, too, like he’d even wear the necklace of jewels they’re trapped in-!!!
The Prince listens patiently to her frustration until she’s finished, then considers for a few minutes.
“Darling, about that banquet your family’s having next fortnight - will your cousin be in attendance?”
“Yes, he’ll be using it to lay the groundwork of his plans. Why?”
“Would it be all right if I popped in for a bit? And was rather more… myself than I usually am around your parents?”
“…I suppose it’d be all right.”
“Wonderful!” (kisses her hand) “Perhaps wear those full-arm gloves your friend got you for the event - the ones that allow you to handle blessed objects without them interfering with your dark powers?”
“Well now I’m just curious. I shall do as you request, beloathed.”
The night of he shows up to the banquet positively radiating charm, good will, and benevolence, decked out in full armor that’s glowing slightly. Oh this? It’s the ancestral trappings of one of his relatives who was a champion of the stellar deities, those who guide ones who have become lost in darkness? He’s not a holy champion himself, but he is a fully-realized warrior of light and family, so he’s permitted to wear it at times. Oh yes, he completed his warrior of light trials when he was eighteen, when on a quest and everything! That’s where he earned his sword - it’s actually a shard of sunlight, you know, not metal. That’s why he’s called Prince of the Sun and Stars sometimes - bit of a grandiose title, really, but the artists and poets enjoy playing with the imagery, and who is he to deny them, especially when Darling is so fond of the stars herself! There’s a lass in one of the kingdom’s villages doing a portrait of the two of them together playing with that motif, actually, and it looks like it’s going to to be absolutely lovely when it’s done-
And he continues to be cheerful, charming, and just the nicest, most polite guy for the time he’s there while also reminding everyone in no uncertain terms that, for as long as the forces of evil have been trying to quash the forces of good, his side has been working at the opposite. And his side tends to win more often. And maybe it would be wise not to pick a fight with Darling because he’d hate to have to do battle with a potential in-law in the path of supporting her family’s traditions regarding people who cross them…
Jerk cousin is thoroughly cowed out of making an attempt at the family-filled jewels, and Villainess’s friends are standing with her off to the side going, “Okay, beginning to see what you see in him now.” Villainess herself is walking around with on safely-gloved hand on his arm as he intimidates the hell out of everyone she knows in order to help her protect what’s hers, swooning a little bit inside the whole time.
(Hers might be more diversely applicable, but Villainess isn’t the only one bringing something to the table in terms of power. Prince is generally more useful for things like getting birds to sing in chorus or making friends with bunnies, but his family does specialize in slaying evil. She may be skilled at facing enemies of all sorts, but he’s prepared specifically for anyone in her home court who might try to backstab her.)
Villainess is chilling in Prince’s court one day and a lady of the court storms up to her in tears, make-up running, and is just, “One of your friends turned my fiance into a newt, a newt, and he fell in the moat before I could catch him and I don’t know how to find him, or how to change him back if I do find him, and the library only has information on frog and bear transformations, and no one knows what to to do and you’re the only person who might know what to do, please help me-!” (bursts into inconsolable tears)
This throws Villainess through a loop, people don’t tend to whole-heartedly throw their trust in others like this at her place, this is super unsettling, so she just responds in the way she usually would, “Oh? And what price are you willing to pay?”
“Anything.”
…ooooooooh that is so, so tempting, why are people in this court so earnest, don’t they realize that the reason the higher nobles are worried about her marriage to their prince is the very real potential that she could use this opportunity to cast their country and its people into a thousand years of ruin and despair, bare minimum…?! But it would make Darling unhappy if she’s too mean about this, so, “How about your dignity, then? First off, we’ll have to get you out of that dress…” (seductive smirk and cock of the hips)
Court lady: (still in tears but hands immediately go to her bodice laces to start undoing)
Villainess: (grabbing her hands) OKAY, WHOA, HOLD UP, WE’RE IN THE MIDDLE OF COURT, HAVE SOME STANDARDS!!! Just- just go put on something you don’t mind getting all messed up, we’re going to have to get in the moat a bit for this, and even the edges are all muddy.
Court lady: Oh. (sniffles) Okay. Thank-you.
They spend the next three hours dredging around the moat to find the right newt and then perform the right ceremony to turn him human again. He appears naked and covered in mud and court lady unabashedly flings herself into his arms, sobbing in relief this time, and it’s disgustingly wholesome and romantic.
Newt Lordling: (once he’s finished doing a bit of sobbing of his own into his fiance’s hair) Wait, aren’t you Neskatina’s friend? Could you tell her that my sister likes daffodils? Girls, and daffodils? I tried to tell her myself, but the newt thing happened before I could get past asking her to stop with the threatening letters. We- we really don’t send those around here unless we mean it, she’s been finding it a bit upsetting. Daffodils would be much better received.
Probably a dumb question but, how much of Metal Cardbots have you seen?
So far, I have seen up to the end of season 2. Now, I would watch season 3, but the website I'm using doesn't have english subtitles for all of the current episodes. The only season 3 episodes that I saw on the website are only the first two episodes, but I have yet to check them out because I want to binge watch the COMPLETE season. I don't know about you. But that is just how I am. So, if I manage to finish Atlas of Steel season 2 (Which I will call Atlas of Sterling) and all of season 3 of MCB still isn't on there, then it would be put on hold until further notice. No season 3? Then no Atlas of Steel season 3 (which will be called Atlas of Wolfram - another name for Tungsten, and find the name fitting considering the context of MCBW).
And if any of you are wondering why I haven't posted the next EP for Atlas of Steel, it is because I am almost done with school and this week is final exams week (2 more days after this), and I am almost done with my driving course (5 lessons left). So after that, I will be able to devote my time working on my stories here and other websites I work on.
Tagging @soundwave02 & @fandommadnessthings because they were most excited about this :)

A/n: There will be a scene from when the episode was in early storyboarding during the fight between MT and BC but was changed. In the one we got, MT just held BC up by the head. You'll know it's the scene when it's text is underlined.
It was Sunday, the last day of the week before you have to go back to working at the Milky Way restaurant. There was a call from a teen who'd like to have the frightening event be told. They chose the spot, which surprisingly was at your family's restaurant.
Entering the establishment, a teenage boy in a red hood with dark brown hair waved you over. Approaching the young boy, you held out your hand, "Hello, Mr. Zbornak. I'm the one you called." You informed as he took your hand and shook it. "Hey, thanks for answering. It was just... so freaky when it happened." He shivered at the memory of last night. "And that's why I'm here, sir. To get a story and hope it gets accepted to be published." You comforted, sitting down as you took a notepad and pencil.
"So, Mr. Zbornak, I want you to tell me what happened from the very beginning." He nodded. "Well, it was just me and some friends hanging out late at night," He starts. You hummed in acknowledgement as you started writing. "And what were you all doing, exactly?" You asked. "W-We were having a dance party underneath a bridge- the one with the bunch of spray paint underneath, you know? We go there at least twice a month." You nodded, jotting it down.
"Of course, I was hitting the sickest moves and all that." I highly doubt that, but sure, you think to yourself. He stood up, getting up, "I can even show you, if you'd lik-" "Please, refrain from doing so." You immediately shot down, already wanting this to be done and over with. You held the pencil tip close to the paper, "continue." The kid clears his throat, clearly embarrassed, "R-right." He stammered, sitting back down. "So, everything was going as it always did. When suddenly, this truck strolled over." You paused, glancing up. "A truck?" You questioned. "Y-Yes. A dump truck to be exact. It was orange, too." Your heart froze, a sense of unease washing over you.
You shook your head. It couldn't be him, would it? I mean, what's the chance that he'd show up again already?
"I-I see... And, what happened?" You asked. "Well, it was kind of shaking a bit, and a voice came from it. It complimented our moves, too. But, we didn't know who it was, and they most certainly weren't invited! I mean, who just crashes a dance party-" "Mr. Zbornak, calm down." Your urged, snapping him out of it. "Sorry. Anyway, as we wondered who they were... BAM!! The car started shifting, transforming into this tall robot- which oddly looked like an American football player." You tightly gripped your pencil, "Okay... and what happened then?"
"They wanted to join the dance party, so they flipped upside down and started spinning on their head! Admittedly, it was pretty epic, but we were so freaked out that we got in our cars and drove away." He said. "And that's it?"
"Yep!"
You hummed, thinking of a way to make sure this doesn't go public. "Well, that story kinda sounds... quite far-fetched." You spoke, making the teenager jolt in surprise. "I mean- vehicles that transform into robots, or the other way around, sounds a bit crazy, don't you think?" You chuckled. "I'm telling you, it really happened!" He howled, slamming his hands on the table. "I'm sure it really did, but I don't think that I can cover something so... unrealistic." "It is real!"
He groaned in annoyance, getting up and stomping out. Once he was gone, you released a breath you didn't realize you were holding. Then, Jun came over. "Hey, sis." He greeted. "Hey." You greeted back. "Where did the guy go? He didn't get the cheeseburger that he ordered." He said. "I'll pay for it. I haven't had anything all day." You say, taking a couple of bucks from your bag to hand to your brother. In exchange, he set the burger in front of you.
Your stomach grumbled immediately after the smell hit your nostrils, so delectable and tasty. You pick it up, taking a bite out of it.
"Jun!" His mother called. He walked over, giving a smile and a wave to the police officers sitting at a table. "I think they're here for you." Jun raised a brow. "For me?" He asked. Last he checked, he wasn't expecting any company.
His mother turned around to greet the two that came in and walked away, revealing it to be Barnes and Ravi. "What are you guys doing here?" Jun quired, walking towards them. "What do you mean? This is a restaurant, we're obviously here to eat!" Ravi explained, only to get smacked on the head. "That's not it!" Barnes exclaimed. He turned to the blue-haired child, "we need to talk."
"Huh? But I'm-" His mother cleared her throat, gaining their attention. Jun sighed, "Uh... Welcome, we have a corner table for two right here." He says, guiding them to the corner table in the back.
You had just finished eating your burger when they passed. You didn't want to pay them any mind so they wouldn't talk to you. You know that they know, but you don't want them involved with this- morality because they're children, but also pettiness and an intense disliking towards them for bullying your brother.
You would sometimes glance over as they talked, listening in on what they're saying as they talked with Jun. "What is it, then?" Jun asks once he sat down. Barnes looks around before he spotted you staring at them, causing you to quickly look away, pretending as if you were actually looking through your notepad.
Barnes side-eyed you with suspicion before looking away. He leaned over the table to whisper, and Jun leaned closer to listen. "It's about the robot that took you and your sister away." Jun flinched, avoiding eye contact. He caught you looking at him, slightly shaking your head side-to-side with a panicked look on your face. He looked back at Barnes, "Uh... what robot?" He asks nervously.
"Don't act coy now!" Ravi exclaimed. "We know what we saw. On that bridge over the waterway..." Barnes reminded. "Well, it's..." Jun hesitated. From where you were sitting, you can feel your own heart pulsing with anxiety, clutching the w- Metal Breath underneath your jacket sleeve, a memory from just last night, in the empty parking lot.
"Please, keep this a secret between the three of us." Blue Cop said. "Secret?" Jun repeated. "If people of Earth find out about the Metal Cardbots, they will get frightened. I don't want to cause any trouble." The police car explained. "That," you spoke up, "and the possibility of being hunted down by the government for experimentation." They both stared at you in shock from that macabre information. Realizing this, you backtracked. "N-Not that I'll let that happen." You added, waving your hands in front of you. You threw an arm around your brother's shoulders, bending down to be on level with your brother's height, "and we promise to make sure you and the other Cardbots remained a secret to the best of our abilities." Jun nodded along with a big grin.
Jun, slammed his hands on the table, standing up, "We're going to middle school next year! It's so crazy! Anna would laugh at us if we were to go around talking about robots!" You released the breath you were holding, relieved. "Barnes did say that last time." Ravi pointed out. "Oh, shut up!" Barnes shouted. He shuffled out of the booth, walking away. "I'm leaving!" He huffed.
"B-But Barnes! Don't you want to eat first?!" Ravi questioned, following after him. Jun looked over in your direction with a smile. In response, once the two had passed you, you gave him a thumbs up.
Jun got up, walking over to where his mom was with a tray holding two smoothies. "What were they here for?" She asked. "I have no idea..." Jun muttered, watching them leave.
You smile to yourself. Crisis everted.
"A giant robot has been seen in a carpark under an overpass last night." And you spoke to soon.
Turning your body to look at the TV screen at the front, you see the New's Anchor play a video of the scene. And it was Mega Trucker! "According to an eyewitness, a dump truck approached him and his friends..."
"Wow, that video looks so real. You can do a lot with CGI these days." Your dad spoke up. "Yeah... it looks like a movie..." Jun said, tensely. "I heard the new Max Force movie is coming out soon. Let's say I take you to watch it?" Your dad suggested. You stood up, pointing toward the kitchen. "Dad! The stove!" You exclaimed as smoke started pouring out. He quickly ran in, making your mother facepalm. "This is coming out of your pay this month!" She scolded. "No, not again!"
However, you and your brother were distracted by the video on the screen. How am I supposed to hide this??
Late at night, in your parent's house -- specifically in the garage -- your brother held his phone up, playing the video for Blue Cop to see. "No doubt about it. That's Mega Trucker." He says. "Called it," You muttered knowingly. "I told him so many times to lay low and not be seen by the people on Earth."
Jun turned to you, "What are you going to do? This already has a million views, it's gone viral!" Your brother informed. You messaged your temples, grumbling, "I don't know... Maybe Blue Cop can try talking to him...?" You unsurely suggested. "He won't listen to me anyway," the police car objects. "Dang it!" You seethed, dragging your hands down your face. "We'll just have to put him under a seal." Blue Cop spoke up.
"A seal...?" You questioned. You can now only imagine Mega Trucker getting squished by a giant, jumping, fat seal. (The main one coming closer to the camera in the GIF below)
You couldn't help but snicker at the imagery of being flattened by something so dumb and cute- it's quite comical. Noticing the weird looks the other two were giving you, confused. You shook your head, "Sorry, continue!"
Blue Cop looks down to the Metal Breath, "You can seal a Metal Cardbot in its Metal Card using the power of the Metal Breath." He informs. That's a lot of metal... "In the meantime, I have to go talk to Mega Trucker once more."
"Yeah, but to do that, we have to go find him first-" "By we, I think you mean me and Blue Cop. You still have to go to bed, mister!" You pointed out. "That's not fair! I want to go with you!" Jun retorted. "Nu-uh! You're my little brother, and I don't want you to be put in any danger. Besides, I'm older, so what I say goes." You argued, pulling the older sibling card. "Wha- That's-" You pinched his cheek, shutting him up. "Perhaps another time, but right now isn't that time. Now go to bed! I don't want you developing eyebags."
Jun groaned in frustration, walking towards the door that led back to the house. "You're one to talk! You have the biggest eyebags I've ever seen!" You crossed your arms, "that's because of my work, and I have a problem with sleep. You are still a growing child." You concluded as he shut the door behind him.
You sigh tiredly. "Is it normal for siblings to fight like that?" Blue Cop asks. "Yeah, but only because I care about him, and he knows that. It's basically our way of showing our sibling affection. He teased me for a late assignment back when I was in college when I lectured him about doing homework and to not procrastinate. He got me there." You chuckled.
"Anyway," you spoke up as you pulled out your new phone, "back to the task at hand." Pulling up the video, you looked for clues on how to catch him and seal him. You can see that he was having a good time until they ran away, taking the music with them. "Say, Blue," you called, "does Mega Trucker happen to like music? Like, really likes music?" You questioned. "Yes, his favorite is Musica Latina. He can't help but dance when he hears that sound."
You nodded, acknowledging the information. "Good, 'cause I have a plan. And it involves a really large speaker."
You let out a yawn, your eyebags are feeling real heavy right about now. "Okay, Blue Cop, we're almost there." You informed, yawning again. "I can make you coffee if you're sleepy." He suggested. "I'm not really a fan of coffe- Wait a second! You know how to make coffee?" You asked, looking at his window shield eyes. That's when you noticed the place up ahead. "That the place, Edo Motors."
He drove in before parking, allowing you to get out and open the garage door. You just hope that Edo isn't here, knowing his habit of sleeping at his own workplace afterhours. "Since Mega Trucker loves music so much, we can just lure him with something he can't ignore." You walked in, pointing to a car setup with two big speakers.
"How's this?"
"That's perfect."
You turned on the light before approaching the vehicle and entering, sitting in the driver's seat. You looked around for the keys, which feel into your lap after pulling down the sun visor. Keys in the ignition and it sparked to life. You left the car to turn on the speakers, connect it to your phone and play a song.
"Let's turn up the volume." Blue Cop said. You nodded, turning it up to the loudest option on your device. The speakers were pulsing and jumping now, covering your ears from the noise. "Isn't this a little much?" You asked. "Not loud enough," he answered.
He transformed into his robot form and started banging on his chest plate similar to a gorilla would. It was so loud now that people neighboring houses started complaining and babies crying from their disturbed slumber.
I really hope that Edo isn't in his shop...
"WOOHOO! This is just my kind of music!" A voice shouted. Turning your head, you see Mega Trucker drive by. "That was very easy." you muttered, barely hearing yourself speak over the music.
"Let me in on the fun!" He shouted as he transformed, standing in front of the establishment. Anybody might have the common courtesy to go through the entrance. But, he wasn't just anybody. He stepped into the property by kicking down the fence, causing a dumpster and one part of the gate to collapse.
"The fence!?" You shouted in horror. Edo just fixed the chain-link fence from that day. However, your complaint went ignored. "This is great! Step on the gas and let's dance the night away!" Mega Trucker happily shouted. The next thing you knew, he was upside down, spinning on his head. Well, Mr. Zbornak was right about one thing, it really was impressive.
Blue Cop stepped forward, his pede in front of you as a shield. "Mega Trucker! I told you to lay low and not be seen by anyone! Why can't you listen?!" Blue Cop asked angrily. Feeling irked, Mega Trucker stopped spinning to stand back up. "You can be boring if you want! I'll live my life dancing and having fun!" He dragged his pede across the dirt, like a horse would, a couple time and charged.
"Move!" Blue Cop ordered, and you happily followed it, not wanting to be possibly crushed. Just as you got away, Blue Cop was tackled into the repair shop. Blue Cops' form went flying, crashing into the truck with his ped crushing the cab which caused the music to cease.
"Hey! Bring the music back!" Mega Trucker demanded as you ran in, charging the dump truck with a lead pipe. "I will not let you destroy anymore of Edo's stuff!" You let out a battle cry, whacking Mega Trucker's leg like crazy even as he tries to step away from your swings, hopping on one pede to another on repeat. "Ow! Stop that! Ow! Who are you, anyway?"
While he was distracted, Blue Cop got back up and was about to surprise attack the dancer, but he caught onto it, grabbing his wrist. The police bot tried to punch him, but Mega Trucker caught it, forcing them into a standoff. "We have lost our home planet and have no choice but to live here! We must learn to live with the natives," his eyes drift over to where your figure stood before snapping back at his opponent, "like the lady and her brother!"
Blue Cop was pushed away. "Shut up!" Mega Trucker howled, "Don't you tell me what to do ever again!" His arm glowed and a shield appeared. IT was a translucent, orange-colored shield with a saw blade mounted in front. This shocking you. What was this? How is this possible?? When was this a thing???
Mega Trucker lunged, ramming his shield into Blue Cop, causing his body to crash through the wall and into the next room. "Blue Cop!" You cried, dropping the pipe and ran past the opposing Cardbot to his aid. You asked if he was alright once you made it over next to him. He sighs, "We have no choice. We'll have to fight him to put him under the seal." He flipped himself back onto his feet before he calls to you. "The time has come for us to fight." He declares. "Okay..." You replied, nervous. If you were going to fight, you need a weapon... You glanced around before you spotted a toolkit, digging around in it until you found a wrench. It'll do... I can probably throw it at his head, possibly give 'em brain damage- a concussion at most, you think to yourself.
"I meant the Metal Breath." You looked down at the watch on your wrist. "Oh, right!" You dropped the wrench. "Sorry," you say as you brought your left arm in front of you with your right-hand hovering over it. "Eh... what do I do?" You asked in a hushed voice, tapping the crystal of the watch as your eyes shifted between Blue Cop and Mega Trucker as he readies for another attack.
"Mega Power Tackle!" Mega Trucker cried, dashing forward.
Suddenly, a projection appeared right in your face, showing some sort of slots. You looked up, surprised how fast he moved. "Look out!" You warned, running to the side. Blue Cop did the same with a cartwheel.
You looked back at the projection. They all looked the same, but one, dead center of the slots, showed an image of Blue Cop in a sky-blue frame. Sensing your confusion, Blue Cop called out your name, telling your to tap the image. You did so, and a card appeared in front of you, matching the projection that now disappeared. "Insert it in and say, 'Blue Cop, setup'!" He instructed.
"Do I have to do that every time?" You asked. "Yes!"
You gave him a curt nod, feeling nervous with a hint of cringing. You sighed, you've got nothing to lose. "Blue Cop, setup!" You exclaimed, inserting the card into the Metal Breath. Suddenly, Blue Cop's right arm glowed blue, and a large translucent blue gauntlet formed over it. You clapped your hands, amazed. The feeling immediately went away when Mega Trucker snapped out of his haze and began to approach Blue Cop.
What do I do? What do I do?!
"Uh- Uh, Thunderbolt Smash...?!" You commanded, unsure if you were doing this right. The gauntlet sparked with electricity as Blue Cop jumped, "Thunderbolt... SMAAAA-" He yelled, only to hitting his head against the ceiling, both you and Mega Trucker watching as he fell on his back ungracefully, groaning in pain. "Oh, my- I'm so sorry, Blue!"
Mega Trucker laughed heartedly, "You're pathetic!" He walked over to the fallen Cardbot and picked Blue Cop up by the head. "After all that talk, you can't do anything, can't you?" Mega Trucker mockingly questioned as he walked over towards a side of the room and began to repeatedly bash his head into the wall.
This continued on until Mega Trucker felt pain at the bottom of his legs, an ow he exclaims before he looks down to see you whacking him with the wrench from a bit ago. "OW! Will you stop that?!" Mega Trucker cried as he stopped his assault, but you ignored him. "Let him go, right now!!" You yelled, continuing with your onslaught.
Blue Cop called your name, "I'm okay! Just give me the next command!" He says. You jumped backwards before Mega Trucker could stomp on you, tossing the wrench to the side. "Alright then... Blue Cop, Burst Shot!" A section of Blue Cop's gauntlet lifted up, revealing a double-barrel gun on the forearm. He lowered his arm so then it would fire into Mega Trucker's abdomen, which sent him flying to the other end of the room. "Now, bombard him with more Burst Shots!" You ordered, pointing to where Mega Trucker stood.
Mega Trucker got hit a few times before he hid behind his shield. The force of the entourage of Burst Shots being sent his way made him take a couple steps back to retain balance. It was in vain for he was knocked back far to where it was now back outside. The both of you following after, standing at the entrance to the shop. "Let's finish this!"
The crystal of the Metal Breath glowed, sparkling with raw energy. "Megavolt Punch!"
"Megavolt..." Blue Cop brought his gauntlet arm back, glowing with the same energy as Mega Trucker started to get up. "PUNCH!!" He punched his arm forward, sending a wave of powerful energy to the dump truck, stunning him with electricity as his shield separates from him.
"Seal him now!" Blue Cop demanded. "Right," You said, stepping forward. You pressed the crown on both sides of the Metal Breath's casing, causing a big projection of a card slot to appear. "Metal Cardbot, change up!" You pointed the projection in Mega Trucker's direction, firing the slot with a ray of light ahead of it.
Once the ray hit Mega Trucker, he was frozen as the card slot split in two and were stationed on his left and right, closing in on his form. In the next second, he was now in a card, his special weapon shrinking and folding to attach and phase into the card, flying into your direction. You yelped, seeing its speed as it closed the distance, holding your hand out to hopefully catch it or as a way to shield your face. It slotted perfectly in your hand, making you relax.
"Phew!" You sighed happily. "Well done. You did it." Blue Cop congratulated, kneeling on one knee, his eyes showing that he's happy. It's hard to tell what he's feeling without a mouth -- do they even have mouths? -- but the way he expresses through his eyes is amazing.
You smiled up at him, chuckling, "Yeah, I guess I did!" You say, a laugh escaping your stretched lips. "But did you see how I fought him? I was like- like an ankle biter, but instead of biting, I was striking him with random pieces of metal! A-And I was all like- 'You mess with my bud, you mess with me'! Hahaha!" You laughed, holding your stomach. He chuckled, finding your enthusiasm nice, cute even. "Ah, yes, you and your wrench of pain."
Your smile got wider, donning a toothy, evil grin, getting in character, "Fear me, for I am the Countess of Vengeance, with my weapon- the Wrench of Doom!" You cackled menacingly before it turned back into regular laughter with Blue Cop joining afterwards from that silly display.
You brough your hand up that held Mega Trucker's current form, his image shown on the front. "So, he really turned into a card...?" You questioned. "Yes. It's been sealed in the Metal Breath as a Metal Card." Blue Cop explained. You brought it towards the Metal Breath, holding it over it's crystal. It scanned it before it was absorbed, placing it next to Blue Cop's Metal Card in the card slots. "You can summon Mega Trucker any time you want with that card and give him commands too."
Then, you heard the sound of clanging metal from your left. You recognized that sound, that only happens when someone goes up or down the stairs that led to Edo's office. But, that could only mean...
Edo turned around the corner, panting. "What going on? What happened here?-" He paused seeing you and a giant metal robot. "Uh, Edo, I can explain..."
A/n: I enjoyed writing Blue Cop's nightmare scene, specifically the second part >:)

He was knocked back, falling on one knee in exhaustion, panting. You ran towards him, worry in your eyes. "Blue Cop!" You called out. Wild Guardy approached, standing tall behind you. He carefully getting down on one knee, extending a servo as you turn around to face him. "How about you abandon this pile of scrap metal, and have me as your new partner? I can make sure that you are never hurt again, my dear." He suggests.
Blue Cop glares at Wild Guardy from under the bill of his hat. Just what is he thinking? Your bond with him is stronger than anything! You wouldn't leave him like tha- "Alright." You say, making him jolt in shock. W-Wha... What did you just say? He shifted his focus to you as you walk closer to the other Cardbot. "W-Wait!" He called out but was left ignored.
Wild Guardy transforms into his vehicle form, opening the door for you. You grabbed the inner handle as you were about to get in but paused. You lifted your head to look Blue Cop's way and glare before rolling your eyes with a scoff and got in, closing the door behind you. Wild Guardy turns around drives off, the two of you laughing as his form got smaller and smaller. Blue Cop pushed himself up and tried to chase after, falling to his knees with a servo extended far out, calling your name like it would summon you back to him.
"Please! Don't go without me!" He pleads, shouting your name again.

Before Blue Cop, stood you, a veil of shadows over your eyes, in your old, burnt clothes that emitted fresh smoke. You were quiet, this made him feel a little uneasy. "Why...?" You suddenly ask. "Why...?" You ask again, your voice overlapping itself.
You lift your head, causing Blue Cop to gasp at the sight of your face. Disfigured. Burnt to an unrecognizable degree.
Hate.
Hate brewed in the dark pits of your eyes like every soul in the afterlife of Machina knew of his sins. "ຟhฯ 𝒸𝑜𝓊𝓁𝒹𝓃'𝓉 ყσυ ᦓꪖꪜꫀ 𝕦𝕤?!" You shouted with many voices before your form combusted into flames. He ran forward, panic filling his spark. "No! Wait!" He shouts, pushing himself back on his pedes and ran, "I can fix this! We can go to Mega Ambler to help you!" He exclaims, pushing himself to his limit, ignoring the strain and aches in his body. But it only seemed like he was getting farther away.

"No, I'm not! I'm not a failure!! I can protect you!" He shouts, finally close and picks you up, causing the flames to disappear as he held you close as if that would protect you from already inflicted wounds. A moment of silence passed as he held you close to his chassis, falling back onto his knees.
However, he noticed something off about you- your texture. You felt crispy. A bit flaky even. Slowly, he pulled back and felt his spark drop to his tanks with dread at the sight in his servos.
You were dead- Burnt to a crisp like food left to cook for too long; Charred to the bone as blackest coal. You're burnt corpse then started to dissolve into ash, causing him to scurry to collect the powdery bits. "N-No! Please, no!" He shouts, trying to gather it all as if he can revive you if he has every last particle. "I'm sorry! I can do better! Come back! Please! I need you!" He cried, holding what was left in his servo close, up against his collar armor, as more slipped through his fingers.
"Don't leave me...!"
"What makes you think I am?" Your voice asked.
His optics snapped open, looking into his empty servos, clear of any speck of ashy dust. He looks around, panting- He's at Edo Motors? He looks to where your voice was, and there you stood- Perfectly fine as one can be. Edo was also there, arms crossed over his chest. "I don't plan on going anywhere," You continued, eyebrows furrowing with worry.
"You even had a nightmare... the defeat must have come as a shock," Edo comments. Blue Cop turns his helm away, sighing. Is it one of relief that it was a terrible dream? Or is it one of disappointment, reminded of the events from the other day? Possibly both...
Sensing his troubled emotions, you stomped over in front of him. You raised your hands to place them on the sides of his cheeks- mask- whatever it is that you could care less to name, and bring him down close to stare into each other's eyes. "Everything is fine, Blue Cop. It was just a little bit of misfortune. We'll just try harder for the next showdown!" You encouragingly state.
He sighs again, breaking eye contact, peeling away from your warm, comforting touch- a softer contrast with what he felt in the dream. "With what I've got... you know I can't beat Wild Guardy."\
You huff, putting your hands on your hips. "So? We just need to train and work hard to be stronger!" You say, like it was obvious. "Stronger...?" He parrots, confused.
Edo began to laugh, making you both turn your attention to him. He uncrossed his arms, hands on his hips, "So, it's time for the special training?" He knowingly asks.
"Special training?" You and Blue Cop questioned. The mechanic nods, "Yes. Just leave it all to me."
"Special Training for Blue Cop?" Theo questions as you walked with him and Jun off school grounds. You nod, "Edo says that he's finding a place for it to make the equipment for his training." You explained, adjusting the strap of your bag on your shoulder. "Wow! I wanna see!" Jun exclaimed with stars in his eyes. You chuckled, messing with his hair while ignoring his complaints. "Well, you're in luck. It's supposed to be ready today."
Jun grabbed your sleeve, shaking you back and forth, almost making you jump. "Call him and ask if it is!" He demands. Tugging your arm away, hoping that he didn't feel the bandages underneath, you called Blue Cop via Metal Breath.
"Bluey!"
"Yes?"
"Is it all set up?" You ask.
Blue Cop looks up, seeing the last few poles being placed. To be honest, the place his special training will be is just a warehouse near Edo Motors. "It's almost done. We'll start the training soon."
You nodded, "Good! Keep it up! We'll be there soon. And Blue Cop," You start. You hear him hum; you got his attention. "Win or lose, I'll always be by your side like you have been by mine." You conclude, ending the call.
"What are you guys so excited about?"
You jump back with a scream, almost knocking Theo over. You relaxed when you saw it was just Crest. "O-Oh, it's just you," You quietly chuckled. You cleared your throat and stood straight, "It's nothing..." You say, the words dying in your throat as you see that he was also accompanied by Vera, Barnes, Ravi, and Anna.
"Hey, guy..." Jun sheepishly greeted. "Jun, did you forget Crest invited us to his house today?" Anna reminded. "Aha... I kinda did..." He mutters. Vera stepped closer, jabbing a finger in his face, "You don't mean to say you're not coming, are you?"
"Actually, we do have something-" "Thought you're all busy, huh?" Barnes questioned with a scoff. "If it's not urgent, why don't you just drop by? You said you wanted to try out the latest VR game." Crest suggested.
"Uh... shall I..." Jun asks, glancing in your direction. "Yeah, you should hang out with other kids your age." You say, pushing him and Theo to the group. "I must get going-" "Didn't you know?" Crest spoke up, making you pause. "You're invited, too."
The next thing you know, you're in Crest's home- which looked more like a business building instead of a mansion, but who are you to judge?
Exiting the elevator, you all awed at the sight of his living room. "It's so huge!" Barnes exclaimed. "And spacious..." You added, taking note of how wide open it is.
You all were approached by a small, rectangular, Falu Red robot on one wheel, having the appearance of a butler- it's screen face showing small rectangles as eyes, two triangles put together to form a mustache, and a monocle.
"Please, come in master." It greeted. "You have a robot at home?!" Theo says in surprise. You leaned down, observing the robot, "I kind of expected that from a rich guy." You say. "His name is Sebastian," Crest informed. "Pleasure to meet you all." He greets to the rest of us with a courteous bow as you all walked by. "He's an all-rounder robot. Does the chores, security- you name it." He adds.
You looked at Crest, raising a brow. A butler named Sebastion that practically does everything... Does Crest watch Black Butler?
"And your parents?" Vera asks. "They're often overseas for work." Crest explains, as you all walked past a family portrait. You pondered as you looked at it, is that why I was forced to tag along? To be adult supervision?
"So... you live alone with your robo-butler?" You asked, feeling sorry for the kid for possibly being alone for his whole life. "Well, yeah... but I'm not actually lonely. I've made so many cool friends around here." He states, gesturing to the kids he brought to his home.
Shadow X places the last one on the ground, causing it to lock in place. "This is the last one." He informs. "Alright, we're finally ready now!" Edo says from where he was, behind glass.
"Uh, what are you going to do with these sticks?" Mega Trucker asks. "You'll find out soon," Edo replies. "Blue Cop! To the center, please!" He requests.
"Yes, sir!"
Blue Cop stepped forward until he was in the middle of the room. "Shall I be here?" He questions. "Yep." Without a moment to waste, Edo presses a button to activate the mechanism. The poles project a holographic grid that encased the whole middle area of the warehouse, nine holographic enemies spawning around the Star Guardian afterwards.
"This training is for dodging enemy attacks and striking back. It applies a virtual hologram game. It's synced to your neural network, so it will hurt if you get hit, got it?" Edo explains. "Alright, are you ready?"
Blue Cop turned his attention to the holographic enemies with a sense of determination. "Of course."
"Here we go!"
With a press of a button, the simulation started.
He heard one fire on his left and immediately dodged, running towards it as the other enemies missed. When he was just in range- he was suddenly hit in his side, causing him to go flying across the warehouse while still in the bounds of the simulation. He grunts in pain. Edo wasn't kidding about it hurting. But he didn't think it would hurt this badly!
Blue Cop sits up, rubbing the side he was shot in, "The effects are stronger than expected..." He hums. "Are you okay?" Edo asks.
The Star Guardian stood up, his perseverance unbroken. "I'm okay. Let's go again!" He charges forward, the one closest to him firing a shot.
When you thought of VR games, you didn't think it would be so... boring.
You and the others sat on the couch as Theo and Barnes played the latest VR game- playing as robots and fighting each other as it showed on the TV screen. Theo played as a white and green robot while Barnes played as a black and red robot. When the match ended, Theo lost; his character falling to his knees and flat with its head missing. Barnes laughed as he lifted the VR headset, "You'll never beat me!"
You felt a tap on your shoulder, making you turn your head to see Crest with something in his hand. "Want to have a go?" He asks, holding up a VR headset to you. You took the headset in your hands, looking over the details curiously. Jun grabbed your shoulder and shook you, "Come on! It'll be fun! I bet that you can beat Barnes- Avenge me and Theo!" He cried.
"...Fine," You huffed, smacking his hands off you. Standing up, you walked over to stand in front of the TV as Theo passed you the controllers. Hesitantly, you put the headset on, only for your eyes to be assaulted by colors and bright lights of the character select screen.
You remember that, before the game was put on, Crest had explained how the controls worked. Putting that knowledge into practice, you used the button on the right controller to scroll through the characters. No... No... Hmm... this one almost looks like Blue Cop with the colors. I guess I could play as this, you think to yourself, selecting the character.
Blue Cop dodged a bullet just barely, jumping out of the way. He dodged another on one foot before being struck in his chassis. He quickly pushes himself up and jumps into the air, only to be struck by two enemies at once, causing him to fall to the ground on his back.
I can't rest now! Got to work harder!
From the sidelines, the other four watch with mixed feelings. "Will this training even work for us mechanical lifeforms?" Phoenix Fire questions. "I dunno. Looks like a waste of time." Mega Ambler voiced boredly, crossing his arms over his chassis. "It's not a waste of time! Hard work and perseverance always pays off!" Mega Trucker excitedly states.
Blue Cop went flying across the floor as he was shot once more. Shakingly, he pushes himself up. "Again!"
You grumble, seeing the words "Game Over" in your vision. Barnes laughs, "No matter how many times you play, I'll still win!" He boasts.
You shook your head, your arrow moving down to the "Play Again" button. "That was just practice round! I'm still new to the whole VR games thing." You say. "Again!" You barked. "Alright! I'll take you until you give up!" The boy says, his arrow moving down the "Play Again" button.
Blue Cop was on one knee, panting. He was about to speak up when someone stood in front of him. "No more. You take a rest." Mega Trucker urged. "I'll show you how it's done!"
You grit your teeth at the words being projected in your headset for the umpteenth time. You lift it up from your eyes, glaring at your reflection on the shiny floor. How many times have you lost? Consecutively is the only answer you can come up with.
"Wow, can't believe that you're so bad at this," Vera chuckled, playing on her phone as she lost interest in your constant failure. "Well, what do you expect? I've never played this game- or any VR game before." You say, walking over to the couch, handing it over to your brother for a turn.
You two swapped places, allowing you to recline back against the cushions as you stewed in your own damaged pride. How can you lose to a child? You sigh, watching the match between Jun and Barnes, If I can't beat a kid at a video game, how can I beat Heavy Iron...?
"So, you don't really know this game?" Crest asks from your left. "Hmm? Oh, yeah. Never really had the time to play games because of my busy life as an adult." You sigh, head tilted back, finding the ceiling more interesting. "Well, if you want to beat Barnes, you need to recognize the attack pattern.'
You lifted your head to looked at him, curious. "Attack pattern?"
He nods, "Each robot character has its own attack pattern and timing. Figure that out and you might be able to beat Barnes." Crest explains. You hummed in thought, looking back at the ongoing match, seeing Jun losing badly. But you were focused on Barnes' character on the TV.
Blue Cop and Mega Trucker swapped places, allowing the Star Guardian to take a break on the sidelines.
"Alright, let's go!" Edo announced, activating the simulation.
Immediately, Mega Trucker got shot in the face. "It didn't hurt!" Mega Trucker winced, rubbing his face plates. As the robots let out a barrage of energy bullets, Mega Trucker failed to dodge them all. He screamed in pain each time.
"Doesn't seem like an accident!" Phoenix Fire points out.
"He's running into the hits! That's got to be some kind of talent!" Shadow X laughs behind his servos.
However, Blue Cop was in his own world, the words of his mentor back then ringing in his helm as he watched the simulation. "Calculate the course and speed of the attack..." He mutters to himself, "And then, respond a little before it lands."
"H-Hey! Wait up!" Mega Trucker cried, trying to run away, but got hit on his backside, making him yelp in pain and falling on his knees then flat on the ground.
"Ugh. That didn't help at all." Mega Ambler grumbles.
"No, I think I've got it," Blue Cop speaks up, stepping forward and into the field.
"You want to try again?" Jun asks in surprise at your response.
You stood up, approaching the two boys. "Yes, I'd like to try one more time."
Barnes groans, "Seriously? It was so boring beating you every time." He argues. You hum, hands on your hips. "Alright then, how about we make this more interesting?" You suggested, taking your wallet out of you messenger bag. "If you win, you get all the money I have in this wallet; If not, I get to keep my money."
"That depends... How much money are we talking about?" He asks. You opened it up, counting the individual bills. "Let's see... 27... carry the 3... 69 dollars and 62 cents!" You declared.
"Deal!"
With that, you set your wallet down on the table, taking the VR headset from your brother and putting it back on your head. "You couldn't beat me even if you tried- That money is mine!" He boasts.
With a battle cry, Blue Cop punched an enemy, making their holographic form disintegrate.
"Again!"
At the sound of a blaster gathering energy and fired, he dodged by jumping over and stomped on it, causing it to also disappear. It's working! I will never give up!
Seeing Blue Cop's success in taking down the enemies left and right, Mega Trucker cheered for him with a victorious laugh. "Well done! Just do as I showed you!"
"I think the trick is not to do as you did," Phoenix Fire corrects, but was left ignored. "Seems like Blue Cop's response speed has picked up!" Shadow X points out. "Seems like he's seeing the projectiles and moving preemptively." Mega Ambler comments, seeing the Star Guardian defeat each enemy one by one, dodging every attack sent his way.
Seeing how well Blue Cop was doing, he decided to send out the final boss. Hearing the noise, Blue Cop turns around to see his new opponent- A violet-red robot that has four legs, a round main body, long arms, and a small head. Two compartments opened up on the sides and sent out multiple energy bullets his way.
Blue Cop charged forward, avoiding the bullets- but there was too many, which made him fall down.
Your character backed up, avoiding the punches. If the hits did land, they were blocked by your character's arms crossed over their chest in an X shape. When you spotted an opening, you ducked below the punched and uppercut his character, then performed a spinning back kick to the gut area of the opponent which knocked Barnes' character back.
"So that's how you're playing it? Take this!"
The next thing you know, the character that Barnes was playing as was way bigger- around three or four times your character's height. "What the heck?!" You exclaimed in shock. Is this even allowed? Was this the effect of some cheat code? "This is the most advanced skill!" Barnes states before attacking, overwhelming you with multiple punches.
For some reason, your heart dropped. Not because of the game. But, you just realized just how much the character reminds you of Heavy Iron- the height, the red color...
The boss makes the compartments retreat back into the main body. In doing so, the center of it's chest began to glow as it charged up energy for a final attack.
Blue Cop pushed himself up, he was tired, but ignored the strain in his pistons. I'll never...
You felt the Metal Breath warm up with energy, pulsing... connecting...
"What..." Blue Cop says, seeing his body glow a bright yellow at the seams
"Is..." You say, seeing your character glow...
"This...?" You say, now seeing your actual body, no headset and no controllers on your person, glowing.
You turned your head around, looking for that voice. You know that voice!
Blue Cop turned his helm around, looking for that voice. He knows that voice!
You both said the other's name at the same time. If felt strange, but also light. You feel is spark beating in tune with your heart, and he felt your heart beating in tune with his spark. Your form was interchanging. From Blue Cop to your character, to yourself, and back to Blue Cop again and again.
You look up and see this round robot, then Barnes' character, and... Heavy Iron- the memory version of him at least- all charging their special attack.
When they all unleashed it, the round bot and memory-Heavy Iron sending out a laser attack while Barnes' character sent out a energy punch.
Your interchanging forms punched into the air with a yell. Bringing it close to reel that arm back, Blue Cop's Justice Gauntlet glowing a bright yellow. "Infinity... Force... BREAK!!" You all punched forward, launching a brigade of energy punches, each one glowing the colors of an RGB|CMY color wheel after breaking through the enemy's attack and landed with an electric explosion that blinded you.
You opened your eyes, blinking them open after being stunned by the light, you saw the end result of the match.
"VICTORY" with your avatar pumping it's fist into the air with Barnes' character on the ground motionless, music playing in your ears to match the moment.
You lifted the visor of the headset to rub your eyes. Was that real? You opened your eyes to the TV screen, which showed the same thing you saw in the headset.
You... won? ...You won... You won!
You began to jump up and down, immense joy filling your being as you squealed in delight. Meanwhile, Barnes fell back on his behind, staring at the screen in shock. "Oh, come on! What was that about?!" He cried. "it was just dumb luck!" He accussed.
You paid him no mind as you did a victory dance, Jun and Theo joining in.
Meanwhile, Crest knowingly stared at the blinking light coming from the crystal of your Metal Breath.
He pushes himself up from the couch, approaching the trio. He called your name, making you three end your little victory party. You turned, giving him your whole attention. Crest holds his hand out, "could you give me that bracelet?" He requests.
You were appalled and confused, "Wha- Why...?" You asked. Why was he so interested in your Metal Breath? "Of course, I'm not asking just to take it. I'll give you anything you want in this room. Shall we do a trade?" He offers, gesturing to the entire living room.
"For real?" Barnes asks in shock.
"I'd be taking this TV!" Ravi shouts.
"How about this robot?" Vera questions, pointing to Sebastion who was behind the couch, holding a tray of refreshments.
"W-What are you talking about?" Theo asks. "Maybe it's something important to her," Anna suggests with Jun nodding along. "It's up to her to decide if she wants to trade," Crest reminds. He turns to you, taking a step forward and you took a step back. "So... what would you like to have?"
You were frozen in shock.
Of course you're not going to trade the Metal Breath! Who would think of such a thing?! As much as you don't want this responsibility and return to a normal life, you built bonds with the Metal Cardbots. And to just give them away...?
"No." You said flatly. You take of the headset with the controllers still in your hand and gave them back to Crest. You took your wallet off the table and put it back in your bag. "Jun, Theo," You called, "we have to get going now." Anna stood from the couch, "I-I also have to go!" She nervously said, walking with you as the Jun and Theo followed.
You stopped in the space between the elevator and the living room, looking back at Crest. "It was nice of you to let us come and play," You say before entering the elevator and pressing a button to take you all to the first floor.
After reaching the bottom, you let out a breath you were holding. "I can't believe I just did that!" You gasped.
The children looked at you curiously, "What do you mean?" Anna questions. You all left the elevator and building as you explained, "Well, I put on an act. I really didn't want to be rude, but it would be perfect for the cover story."
"Cover story?" Jun asked. "Yeah, if a person wants the Metal Breath like Crest did today, I made a cover story as to why I wouldn't give it away, and that requires making it seem like it was a sensitive topic to give away. In the eyes of someone who doesn't know, it's just a regular watch with no sentimental value. For what reason would you not want to give it away when you could get something so much better?"
"That does make sense..." Theo mutters. "So what's the cover story?" Jun asks, resting his hands behind his head. "I'm glad you asked because that's where phase 2 will come in, and it involves you, Jun!" You say, pointing at him. "Huh? Me?" He questions, surprised.
Later that day, after dropping off the children at their homes, you raced over to Edo Motor's on foot.
By the time you made it, you were gasping for air. "Ugh, I should really get a car!" You wheezed before turning around the gate and onto the property. There, you saw all of them in their vehicle forms.
"Blue Cop!" You shouted as loud as you could with a dried-out throat, stumbling. Blue Cop called your name in surprise. You grunt, hunching over. "W-Water!" You gasped, digging into your bag and pulled out a water bottle. Unscrewing the cap, you gulped it down like a man that was lost in the desert for weeks.
You sigh in relief, screwing the cap back on the empty bottle and put it in your bag (no littering now!). "Blue Cop!" You shouted again, running over and embraced the side of his vehicle form. After a few good seconds, you pulled away, "I get it now! When our hearts join as one, we become stronger!" You informed with a grin.
"So, it's true. The voice from before... it was you." He says. You chuckled, looking down at your Metal Breath, "It seems like it still holds many secrets that we have to discover." You say.
Mega Ambler hums, driving over, "So when you share your feelings, the power of the card grows... and new skills are unleashed." He hypothesizes.
"Then... we could also power up like Blue Cop!" Phoenix Fire exclaims. "Alright! Let's start training together!" Mega Trucker declares, "It could be Wild Guardy or Heavy Iron- We could beat them all!"
You nod, "Right! Let's do it, gang! ...Wait, where's Edo?" You asked, looking around.
Meanwhile, in the warehouse where the training simulation took place, Edo was on his knees crying as he laid in front of a destroyed wall. "My storage room...!
Bonus Scene-1:
"Infinity... Force... BREAK!!"
Heavy Iron awakes with a start. He looks around, curious and annoyed. What dares disturb his slumber? A sound came from the top of his cab, chattering. He shakes, startling the creature to get off of him. It jumps down to his hood and jumps to the ground running away. It was a medium-sized mammal with grey fur, a pushy tail, and a mask-like pattern over its eyes as it turned its head and looked at him before scurrying off somewhere.
He grumbles before going back to sleep- He needs to heal up the damage from that damned Cardbot that cut through him.

"This is Blue Cop. We have not yet found Heavy Iron's vehicle. Resuming patrol from here."
"No sign of a large trailer here either, over."
"Ugh... How can such a big guy be so hard to find?"
"Maybe he has the power to disappear, like someone we know."
"You two! Now is not time for a break, is it?!"
You heard Mega Trucker and Mega Ambler scream in fright, along with the sound of them transforming into their robot forms.
"Hey, you startled me!"
"Hear, hear! Let's go back to the mission! One-two, one-two! Hurry up!"
"Alright, alright..."
"Ugh... that nagging little brat..."
"No complaining!"
"Everyone, please continue the search, will you?" You requested.
"Okay!" They say in unison before the call was cut. You groaned, feeling tired and stressed as you reclined on the couch. Edo came over, holding a bottle of soda to you, "I heard that sighing chases away good fortune." He says. You took the soda from him. "Thank you, Edo." You mutter, taking a giant swig of the drink.
"That'll be four dollars."
You quickly sat up, having a spit take with a coughing fit. Dammit, why did he have to say it while I was drinking it?!
"I thought it was a free drink?!" You shout. "It was a joke. C'mon." He teases, handing you a handkerchief to clean yourself up which you graciously took. "I know how you must feel. We can't find Heavy Iron, who defeated Blue Cop; We don't know who the Metal Cardbot who helped us was..."
"I-I know! It's just... Augh!" You groan, tossing your head back with your hands covering your face; the memories of that day flashing in your mind. "How can I be patient when someone so dangerous is roaming free? How can I rest easy without knowing when and where he'll attack us again?" You questioned, your fingernails digging into your scalp with one hand while the other gave Edo his handkerchief back.
"No, I think we should hurry," He says, looking up into the sky. You followed his line of sight, seeing dark clouds form in the sky. "Looks like it's going to rain."
"I must get going then!" You quickly say, jumping up and ran to the entrance. Just before turning the corner, you looked back at Edo, "Make sure they're in the garage when they come back." You yelled before continuing on your way.
"Alright. Take care!" You hear him yell back.
Ugh, why couldn't I get a bike- Better yet, why didn't I ever get my own car?
You thought to yourself as it began to start pouring down on Mowtown with you getting absolutely drenched. You stopped at a crosswalk, waiting for the go-ahead to cross the street. In the corner of your eye, you see a silver car driving down the road towards your direction. You jumped back before it could drive over a puddle and splash you, which caused you to slip on the wet concrete backwards.
You winced in pain, but it was nothing major. You stood up, watching the car drive further and further away as it turned the corner. Yeesh! Just a bunch of asshole drivers nowadays..., you think to yourself, side-eyeing the car in irritation before crossing the street.
But then, a vehicle stopped in front of you, making your jump back in fright and almost falling backwards again if your arm didn't hit the pedestrian crossing light. "Ow!" You scream, holding your arm close as you felt one of your burns react to the pain. "Are you okay?" You heard the familiar voice of Mega Trucker ask. "Yeah... Just peachy." You say through clenched teeth as you held your arm close.
His cab door opens for you, "Need a lift?" He questions. Thinking of the pros and cons of this -- seeing a lot of pros in this choice -- you enter with the door closing behind you and a seatbelt automatically put over your torso. "Thanks," You say as he drove down the street and around the corner. "No problem-o!"
Silence filtered between you. It was only the rain hitting the roof and the sound of the engine doing its work. You were looking out the window, watching the buildings move by. Feeling an itch and a weird feeling in your arm, the same arm that hit the pole. Pulling back the sleeve, you see that it was also soaked from the rain -- you're gonna have to replace it. You just hope that there's some at the restaurant...
Not only that you see a small dot of blood slowly getting bigger as it was absorbed by the bandage. You really hit that pole hard. If you don't get them changed in time, the wounds will get infected.
You sigh, letting your head fall back with a groan of frustration. Today is just... not your day, you suppose. "So... When are you going to tell Jun? About the burns?" Mega Trucker queried. He's right. Jun doesn't even know about what had happened the other day. He has every right to know, sure, but you can't imagine the look in his eye when he does, realizing just how dangerous the Metal Cardbots could be.
You shook your head, pulling your sleeve back up, "I don't plan to."
"Wha- Why?"
You leaned back, trying to relax against the leather seats. "A couple of reasons," You start, "For one, he's a kid. He shouldn't be exposed to just how dangerous real life can be. I'm his older sister; I'm supposed to take care of him. It's my job to protect him, to keep him safe from any harm- external or internal. I can't do that if I bring him into this where he too will get hurt like I have, or... worse..."
You hugged yourself just as the deathly silence returned to the cab. "I have faith that he'll understand." He says. "He tells you basically everything! Shouldn't it be fair that you should do the same?" He questions. You look out the window. "That's the thing with older siblings: they sacrifice themselves for the betterment of the youngest. Whether it's something physical, mental, or emotional- we make sure that they're thriving and happy because they have a life ahead of them. I'm just here to make sure he gets to that point as long as he doesn't see my strain. Don't want his whole world to come crumbling down because of me."
He hums in response as silence filtered through the cab one more. "...I won't tell him, as long if you tell him later." He says, "You have to tell him soon, but it doesn't have to be today. You're stressed and have a lot on your mind. I won't tell him unless it gets serious or if he demands answers."
You glanced at his eyes on the window shield, your sadden frown uplifting into a calm, warm smile. "Thanks. Until the time is right, I'll tell him." You confirmed. "Pinky promise it!" He demands.
"Wha?"
"Pinky promise. You know, a serious commitment to keeping their word? Jun and Theo taught us about it the other day." Mega Trucker happily informed. "Okay, but... how is it going to work?" You ask, looking around the cab. "It's not like you can transform out in public, and the likes," You add, scratching your head. "Use your other hand in my place," He suggests. You rolled your eyes, shaking your head with a chuckle. Fine, I'll entertain you, Trucker...
You brought your hands up and interlocked their pinkies. "I solemnly swear that I will tell Jun about what happened with Heavy Iron, soon when I am ready."
It was a long, tiring day of work, especially with your new limitations. Luckily, you were able to change your bandages in time before the point of infection.
When it was time to pick up Jun, you waited at the front gate. The children walked out, but one of them stook out to you. He looked and radiated a sense of lavish as he held himself high. He wore a well-tailored silver suit and an amber tie with matching eyes and bright cyan hair that swept to the left. He stood out from the other kids, making your think about how peculiar it is. He looks the type to be home school or to some private esteemed academy. What's a kid like him doing in a place like this?
Then, Jun and Theo burst out through the school doors and ran towards you. "Hey, kids. How was school?" You asked. "There was a new kid today," Theo informs. "I think he's suspicious!" Jun grumbles. Your raised a brow, "How?" You ask. "Well, he was just... weird. He charmed Anna and the rest of the girls with just a single glance; he has quick reflexes and somehow memorized everyone's names!"
You shook your head with a restrained laugh, kneeling down to his height. "It- It sounds like you're jealous that Anna might be swooning over someone else~" You teased with a smug grin. "No- Well, yes, but no!" You laugh at his denial as you stood up. You turned around and- "AH! You scream, surprised to see that new kid behind you.
"Apologies, I didn't mean to scare you." He says. You regained your composure, clearing your throat at the feeling of being embarrassed at the fact that you got scared by a little boy. "It's no problem," You brushed off. "So, you're Jun's older sister," He comments. "Yes, that's me," You answered, "Is there anything you need?" He doesn't answer your question. Instead, his eyes trailed down to the Metal Breath on your wrist.
"That's a cool looking watch."
You looked down at the Metal Breath, confused and a little uneasy that he pointed it out. There was something about his calm tone of voice that made you feel unnerved. "Y... Yeah..." You then grabbed Theo and Jun by their shoulders and dragged them away. "Well, it was nice talking to you and all, but we need to go. I hope that you and my little brother become good friends!" You say, leaving school grounds with the two children.
"You find the new kid suspicious?" Blue Cop questions curiously. "There's something about him that doesn't seem right, you know? It's just not normal..." Jun comments. Mega Trucker held back a laugh, "Aren't you just jealous that Anna is obsessed, too?" He teases.
"Argh, it's not that!" Jun screamed.
"He also took an interest in my Metal Breath," You add, clutching it with your other hand. "Something does seem a little off..." Theo hums.
"What are you talking about?"
"Ah, motherfu- Oh, hey- uh- New Kid...!" You drawled out, not really knowing his name. In the workshop, Mega Trucker and Blue Cop quickly transformed into their vehicle forms. "Sorry that I never introduced myself earlier. My name is Crest." He informs, holding his hand out to shake as Vera and Anna came up from behind him. "Nice to meet you..." You nervously greeted with a smile, shaking his hand.
"So, what brings you guys here?" You ask through your smiling teeth, glancing over at Anna. "I'm sorry, did we disturb you guys?" She asks. "Anna, did you bring him here?" Jun asks back, pointing at the kid in question. Vera butts in, "Well, of course! Crest has something he must talk to your sister about." She explains. "You should have said something when I was at the school!" You pointed out. You then retracted that statement, remembering that you left in a hurry with the boys.
Luckily, Edo was able to take control of the situation. "This isn't a playground for kids. Get yourselves home now," He says. "But Jun can stay?!" Vera argued. "I never gave him permission either. His sister brings him in regardless!"
As Vera and Edo argued, Crest slipped away into the workshop, seeing a dump truck and an unfamiliar police car model. When you noticed someone missing, you turned your head to see him observing Blue Cop's vehicle form. Panic swelled up inside of you, running towards him. "Woah, you can't be in here! Don't you know how dangerous a workshop can be?"
Crest, however, remained calm and refined. "I'm sorry, I haven't seen a car like this before. It looks a lot like a R48 used in highway patrol, but the shape of the bonnet is so different-" "Woah, Crest! You're an expert in cars too?!" Vera swooned, pushing you out of the way. "Yeah, he does seem to know his stuff. And, to put it simply, it's a custom vehicle- Modified to the owner's requirements," You explained. He hums, walking out "I see, that's why..." Jun laughed nervously from where he was, guiding the two out of the workspace as you followed behind. "Y-Yeah! That's why!"
You walked beside the young boy with your bother behind you two. "What is it that you wanted to talk to me about?" You asked. "Yeah, I'm sorry if this is sudden, but... could you do me a favor?" He asks. Vera popped up next to him on his left side. "Just say the word! Crest can have any favor he wants!"
Okay, now she's just being annoying. "Respectfully," You start, pulling the two away, "give him his personal space. And, secondly, you don't even know what he's going to ask-" Anna's scream cut through the air, shutting everybody up.
"What's wrong, Anna?!" Jun frets, running to her. She doesn't say anything, frozen in place as she looked up. "W-What is it?" Edo asks, following the boy. You all left the work station and followed her line of sight to the roof-
You froze. It's that mysterious Metal Cardbot from the other day!
"The views will be out of this world!" Vera gasps, pulling out her phone. Shit! Gotta do something about her- You tilted your body towards her, purposely throwing yourself off balance to crash into her, causing her to drop her phone and crack. You quickly grab her shoulders to make it be more convincing that it was an accident. "Oh, my gosh! I'm so sorry!" You say in a faux worried voice as you let her go. She turns around to face you, stomping her foot. "My phone! Don't you know how much they cost nowadays?!" She angrily screams.
You ignored her, focusing on the unnamed Cardbot. "Bring me Blue Cop right now! I know he's here somewhere!" He demands. You raised a brow. What does he want with Blue Cop...?
The next thing that you know, he jumps down from the rooftop, all of you moving out of the way before he could crush you all when he landed. The dust and sand picked up into clouds as he touched the ground. He pushes himself up onto his pedes, unsheathing his sword from the scabbard on his back, "Show yourself right now, you coward!" He shouts, taking his scabbard off his back, now repurposed as a shield.
"We're back. We didn't find any leads either-" You heard Mega Ambler say as he and Phoenix Fire pulled into the auto repair shop. When he saw the Metal Cardbot, he froze.
You think to yourself, Crap- Actually, perfect timing!
"Rescuers! Over here!" You called, waving your hands high in the air. He looked over and saw the other humans. Seeing this, he got into character, driving up to where you all were standing. "Ah! O-oh, yes!"
The back part of the ambulance opened up the patient compartment as Anna began to push Vera towards the vehicle. "Get in!" Edo guides. "But I'm not even hurt!" She argues, but she was ignored as Anna shoved her in and entered as well. Jun followed after with Crest behind him. He pauses, turning around as Theo tried to push him into the vehicle. "Aren't you coming?" He asks you. "Uh, of course! Just got to make sure that the children are alright first! Besides, there's no room for me in there!" You say.
He seems to accept your answer, entering Mega Ambler's vehicle form with Theo being the last to enter. "You and Jun take care of them, okay?" You whisper to the boy, stepping back. "Okay. You take care too." He replies, entering the patient module before the doors closed behind him. Mega Ambler and Phoenix Fire leave, sounding the siren.
Now it was just you.
You turn your head slightly, glancing inside of the workshop. "Coast is clear, Blue Cop." You alerted. In response, he drove out, transforming with a jump and landed by your side, taking a defensive position. "Who are you and why are you here?" He asks the mysterious Cardbot. "My name is Wild Guardy. I'm here to be king of the Metal Cardbots!" He announces.
You raised a brow, tilting your head to the side in confusion
...What?
"Ha! King of us? What a joke." Mega Trucker scoffs, walking out of the workshop. "Whoa, whoa, whoa- Can we back up a few steps? First off," You spoke up before pointing at the newcomer, "Wildy Guardy, I thought you were on our side? 'Cause you, you know... saved us from Heavy Iron?" You interrogated.
Wild Guardy huffs. "Don't be stupid. I just wanted to show this," he points his sword a Blue Cop, "riffraff that I'm the one in charge. You will submit to the one and only Wild Guardy!"
He jumps into the air, bringing his blade over his head and brings it down. Blue Cop dodged, the sword now lodged into the ground. You stumbled back, Blue Cop calling out for you to give a command. Wasting no time, you summoned his Metal Card to have him fight bac against this guy. "Blue Cop, Burst Shot!"
"Burst Shot!" He fired to rounds at Wild Guardy, only for them to be blocked by his shield. "It is nothing compared to my shield!" Mega Trucker proclaimed.
"I suppose that's not all you've got?" Wild Guardy queried with a head tilt. You furrowed your brows, the Metal Breath glowing blue as you gave the next command, "Blue Cop, Thunderbolt Smash!"
Blue Cop ran forward, jumping high into the air with his fist reeled back. "Thunderbolt... Smash!!" He thrust the fist forward as gravity pulled him back down, but his attack was blocked by Wild Guardy's shield once again, sparks of purple and blue energy fighting against each other violently.
Wild Guardy tosses him back with his shield, revealing that he wasn't affected in the slightest. Your eyes widened in shock. These attacks aren't doing anything? How...?
As if he was reading your mind, he answers. "My shield is an invincible shield trained over thousands of years on Machina planet," He raises his sword behind him, "Your puny attacks have no effect!" His servo tightened on the handle, causing the blade to glow yellow with electric energy, gathering at the pointy end of the sword. Seeing this, Blue Cop held his Justice Gauntlet in front of him, preparing for the blow if it lands.
"Wild... Slash!"
He swung his sword, sending a powerful energy slash before you could blink. The next thing you know, Blue Cop was down with a massive gash in his upper left chassis with a scream. "Blue Cop!" You called, running over to his side with Mega Trucker. Your heart raced, fearing for the worst as you saw the damage. The wound looked terrible, sparking with yellow energy. "Hey! You alright?" Mega Trucker asks loudly, trying to keep him lucid.
A growl came from his engine, turning his attention to the attacker as he talked to you, "[Insert name]! Hand it to me!" He requests. Your mouth hanged opened, not knowing what to do. Something like this never happened before.
"It's no use," Wild Guardy says as he calmly walks forward, "None of you are any match for me."
"What did you say?!" Mega Trucker asked, feeling offended by his attitude. Wild Guardy raises his sword once more. He's going to kill him! In response, you grabbed the open flap of your jacket, reaching in for the wrench hidden within (Callback to Ep2/3).
However, you paused when you heard the battle cry of Shadow X from the sky. His alt-mode dives down, firing violet energy beams from his X-Launcher, which Wild Guardy blocked with his shield. When he was close enough, Shadow X transformed, landing on the other side of the fallen Cardbot. "Blue Cop! Are you alright?!"
"Since when have you guys been on first name terms?!" The dump truck asks aloud.
"Hmph. Another pest intruder..." Wild Guardy hums, sheathing his sword into his shield. Immediately he felt a twinge of pain on the side of his head as a clank echoed in the air. Wild Guardy brings up a free servo, covering the spot as he looked around for what hit him, spotting a small metal tool -- a wrench, he recognizes -- before it hits the ground.
Following the trajectory of the object, he finds you seething with anger. "Get the FUCK OUT!!" You yelled, pointing at the gate. Ah, the current holder of the Metal Breath... A nuisance for another day; he has more important things to get to.
Wild Guardy glances back down at the fallen Star Guardian, "Blue Cop. We'll have our showdown next time." He swore, putting his Metal Card on his back before transforming into his vehicle mode- which seems a bit familiar- and drives off. You ran after him, picking up the wrench and tried to throw it at him again but missed. You panted angrily, watching the assaulter run off "FUCK YOU, YOU CLANKER!! I'll turn you into spare parts someday!"
You heard grunting. Snapping your head back to look on Edo's property, you see Blue Cop trying to get back up. "Stop r-right there...!" He stammered, falling to his knees right after. "Blue Cop!" You called out to, running over. "B-Blue Cop, are you alright?!" You ask. Please, he must be okay! He's the toughest bot you know! He can't go out like this!
You received no answer from him as he lowered his helm, the bill of his hat blocking your view of his eyes.
"Say something, Blue Cop!" You cried, attempting to jostle him while ignoring the fact that he's bigger and heavier that you.
As the droplets of rain begin to fall from the sky, words don't fall from his voice box...
