Casper had no idea why he even agreed to even think of the idea of this. Here he was, dressed in the most frilly maid dress in all of existence, serving cute, pink, heart shaped food with the most enthusiasm he could muster while actively embarrassing the shit out of himself. And now, he was mandatorily forced to do something that would just pour a pound of salt into the wound.
"Alright, alright! Thank you all for coming! All of us here at our humble Maid Cafe truly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts! But what is a maid cafe without a maid performance? In order to show our gratitude, me and Casper shall sing, just for all of you!"
Cherri beamed, as Casper sighed and walked up to the stage, climbing up the stairs with an attempt at nonchalance. He was still red in the face from stifled fury and humiliation.
The lights suddenly turned off into pitch black, as fairy lights turned on, illuminating the room
A soft piano began playing, followed by the slow, quiet swell of the instrumentals kicking in. A soft spotlight shined on the two, as Casper started singing.
"You can turn from the light, a beacon within the night, you're the brightest, my star"
"Perfect in every way, the whole world's ocean waves, reflected in your sad gaze."
Casper sang, a surprisingly melodious and calming voice, as he circled Cherri, performing the routine he was forced to spend hours on.
"My savior, Oh, what a beautiful soul-"
"I don't believe it, you're a liar"
"Night's falling, and all the darkness comes out to play, just let me take it awayyyyyyy"
Casper and Cady harmonised together, moving closer to each other in a somewhat synchronized way, as Casper slowly moved behind Cherri, gracefully lifting her up in some sort of midair second arabesque as they reached the semi climax of the song.
Suddenly, Cady opened her wings, letting out a few glittery spores, careful not blind her brother behind her as a few plants started to bloom nearby, creating a mystical and enchanting surrounding Using their powers and abilities to their advantage, clever.
As they sang, Casper, as seamless as he could, let go of Cherri as they did a quick little waltz, before making a bit of distance between themselves, still holding each other's hand, bowed, and then walked further away from each other, facing away from the other.
Casper then glanced at the crowd, noticing Nettil and Maria sitting in the back row. As much as he immediately wanted to panic, he resisted the urge and kept going.
"Oh, within all these walllls"
"In a single moment, breaking down"
Both turned back to each other, slowly walking back to each other as they sang together.
"Taken my sight and sound"
"Darkness fills all around"
Casper grew slightly more intense, elegantly reaching his hand out to Cherri, placing his free hand onto where his heart should be located on his chest.
"Oh what a beautiful girl"

"Night's falling and all our shadows come out to play,"

Cady took Casper's hand, yet again dragging herself into yet another waltz with him.
"Ruler of my heart......!"
Casper led Cherri into a spin pose, pausing as the rest of the song's instrumental plays.
"Ruler of my heart, ruler of my heart, ruler of my heart..."
Casper mumbles, as the song, and the performance finally comes to an end just as quickly as it started. The lights turned back on, ruining the dazzlingly enchanting environment as some people groaned.
"Oop, sorry folks! Thank you so much for watching! I hope you all enjoy the rest of the cafe!"
