Needless to say he wasn’t pleased being stranded in the weather like this, but, with a set jaw and some determination, he wouldn’t let this thunderstorm weather him down. Taking off extra layers of clothes (his cloak, his overshirts, his jacket), he found the nearest tree branch and left them to hang there, stepping out completely into the rain to join Mikhail.

❝ It was wise of me to leave my halberd- I would serve as a better lightningrod with it, then.. I understand the awe in witnessing Nature, however. Many a fool underestimate it’s wrath. ❞

For now, while they spoke, he simply stood there, feeling the cold drops of water pour down on him.

From the mingling of an important Dragnoran Council-man and an influential woman of Valora was born the prodigal son Bardou, the handsome, princely man that was to take over his father’s position someday when he could no longer keep up with his work.

Family life wasn’t smooth at all- his mother left his father at the age of five due to mistreatment and a lot of conflict, leaving the poor boy under strict teaching and upbringing. He grew to be a very serious, very intense individual, who’s tongue was as sharp as his lance, and who had trained both physically and mentally in preparation for the day he inherits the council position.

Until his father learned that there was a possibility of creating connections with the Dragnor royals, the Odas- without hesitation, he sent Bardou away to serve that family in hopes that his son would improve relations between their family. Of course, it wasn’t what Bardou had wanted at all- “to work as a slave for a royal family”, he’d call it.

But it was there that he began to serve as something along the lines of a retainer for the prince Ranmaru, despite the latter not actually holding a real position of power yet. Regardless of his views, the prodigal son would swallow his pride in hopes of impressing his father- and, unknowing to him, become better friends with the royal family.

You respond to physical touch

For you, love is as simple as a caress. Where ever it happens, how ever long it lasts or how it is: it could be just holding hands while walking about, having a quick cuddle once the kids are in bed, stealing a kiss here and there, exchanging touches while passing each other in the hallway, and of course making love, particularly in the warming up phase – body to body, skin against skin… Physical touch is security and reassurance for you and makes you sure that your partner loves you.

Some advice: Every person has his or her own geography when it comes to bodily touch. Don’t think that touching them in a way that pleases you will necessarily please them and vica-versa. It’s important to verbally confirm the touches and caresses that you like, ‘You know I love it when you hold my hand… ‘I like it when you brush against me while passing by’ or ‘I adore when you take me in your arms’. You can invent a couple’s game to make your partner guess which styles of caress you like and which zones of your body are more receptive (Getting hotter, getting colder… ) If you are seriously lacking contact, begin by explaining to your partner how you operate in sensorial terms and perhaps invited them to find 5 different ways of physical contact during the day.

Pokemon Conquest Secret Santa Event 2017!

Eyyy it’s that time of the year again when Secret Santas begin to sprout right and left! So in order to appreciate the horrendously underappreciated masterpiece that is Pokemon Conquest, we’re holding our own!

She smiles, following along with the tugging of her love’s hand, laughing at the urgency. Of course Hiro deserved a break- now happily leaning on her, Oichi hummed quietly in thought as to what this could be about. Hiro was a strategist and a warlord, there was never just a reason with her- she’d been around her long enough to know.

    “Great - this way!” She guides Oichi along the path with a renewed energy in her step, leading her to the edge of town. A small grove of trees, softly lit by a few stone lanterns; Hiroko had asked everyone else to keep things together in her absence while she set the spot up, with a simple picnic blanket laid out for them to rest on. 

    “The fireworks should start in just a few minutes.”

For her height, Hiroko certainly moved fast- Oichi had to put extra pep in her step, following close behind with her partner’s hand in her own. Out of reflex she watched behind her to be sure no one was following- her conscious and sub-conscious are casualties of war, after all. Once they arrived, she took in the wide view with a quiet gasp, slowing down somewhat to better take in the view. She could see the sky so clearly from where they were- it was perfect!

❝ Wow.. Hiro, how’d you find this spot? Look at the lighting, the trees- oh, it’s so wonderful! I can’t wait! ❞

    She takes Oichi’s hand in hers, gently urging her forward. She’d had this all planned out to the smallest of details - as long as she followed through, nothing could possibly go wrong now.

I just need to get away from the festival for a little while…” It takes a little too much willpower to keep from fiddling with the ring she has hidden away for Oichi once they get away from the hubbub of the festival. She knows the perfect spot, a little grove of trees at the edge of the village - now if she can just keep herself from getting cold feet at the last second…
